I bought a bracelet from Norse Spirit and it looks totally ace. My only minor disappointment is that it's not quite as chunky as it seemed on the website - they make it out to be a bit thicker than it really is. Don't get me wrong, it's still a seriously cool accessory. I've already ordered more stuff and I'm psyched to see what else Norse Spirit has in store for me. Big cheers to ya, Norse Spirit!

I just had to get my son a ring that was totally his own. He's really getting into Norse mythology and Viking stuff, so when I found Norse Spirit online, I knew that was the perfect place to look. They have some really cool designs that capture the vibe my boy is going for. I picked out the one with the Valknut and the Mjolnir on it, and it looks so badass. Honestly, if you didn't know it was a custom ring, you'd think it was one of those class rings - like, it fits right in, but it's still got something extra going on.

So, I recently bought this necklace from Norse Spirit and overall, it was a pretty good purchase, I must say. I mean, it looked pretty cool with the design of Odin's ravens, Huginn and Muninn. However, I was quite disappointed when the beak of one of the ravens broke off within an hour of me putting the necklace on. It was a bit of a bummer since all of the reviews I had read online seemed to be really positive.

But on the bright side, the necklace itself was the perfect size for me. I have a 19 to 20-inch neck, and it fit me just right. In fact, it came down far enough onto my chest, which made it look even cooler. I definitely got some compliments from my friends when I wore it out that day.

Overall, I'd say that my experience with Norse Spirit was pretty good. Even though the raven's beak broke, I still think that the necklace is pretty cool, and I would wear it again. However, I do hope that in the future, the brand will improve the quality of their products to ensure that this doesn't happen again.

I got the Stainless Steel Vegvisir and Jormungand ring from Norse Spirit for my hubby and it's a pretty boss ring. He's into all that Viking, Norse mythology stuff and he loves it. The craftsmanship on it is pretty tight, super solid and looks like it would hold up to all kinds of wear and tear. It's a sick looking piece of gear that will get noticed. Shipping was decent, considering when I ordered it, it was during the holiday nuttiness. I was tripping out that it would come late, but it came on time and I was stoked.

Ya know, I gotta say, I was a bit let down by the size of the stuff from Norsespirit.com. Like, the medallion was smaller than a dang quarter! And lemme tell ya, trying to fasten that little cord lobster claw thingy is no easy feat. But, I gotta give credit where it's due, I did like it enough to keep it. Maybe it's just me and my sausage fingers that make it tough to fasten. Either way, they do look pretty cool.
It kinda made me wonder if Norsespirit should actually test out their own products and see how they fit together. I mean, they do sell some quality stuff... just for tiny "vikings", heh!

I gotta say, I randomly found Norse Spirit's website and BOY AM I GLAD I DID. They got EVERYTHING just RIGHT - from the way the site is organized (easy peasy, even for a technologically impaired gal like me), to picking out what I wanted, to the sweet, gorgeous package the products come in, to the quality of the actual items, and even the way they handled my questions when I had a little complication.

I stumbled upon this site when I was hunting for some jewelry - a gorgeous torc and some earrings, if you're curious - and wow, they had NO IDEA what they were in for! Thing is, I had a little hiccup (I won't bore you with the details), but man, those customer service folks helped me out like real pros! So, obviously, now I am FREAKING THRILLED with all the stuff I got from them.

So I recently had an experience with Norse Spirit and unfortunately it wasn't a pleasant one. I purchased shipping insurance for my package, but it ended up being delivered to the wrong address by USPS. When I reached out to Norse Spirit about the issue, they refused to take any responsibility and directed me to go through USPS. However, USPS only used 1st class mail without insurance, so I couldn't even receive a refund on the value of my product.

I was forced by the company to open a second ticket when I completed my attempt through USPS as no one was responding to the first ticket. Despite the fact that USPS marked the package as delivered, I still couldn't confirm that it actually arrived at my address. I searched high and low, spoke to my neighbors- I even checked everywhere it could be, but I couldn't find it. After several attempts, I eventually received a replacement thanks to my second ticket report. This came as wonderful news, as I had thought my money would go to waste.

I must add that the envelope fit perfectly into my mailbox, which ruled out the possibility of it being stolen. If it had been delivered properly, the mail slot opens into my house! It seems that it was indeed miss-delivered the first time. To add to my dismay, I learned that filing a claim with USPS requires shipping insurance paid by the company, which apparently was not an option here.

Worse still, I discovered that these dispute delivery arrangements are sometimes a loophole for unhappy customers like myself who are simply trapped when something goes wrong with their delivery. I can only be pleased that I finally received a replacement, which was absolutely worth it. It's absolutely beautiful! However, I pity anybody who is unfortunate enough to be caught in this delivery dispute in future.

I strongly suggest Norse Spirit offer USPS insurance as an option. Their proof of delivery is faulted by the human elements in it and failure to insure packages through USPS. This is not only inconvenient for customers, but it also puts them at risk of not receiving replacements for lost packages. People ought to be refunded the value of the lost item, regardless of the human element in the whole process.

Despite these issues, Norse Spirit customer service is generally great except with resolving issues surrounding lost shipments. It's really important that they review and re-evaluate the support provided to customers in cases such as mine.

Just bought a leather bracelet from Norse Spirit and I gotta say I'm pretty disappointed. The size is way too small, like, it ain't even for a man. Seriously, I had to squeeze my wrist into it and it's hella uncomfortable. I even measured my wrist before ordering and it still doesn't fit right.

Honestly, I don't think I'll be purchasing from them again. It's a shame, because I really like the design of the bracelet and the quality seems decent. But what's the point if it doesn't even fit comfortably? Plus, the customer service wasn't super helpful when I reached out about my sizing issue.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend Norse Spirit unless you have super tiny wrists or want to risk getting stuck wearing a bracelet that's way too small. Save your money and look elsewhere for leather bracelets.
