I lost my phone at Coushatta Casino Resort and the security took it to the desk. But they gave it to the wrong person and didn't give me any information about it. They told me to meet with someone named *** who was supposed to be there on Thursday at 8:30am. I waited for her until 2pm but she wasn't there. I went back on Friday but she still wasn't there. When I went back on Monday, they threatened to arrest me if I asked about my phone again. I tried to file a lawsuit but the courthouse was closed for a funeral. When I went back on Tuesday, they told me the courthouse is only open on Fridays. When I went back on Friday, the tribal police told me to leave the reservation or I would be arrested.

The front desk moved my daughter and her fam to another unit that was far away from us and not as good. My grandson got bites from the bed bug and we told the front desk when we left.
