Vivo barefoot shoes
I have ordered a pair of Primus Lite Knit on June 2nd/ 2023 from their website
(order # CA000065554) Unfortunately they were too small so I had them shipped back the next day using the label provided (express shipping)
I checked their website for return protocol and there is nothing about filling any online forms prior, which I thought was weird so I just mailed them back.
Here I am, July 1st and have not received a refund. I tried contacting the customer service number and neither the Canadian, nor the American phone number listed is in service (red flag). I emailed the company using the email provided for CS twice and no response other than the automatic instant reply.
At this point I started to panic.
I then reached out to their Instagram page and send a DM explaining the situation. The person behind the screen said they will escalate my case and I will get a response. Nothing yet. They probably didn't do anything.
I feel like I was scammed. $273 to be precise.
Scammed by a reputable company... What is going on Vivo? Do you even have a customer service? This is rude and ridiculous at the same time. What a shame! I'd like an answer.

PS - even the number listed here is bogus. You absolutely cannot contact this company by phone. Something is very fishy.
Desired outcome: Please refund
