I purchased a pair of shoes that didn’t work for me. Tried to return and was refused said the tag had to be attached to shoes. According to your return policy on the back of your receipt it states: merchandise refunds gladly given within 30 days of purchase. Winn merchandise is an accompanied by original receipt. I meet these requirements. So I’m not sure why the policy that the tag has to be attached to the merchandise is not printed on the receipt as well. I’m very upset because tomorrow will be the last day for the return.
