Cracker Barrel review: Worst food I have had all time record

Yesterday my family ate at one of these cracker barrels, and the food was an abomination, the steak was like a dried sponge, un eatable, the meat loaf my family member got was like a candy bar so sweet it was gross, and the shrimp my wife ordered pop corn size salad size shrimp that was so over cooked it was falling apart and had so much batter on it, was like eating a over cooked bread crumbs, terrible food, the sides were not available they were out of carrots, broccoli, pot roast also, who runs out of these things? The corn and the mac and cheese and pinto beans were the only things worth eating, we never got our corn bread and muffins until our meal was 1/2 done, the excuse was they were running out of that also... Guess they had to pull some out of the trash maybe, who knows, took 25 minutes before we even got the 1st foods to our table, I mean this place has gone down hill to the point I will never eat there again and these places used to be on top of their game now there at the bottom, I tried to call in to complain they wont even talk to you now, you forced to type to some bull chyt ai... Tried to call in and pose as an employee just to get someone on the phone, that also was a waste of time, this place must be a living hell to work for I bet now... So 1 star because I couldnt leave zero... Or I would have, I will never eat nor my family ever again... They need to close it down and start over...
