I ordered a bourbon which came quickly. I picked it up at the UPS and was excited to look at it so I unpacked it in my car. I immediately smelled alcohol. Not good. After unwrapping it from its bubble wrap I noticed what looked like plumbers tape wrapped around the seal and stopper. Again, not good. I regret not taking g pictures at this point but I'll include what pictures I have. I unwound the tape and the seal fell off immediately. The stopper wasn't very tight and looked old. The label around the knock was wet and coming off and the label below that around the bottle was stained. At this point I'm not sure I actually paid for a bottle of Blanton's Single Barrel. I feel like it was filled with something else and it's not even regular Blanton's.

Nestor Liquor is a terrible place to deal with. They seem to be a one-man show (ugh). They never call back or reply to emails, so you have to keep calling and calling until they finally pick up, which hardly ever happens. I wouldn't recommend doing business with them.

Ordered some bourbon online and checked out Nestor Liquor reviews. Found nine of them, mostly negative. But my experience was totally different! Placed my order and my card was charged in a jiffy. The next day, the shipping label was printed and Fedex picked it up. I got text messages as the package made its way across the country. Signature was required and the package wasn't just thrown on my front porch. The bottles were in perfect condition too! So grateful I went with Nestor Liquor!

I'm giving Nestor Liquor one star because I can't give zero stars. They don't communicate after you order. We tried to cancel and sent many emails, but no response. The package came, and we wanted to send it back, but still no communication. I called and sent messages, but no answer. Thankfully, my credit card company refunded us, but it's weird to keep something we got refunded for.

I bought 2 bottles of liquor and picked the cheapest shipping. The delivery company was *** and they delivered it on a Friday around 3. I wasn't able to sign for it because I was at work. They left a sticker with no instructions. I called the *** company for future delivery instructions and held for 45 minutes. They said they only deliver in ***/ My area from 1-4pm and don't deliver on weekends. I can't take off work for 4 hours to sign for alcohol. They said I can pick it up at their warehouse in Phoenix, which is 2 hours away from ***. I asked for a Supervisor and they said they will hopefully deliver it to my work today 01/31/22. When I called Nestor's Liquor, they weren't any help. They said I chose the delivery company, but I wasn't informed that they are based out of Phoenix and only deliver at certain times. I paid *** or so for delivery that doesn't deliver properly to its customers. Nestor's Liquor said it's not their fault and won't give a refund even if the delivery never made it to me. So I will be out *** because their shipping company can't do its job.

I orderd sum stuff from Nestor Liquor and got part of it. But they forgot $200 worth of stuff. I tried to talk to them by email, chat, and phone, but they don't answer.

I bought a bourbon from Nestor Liquor and they took my money. I put in my home address (***) for delivery, but it went to the wrong place (***). I tried to contact Nestor, but they haven't gotten back to me yet.

I bought a 3 pack of *** from Nestor Liquor on December 26. One of the bottles had an autograph from a famous person who helped make the brand. I paid extra for insurance in case the bottles got damaged during shipping. I paid $154 in total. When I got the autographed bottle, the autograph was half rubbed off because of the packaging. I tried calling them many times and sent them lots of emails and messages on social media. They never answered me and even blocked me on social media.

I ordered online (order #***) on 12/12. I emailed Nestor Liquor at *** on 12/14, 12/15, and 12/16 but no reply. Finally, on 12/17, *** replied and said she could cancel my order with a 15% restocking fee. I complained about the fee, but agreed to cancel the order. However, on Saturday 12/18, I got an email saying the order had shipped. The *** tracking given is [protected]. They charged me $205.76. This company seems like a scam.

I put in an order on Prime Oaks website for Nestor Liquor for $145.53 on 03/19/2022, order number ***. They made a shipping label on 03/21/2022, but by 03/25/2022, it still hadn't shipped. I emailed *** on 03/25/2022 and got a reply from *** at Nestor Liquor saying there was an inventory issue and it would ship by 03/29/2022. But it still hasn't shipped. I've sent emails, tried to chat on the website, and the phone number on their website didn't work. I want my money back or the product I ordered. Other reviews say this company is a scam and won't respond to calls or messages. They shouldn't keep my money if they can't give me the product.

Ordered online on 12/15 and they said it would come by 12/24. They sent me one email saying they got my order and that's it. I looked for a shipping email but nothing. I tried calling, emailing, and using their chat but it's fake because they never answer lol. They never said anything back and it's now 12/30. I didn't read their reviews before and now I see they're scammers. They have a bad page with lots of bad reviews (mine too). I told my bank and I don't know what to do now. I ordered a bottle of *** Single Barrel Bourbon 750ml from Nestor Liquor on November 20th. I paid $6.99 for their shipping protection and my total came to $223.01. My order number was ***. On December 2nd, *** delivered my order with tracking number ***. However, when I got home, I found that the box was wet and damaged, and the liquor bottle was shattered. Even the horse statue on top was broken, so it seemed like the box had been dropped before. There was no labeling on the box to indicate that it was fragile. I have video footage from my ring camera showing the driver tossing the package and it bouncing off my brick exterior onto my cement front porch.

I immediately emailed *** as instructed on their website to request a replacement. I also tried calling their business number found online: ***, but no one answered. I have sent three emails and tried their online chat, which asked for my email and said someone would get back to me within 24 hours. However, I still haven't heard anything and can't reach anyone. It's frustrating that I paid for shipping protection and my package arrived damaged, and now I can't seem to get any help from Nestor Liquor.

I ordered from Nestor Liquor on 12/17 and they said it would come by 12/24 for the holiday. I even got delivery insurance and a gift tag, but when I got the confirmation, the gift tag was missing. I emailed them right away, but they haven't responded. I tried messaging them on their website, but still no response. I sent two more emails, but still no response and the order hasn't even shipped yet. I want to cancel the order, but they won't respond. They promised it would be on time, but they broke that promise. I think they're a scam company and I'm really disappointed. Can you help me out? Thanks.
