I have been a customer of Cracker Barrel in Fort Myers Fl on Boat ways since it opened, I cannot believe you have done this to Cracker Barrel the reason we like it was because it was a family atmosphere you have turned it into something that Cracker Barrel isn't. Why change the inside with all the old-time decors. I don't know where you got this CEO from but i will no longer eat there until you put it back, the way your customers want it.

Claimed loss: No financial loss on our part but there is on yours we usually eat there 3 times a week.

Desired outcome: Put our Cracker Barrel back to the way we are used to.
