Course Hero review: Incredibly inaccurate now

The AI is so inaccurate now and I do not know why as it was previously decent. It cannot even get questions right that are multiple choice. It can only get the most straightforward subjects only about 75% correct now, possibly less. Why did it get so inaccurate all of a sudden? It was accurate until March.

Why bother paying money for a service that is now potentially grade-costing, as it no longer provides accurate information? The cost was previously worth it for its detailed explanations and ability to answer when google did not. Now it is so inaccurate it can barely pass a quiz of multiple choice, old homework questions I gave it to test it.

Given it cannot even make decent accuracy on those, it is unsuitable for use on pretty much anything. It is a good thing I tested this new, horrible version before using it for clarity on topics I do not fully understand. I suppose the tutor service is still available, but there are allegations of mistreatment. Overall, not worth the money if the tutors are not compensated fairly and the AI is no longer remotely accurate.
