Alegria Shoes Very bad Customer service. you will lose your money

I bought a pair of shoes that were sent to the wrong address. I called and wrote the same day of the purchase to correct the address, and according to the email I received, everything was fine. Now the shoes are in another city, and the response they gave me is that I have to pick them up in a city 50 miles away, without guaranteeing that I will even get them. They are not providing any solution or taking responsibility for their own mistakes. For this reason, this was the last time I tried to buy from this online store, and I do not recommend it to anyone because the customer service response is extremely poor. You will most likely lose your money, just like I did.
