This company is a real pain to deal with!
This company is a real pain to deal with! I gave them a big chunk of cash to make my Lemonade in August , but it's now April and still no Lemonade. I keep trying to get in touch with them through calls, texts, and emails, but they just ignore me. I'm thinking about getting a lawyer involved to get my money back. Don't even bother with this company, they'll just take your money and ghost you.

This company was the worst experience I ever had in making a product and I made over 50 products. They kept us waiting for months with no end in sight. We started in April and now it's September and we still don't have a product. The founder, ***, said that the companies he works with switched to making hand sanitizer and we can't do a small run. We talked to him in person and explained our goals, but now we have nothing. Just lots of texts and emails. Don't waste your money on this company. Find a good company that will actually help you make a product. Collagen drink.

I started working with Drink Labs in October to make my tea and paid $*** so far. After 3 and a half months, they told me they don't know where to get the main ingredient for my tea recipe. It's January 2022 now and I still don't know where to get the ingredient. I've been texting, calling, and emailing them non-stop for the past 3 weeks, but the CEO, ***, doesn't seem to care. They haven't apologized or tried to fix the problem. I'm so disappointed and frustrated. This was supposed to be a fun experience, but it's turned into a nightmare. I'm losing money and time, and I might lose an investor too. If they can't finish the job, I want a full refund.
