Wine order from Direct wine Sussex
I made a substantial wine order on the 1.12.2023 and was told prior on the phone that the delivery would take 5 working days.
2 weeks passed and I phoned and emailed to no reply. Since then I have phoned daily and emailed every week. No response no wine for Christmas.
To this day I have had no response or any emails back. Reading other reviews it’s the same, they take your money but no wine ever arrives. How are they allowed to continue trading.

Wine order - no communication or delivery after payment

I made a mistake it seems by ordering a case of wine at this company on the 27th Sept 2023. I placed the order on the 27th Sept and paid online on the same day. I have left over 2 voice mails and 3 emails with over 10 attempted calls with a line dead.
The items was a case of Castello Banfi Brunello Di Montalcino 2017
The case value was £496
Desired outcome: Cancel the order and a refund

On 2nd August, I ordered a few bottles of nice wine for an event ten days later and spent almost £100. The order just stayed as ‘pending’. Once the event passed I requested a refund - four different times. Eventually, a nice lady called to apologise and said she would issue an immediate refund; that was three weeks ago. I have chased this again but never expect to get my money back.
Very disappointing.
Desired outcome: A refund as promised at the end of August
As an update, I received a call from a nice lady at the company who dealt with my refund on 20th September.
