Footaction USA Footaction USA Review: Shoddy Business Practices and Poor Customer Service

Yo, listen up. Footaction USA, or footaction.com, is straight up trash. I copped a pair of Men's sandals in size 8, but when they arrived, they were damaged. So, I snapped a pic and hit up customer service for an exchange. But instead of hooking me up, they refunded me the amount I paid - which wasn't even the full amount, mind you - and didn't even bother to deduct the $6.99 shipping fee like they said they would in their policy. What kind of BS is that? They send me a busted pair of sandals and then don't even exchange them like they're supposed to? That's some shady stuff right there. I'm seriously considering taking these clowns to court for their shoddy business practices. Footaction, you should be ashamed of yourselves. I'm not happy with you guys at all.

Footaction USA Disappointing Experience with Footaction.com: Delayed Delivery and Poor Customer Service

I recently made a purchase on footaction.com for a pair of sneakers in early December. The website stated that the shoes would be delivered within 3-5 business days. However, it has been over a month now and I have yet to receive my order.

Every time I check the delivery status on footaction's website, the estimated delivery date keeps getting pushed back by 3 more days. I even signed up for text updates, but unfortunately, I have not received any notifications regarding my order.

To make matters worse, when I attempted to track my package using the USPS tracking number provided by footaction, I was informed that the tracking number did not exist. This has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed with the entire experience.

As of today, January 24th, I still have not received my order and I am beginning to feel like I have been scammed. I have attempted to contact footaction customer service, but have not received a response. I am now left with no choice but to assume that I will not be receiving my order and that my money has been lost.

Overall, my experience with footaction.com has been extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this website to anyone looking to make a purchase online. The lack of communication and poor customer service has left me feeling cheated and unsatisfied with my experience.

Footaction USA Disappointed with Footaction USA: Poor Quality Control and Customer Service

So, I bought a couple of Timberland 6" wheat boots from Footaction USA (footaction.com). I got one pair in a toddler size 8 and another in a toddler size 11. The size 11 boots were looking all fresh and new, but the size 8 ones were looking like they had been worn before. They were laced up in a loose bow, and everyone knows that brand new Timberlands are laced up tightly. But wait, it gets worse! One of the boots had candy stuck to the bottom of it. Can you believe that? How could Footaction accept a return like this and then send it out to customers?

I tried calling customer service, but I was on hold for almost an hour before finally speaking to someone. And guess what? They didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. All they said was that they would email me a return label and that was it.

I mean, come on Footaction! You guys need to step up your game. Customers expect to receive brand new products when they make a purchase, not something that looks like it has been worn before. And the fact that it had candy stuck to the bottom of it just shows that there was no quality control in place.

Overall, I was pretty disappointed with my experience with Footaction USA. I hope they can improve their customer service and quality control in the future.

Footaction USA Footaction: Terrible Customer Service and False Advertising

This place is just terrible! I can't believe they would take my money for shoes they don't even have in stock. Other companies would at least let you know if they're out of stock, but not Footaction. They just took $127 out of my account for shoes that I ordered, only to send me an email three days later saying they're on back order and won't arrive until after Christmas. And now, two days later, they send me another email saying my order has been cancelled because the product is not in stock. But guess what? They still have my money! This was supposed to be the only gift I was getting for my daughter because I can't afford a whole bunch, and these guys just took it away from me. I'm never buying from this place again.

Footaction USA Terrible Customer Service Experience with Footaction USA - Would Not Recommend

Footaction USA is a store that sells shoes and clothing. I recently ordered some shoes from their website because I couldn't find my size in any stores near me. I was excited to get my new shoes, but unfortunately, I never received an email confirmation. I checked my bank account and saw that I had been charged, but I had no idea if my order had actually gone through.

I decided to call Footaction's customer service line to see if they could help me out. Unfortunately, I was on hold for what felt like forever - 1 hour and 41 minutes to be exact. When I finally got through to a representative, they didn't seem to know what was going on with my order. They put me on hold again, and after another 30 minutes, I was transferred to a supervisor.

The supervisor was a bit more helpful, but still didn't have any concrete answers for me. After a long conversation, we were disconnected - they hung up on me! I was so frustrated and angry at this point. The next morning, I called again and was on hold for 59 minutes. I couldn't believe it - I had paid for expedited shipping, and yet I couldn't even get a straight answer about my order.

Overall, I have to say that my experience with Footaction USA was terrible. I have never had such bad service from a company before. I would definitely not recommend shopping here.

Footaction USA Footaction USA's Delivery Restrictions Left Me Disappointed and Shoeless

I was super hyped when I copped the Pine green 1s from Footaction USA. I mean, who wouldn't be? As a sneakerhead, I was stoked to add these fresh kicks to my collection. But then, out of nowhere, I get an email from Footaction saying that my order got cancelled. What the heck, man? Apparently, they don't deliver to my building in Manhattan's lower east side because of some past package thefts. Like, seriously? I woke up at the crack of dawn to snag these shoes, and now I'm being told that I can't get them because of where I live? That's some straight-up bull.

I mean, I get it. Theft is a problem in the city. But come on, Footaction. There are plenty of buildings in the area with tons of apartments. Who's to say that theft won't happen there too? It's not fair that I have to miss out on these shoes just because of where I live.

Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with Footaction's customer service. They should have been more upfront about their delivery restrictions before I made my purchase. And if they're going to cancel orders because of where people live, they should at least offer some kind of alternative solution. I don't know, maybe they could have suggested that I pick up the shoes in-store or something. But nope, they just straight-up cancelled my order and left me hanging. Not cool, Footaction. Not cool at all.

Footaction USA Footaction.com Review: Disappointing Online Shopping Experience for Yeezys 350

I recently had an experience with Footaction USA, specifically their website footaction.com, and I have to say it was not a positive one. I was excited to purchase a pair of Yeezys 350 from the most recent drop, and I was able to successfully fill my cart and check out. I received a confirmation screen that said my order had been placed, and I eagerly awaited the arrival of my new shoes.

However, as the expected delivery date approached, I became concerned that I had not received any shipping information or updates on my order. I decided to check my email, and to my disappointment, I had not received any communication from Footaction regarding my purchase. It was then that I realized that my order had not actually been placed, despite the confirmation screen I had received.

I was frustrated and disappointed that I had gone through the process of purchasing the shoes online, paid for shipping, and received a confirmation screen, only to find out that my order had not actually been fulfilled. I even had an order number, but it led nowhere and I was left without the shoes I had eagerly anticipated.

In my opinion, this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth and I would caution others against ordering shoes online from Footaction. It's disappointing to have such a negative experience, especially when it comes to something as exciting as a new pair of shoes.

Footaction USA Terrible Customer Service and Order Cancellation - Footaction USA Review

So, I was really excited to order a pair of Jordan 4 Ginger shoes from Footaction USA (footaction.com). I got an email saying my order was confirmed, and I was eagerly waiting for it to arrive. But, after 4 days, I went to check the tracking and to my surprise, my order was cancelled! I was really disappointed and confused. No one could tell me why it was cancelled. I even called my credit card company, and they confirmed that the money was taken, so it wasn't a problem with my card.

The shoes sold out in just a few hours of release, so I think an employee cancelled my order to make a pair available for someone else. But, the worst part is that I never received a phone call or email saying my order was cancelled! I was left in the dark, wondering what happened to my order.

To make matters worse, Footaction USA's customer service was terrible! They said there was nothing they could do and couldn't tell me what happened. I was really frustrated and disappointed with their service. If there was a problem with my card, which there wasn't, why did they pull the money off my credit card?

Overall, I had a really bad experience with Footaction USA. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Their service was terrible, and they didn't communicate with me about my cancelled order. It's really disappointing when you're excited about a purchase, and it doesn't work out.

I recently had an experience with Footaction USA that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I placed an order on their website and paid for expedited shipping, hoping to receive my items quickly. After receiving an email thanking me for my order, I waited patiently for a tracking number to be provided. However, after two weeks had passed with no updates, I decided to call the company to inquire about my order.

To my dismay, I was met with a recording that instructed me to email the company instead. I promptly sent an email requesting a tracking number, but it took three days for me to receive a response. When I finally did receive a tracking number, I checked it regularly for 12 days, only to see that UPS was still waiting for the package to arrive at their facility. Four days later, I checked again and was shocked to see that my order had been canceled.

Feeling frustrated and angry, I immediately contacted PayPal to start a dispute and get my money back. When I reached out to Footaction USA via email, they provided me with a fake tracking number and made no mention of the order being canceled. I was left feeling like the company had no interest in communicating with me or resolving the issue.

Overall, my experience with Footaction USA was extremely disappointing. The lack of communication and transparency left me feeling like I had wasted my time and money. While I appreciate the fact that I was able to get my money back through PayPal, I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy online retailer.

Footaction USA Horrible Experience with Footaction.com: Shipping and Customer Service Subpar

I recently made a purchase on footaction.com for a pair of sandals. However, my experience with their shipping and customer service was less than satisfactory. After waiting for over 8 days, the tracking information only showed that the label was made for about 5 days. I decided to call customer service to inquire about my order status. Unfortunately, I had to wait for 45 minutes on the phone just to be hung up on after giving my order number to the agent. I was extremely frustrated and decided to call back again. This time, I waited another 45 minutes before someone finally answered my call. The agent informed me that my order was shipping out that day, which was a relief. However, I received a notification about the shipment at 2 am, which was quite inconvenient.

To make matters worse, the agent informed me that I would have to wait another 4 days for my order to arrive. I was disappointed to learn that the shipping time was 4-5 days from when the order was shipped out, not from when I placed the order. This was not clearly stated on the website, and I felt misled. Additionally, both customer service agents I spoke to were extremely rude to me, which made the experience even more unpleasant. I did not raise my voice or use any stern language, but they were not friendly or helpful at all.

Overall, my experience with footaction.com was horrible, and I would not recommend them to anyone. I was tempted to give them zero stars, but unfortunately, I had to pick at least one. I will probably never purchase anything from them again, as the shipping and customer service were both subpar.
