I was so mad, I almost lost my cool. I mean, come on, how hard is it to pick up the phone or send an email back? It's like they don't even care about their customers. And to top it off, they took my money and didn't even send my order. What a joke. I wouldn't recommend Prime Time Liquor to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

So, I ordered some stuff from Prime Time Liquor and it took forever to get to me. Then, when they finally tried to deliver it, I wasn't home and they just sent it back. Now they wanna charge me a bunch of extra fees and the refund they're giving me is way less than what I paid in the first place. Not cool, man.

I had a problem with my order from Prime Time Liquor getting messed up during shipping. I couldn't get any answers from them, so I had to Google their phone number. But when I called, they fixed everything right away. They even sent me a new shipment to make sure I got it before Christmas. I really appreciate the extra effort they put in and the trust they showed me, especially during such a busy time of year. Thanks so much!

So, I ordered a package of three bourbons from Prime Time Liquor, but they messed up and gave me the wrong one. I've sent them four emails over six days, but they haven't responded at all. I even tried calling them, but their system blocked me and I couldn't leave a message. This is really frustrating and bad for business. They need to step up their customer service game and fix this issue.

Don't even bother with Prime Time Liquor! I bought two bottles of *** Bourbon on Dec.24/2022 and they charged my card, but that's it. I sent an email on Dec.29 asking about my order, and they said they didn't have it and would follow up. On Jan 6th, 2023 I asked for a refund since I hadn't heard anything. They replied on Jan 9th saying it was delivered that day, but when I asked for a tracking number and delivery address, they never responded and never delivered. I'm still waiting for my money back (Jan 10,2023). Don't waste your time with these scammers. So annoying!

I got a bottle of whiskey from Prime Time Liquor on Dec 14, 2022. They charged my credit card and sent me an email saying the label was ready to send. But on the 22nd, they sent me another email saying there was a delay and they would get it from the distributor in a few days. I asked for a refund because I wanted it by Christmas, and their website didn't say it was out of stock. If I knew it was out of stock, I wouldn't have ordered it. On the 26th, I asked for a refund again, but they kept saying it would be in soon. I sent 5 requests for a refund. I told them they shouldn't have charged my credit card without having the product in stock. I looked up CA law and they shouldn't have charged my account without the product on hand. After sending 6+ emails, I finally got a refund. I couldn't find a phone number. Their website has over 700 reviews, all 5 stars. That's bull c***. I will never go through them again.

I ordered a bottle of Eagle Rare 1.75L. It arrived on time and well packaged. Upon opening the box, it was obvious that someone had tampered with the seal and that the contents were accessible. I tried to contact them a half dozen times to resolve the issue, but I have received no communication from them.

I ordered 3 bottles of Green *** Reserve Bourbon from Prime Time Liquor on Dec 10. It was a big order, costing me a lot of money. (ORDER #***) But when I opened the package a few hours later, I saw that they sent me the WRONG BOURBON. It was from the same distillery, but a much CHEAPER bourbon. It wasn't the same thing at all. I was really mad because there's no phone number to call and talk to a real person about the mistake. I've emailed their customer service email 6 times and NOBODY has gotten back to me. It's been 3 days since I got the wrong product and nobody has tried to fix it. I'm stuck with the wrong thing and I paid too much for it. I'm really unhappy. Don't buy from this place.

Ordered Blantons Single Barrel Bourbon 750ml for $200 on June 23rd. Finally got it, but the box smelled like liquor. The plastic was wet and the bottle was leaking because the seal was bad. Tried to contact them 7 times by email, but no response. No phone number either. This was a gift for Father's Day and it's been a nightmare. They're shady and I can't believe they're still in business. Don't buy from them.

I ordered a bottle of *** from Prime Time Liquor on 6/21/22 and it arrived on 6/30. Unfortunately, the wax seal was broken and the whiskey was leaking all over the bottle and label. To make matters worse, there was even mold growing on the lid. I emailed Prime Time right away, but it took them 6 whole days to respond and all they said was "sorry". I replied back asking for more than just an apology, but they told me that they wouldn't honor a refund because of the broken wax seal. However, I know for a fact that this disclaimer wasn't there when I made the purchase. After reading other reviews, I'm starting to think that they filled up a used/empty bottle of *** with cheap liquor and sent it to me just to rip me off. They won't even respond to my emails now and I'm stuck with this mess. I bought it as a wedding gift, but now I can't even give it.

I ordered 5 bottles from Prime Time Liquor on September 4th. They told me later that I'd only get refunded for one of them, which was kinda annoying but not a big deal. When the package finally came, I was super bummed to see that I only got 2 out of the 4 bottles I really wanted (BT Distillery). I emailed their customer service (which is the only way to get in touch with these sketchy folks) and they asked for a photo. I sent it, but instead of trying to fix the problem, they acted like I was lying and said they'd never send just 2 bottles in the box I showed them. They said they only use that box for 4 bottles, so someone must've lost the other 2. That's a total joke and a bad way to try and steal $100 from me. I opened the package myself and looked everywhere for those 2 bottles I was most excited about.

So, I got charged $193.45 by Prime Time Liquor for some bourbon and insurance stuff. But I didn't even order anything from them! I checked my search history and I never even went to their website. I tried calling them like five times and sent four emails, but no one's picking up or responding. I even made an account just to try and talk to a human being. I just want to know what's going on and if it was a mistake. I did order something from them back in January, but that was for a gift and it went smoothly. I hope they can clear this up soon.

I went to Prime Time Liquor and it was pretty good. They had a lot of different types of alcohol and the prices were decent. I got some beer and whiskey and it was all good. The staff was friendly and helpful too. Only thing is, I had to wait a little while to check out because there was a line. But overall, it was a good experience.

Prime Time Liquor messed up my order and sent me the wrong tequila, "Addictivo Anejo" instead of "Addictivo Extra Anejo". They offered me a deal to keep the wrong bottle, but I said no and sent it back. I got a confirmation that they received it, but then they said it must have been damaged in transit and offered a refund. I tried to get more information, but they stopped responding and I never got my $129 back. I feel like they're ripping me off. Can someone help me out? I sent them an email but haven't heard back.

Date of Order 11/28 for *** - tracking number: *** Paid for three bundle package (Eagle Rare 10 year, Buffalo Trace Bourbon and *** and only received 1, and weeks later, despite repeated "We'll ship them today" or "We'll ship them tomorrow"... nothing.

I ordered a bottle of tequila received it on Aug.26. 2 mins after fed ex dropped it off I emailed to let them know the bottle was empty and the box was wet. Emailed them again with a more thorough email with pictures. Emailed them 2 more times because I hadn't heard anything. And as of Sept 8th. Still nothing. I just want my bottle of tequila or a refund. Thank you

Did not receive order in resononable amount if time. Once received order was wrong. Substituted a $25 bottle of Irish Cream for an Eagle Rare 10 year Bourbon. They will not answer phone or respond to emails or respond to "contact us" on their site. I would be very leery of this company. Very sketchy. Prices too good to be true should be a warning. Wished I'd seen ComplaintsBoard.com complaints before ordering.

I purchased a $200 liquor set for my husbands birthday. He received shipping information, but the package was never shipped to our house and instead was routed back to their location. We have contacted them via email 4 times as there is no other method of communication and we have not heard back. I would like a refund as we did not receive the items we purchased. I purchased a bottle of 18 year old *** as a gift (order # ***). I have a confirmation, and a shipping label has been created. Its been 3 weeks now with no delivery, Fed Ex has no shipping updates, and I've tried making contact via email 3 times. There has been no response from the vendor and there is no phone number to call. Right now i would prefer a refund or some kind of communication. I have even been sent a email for review of the product, which i have never received.

I purchased a very expensive bottle of bourbon as a Christmas gift to a co-worker. I placed the order on December 10th, 2022. The bottle was not packed properly and the package was leaking so *** representative advised recipient to refuse damaged packaged and return it unopened. I notified Prime Time Liquor. Tracking shows they received unopened package on Dec 24th. I reached out to them two more times and never got a response, a replacement or a refund. My order number is #*** and I spent $243.40 on this order.Thank you

Purchased *** Antique 107 Bourbon ($139.99/bottle), but they shipped me *** bourbon ($64.99/bottle). Contacted them, all they said was, "sorry, send a photo of the box and bottles shipped." Never heard back, attempted to contact them several times. So in the end they sent me the incorrect bourbon, but yet charged me for the higher priced bourbon that I ordered. Idiots won't respond to do a refund, send the correct items, or do a return. Fighting the complete charge on my credit card, this business is a bunch of low life scam artists that should be put out of business and in jail.

I purchased a 50ml bottle of Blantons bourbon as a gift on July 10,2021. The order number is ***. It was delivered on July 20,2021. I opened it immediately and found the bottle damaged. The seal was broken and torn, the label was dirty and torn, and the bottle was sticky and dirty as well. I am completely unable to give this as a gift due to the poor condition. I have reached out to the company three times through email, including pictures, and asked for a replacement or a refund of the $64.99 and received no response. A phone number can not be found on the website or through a search. At this point, I would just like a refund.

I placed order #*** with Prime Time Liquor. I received an email with a *** tracking number *** on April 22nd. On April 29th the package was "out for delivery", but then updated to package "undeliverable" due to damage, with a note that *** was returning to the shipper.On May 4th the package was delivered to Prime Time Liquor at 454pm and signed for by DDavid.I have emailed the email address provided *** 5 times with NO response. This is a birthday present, and I would like them to either reimburse OR send another package. This is 117 dollars worth of alcohol. I am starting to think this is a scam site, but would like to try to at least have something done.
