Cracker Barrel review: The food was very nasty taste like gas and manager didn't seem concerned about it

I had 9 in my party together tickets would probably be well over 250.00 dollars if you added them all up. The Waiter was great and was very concerned about out food complaint. The manager was not the food tasted like gas (hash browns, mash potatoes), macaroni and cheese were all so nasty and taste like gas. The manager said she would have the cook make some for her and check it out. Never came back to check on us I was very disappointed I have never ever had customers services at a Cracker Barrel like I did that day. I have worked in retail for 50 yrs and would never hirer this manager. I always give people a chance to fix things before I complain. It will be hard to return to this establishment anytime soon

Claimed loss: All of our food we couldn't eat it and two of us got sick. This truly messed up our vacation

Desired outcome: To have the manager retrained on customer service and would like our money back due to the overall experience and couldn't ever eat the food.
