I was so mad, I almost lost my cool. I mean, come on, how hard is it to pick up the phone or send an email back? It's like they don't even care about their customers. And to top it off, they took my money and didn't even send my order. What a joke. I wouldn't recommend Prime Time Liquor to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

But when I called, they fixed everything right away. They even sent me a new shipment to make sure I got it before Christmas. So, I ordered a package of three bourbons from Prime Time Liquor, but they messed up and gave me the wrong one. I've sent them four emails over six days, but they haven't responded at all. I even tried calling them, but their system blocked me and I couldn't leave a message. This is really frustrating and bad for business. They need to step up their customer service game and fix this issue.

Don't even bother with Prime Time Liquor! I bought two bottles of *** Bourbon on Dec.24/2022 and they charged my card, but that's it. I sent an email on Dec.29 asking about my order, and they said they didn't have it and would follow up. On Jan 6th, 2023 I asked for a refund since I hadn't heard anything. They replied on Jan 9th saying it was delivered that day, but when I asked for a tracking number and delivery address, they never responded and never delivered. I'm still waiting for my money back (Jan 10,2023). Don't waste your time with these scammers. So annoying!

But on the 22nd, they sent me another email saying there was a delay and they would get it from the distributor in a few days. I asked for a refund because I wanted it by Christmas, and their website didn't say it was out of stock. If I knew it was out of stock, I wouldn't have ordered it. On the 26th, I asked for a refund again, but they kept saying it would be in soon. I sent 5 requests for a refund. I told them they shouldn't have charged my credit card without having the product in stock. I looked up CA law and they shouldn't have charged my account without the product on hand. After sending 6+ emails, I finally got a refund. I couldn't find a phone number. Their website has over 700 reviews, all 5 stars. That's bull c***. I will never go through them again.

I ordered 3 bottles of Green *** Reserve Bourbon from Prime Time Liquor on Dec 10. It was a big order, costing me a lot of money. (ORDER #***) But when I opened the package a few hours later, I saw that they sent me the WRONG BOURBON. It was from the same distillery, but a much CHEAPER bourbon. It wasn't the same thing at all. I was really mad because there's no phone number to call and talk to a real person about the mistake. I've emailed their customer service email 6 times and NOBODY has gotten back to me. It's been 3 days since I got the wrong product and nobody has tried to fix it. I'm stuck with the wrong thing and I paid too much for it. I'm really unhappy. Don't buy from this place.

They're shady and I can't believe they're still in business. Don't buy from them.

I replied back asking for more than just an apology, but they told me that they wouldn't honor a refund because of the broken wax seal. However, I know for a fact that this disclaimer wasn't there when I made the purchase. After reading other reviews, I'm starting to think that they filled up a used/empty bottle of *** with cheap liquor and sent it to me just to rip me off. They won't even respond to my emails now and I'm stuck with this mess. I bought it as a wedding gift, but now I can't even give it.

I ordered 5 bottles from Prime Time Liquor on September 4th. They told me later that I'd only get refunded for one of them, which was kinda annoying but not a big deal. When the package finally came, I was super bummed to see that I only got 2 out of the 4 bottles I really wanted (BT Distillery). I emailed their customer service (which is the only way to get in touch with these sketchy folks) and they asked for a photo. I sent it, but instead of trying to fix the problem, they acted like I was lying and said they'd never send just 2 bottles in the box I showed them. They said they only use that box for 4 bottles, so someone must've lost the other 2. That's a total joke and a bad way to try and steal $100 from me.
