Cracker Barrel review: Poor food quality.

On 08/05/2026 at 1:43 pm my wife & I had lunch at Cracker Barrel Store #80271 in Fayetteville,NC. I ordered meatloaf, mashed potatoes, corn (black-eyed peas have been removed from menu), & biscuits. I managed to eat most of the slightly warm, but very dry meatloaf, half of the corn (which had no taste), and only a few bites of the cold & hard mashed potatoes (obviously left-overs). The biscuits were cold & hard and the butter was frozen. The iced tea was extremely weak.
This was definitely not of the quality I have enjoyed over the years from Cracker Barrel. I am a very dissatisfied customer.

Claimed loss: $25.46

Desired outcome: I’m not looking for anything other than hoping for the tasty food and choices of the old Cracker Barrel to return.
