I contacted Tutor Support RE: Earnings because of contact number verification issues on October 22, 2022 and they replied me on October 31, 2022 saying my account is permanently disabled due to violations. My concern is about withdrawing my earnings for the month of October. You should at least provide me with assistance regarding how I can withdraw that one-month of earnings.

In my questions in course hero it stop because of awaiting verification in sms bit i cannot enter my ohone number because theres no philippines country available and the option is to subscribe but i already subscribe in the course hero. There’s many pending question i make to tutors and it’s answering my questions because of the awaiting verification problem

Hello! This is a follow-up to my earlier plea for help with making withdrawals from my available earnings. At present, I am unable to cash out my money, and I keep getting an error that my account could not be verified and is now locked, at which point I was instructed to contact support. I am trying to reach out to the tutor support team for the third time. The dashboard now informs me that my account is locked and cannot be verified since I no longer have access to the verification question. My overall score is fairly high, and I haven't received any emails stating that I broke any rules. I hope that you can help me resolve the issue of withdrawals of my hard-earned money.

I have this one document that I uploaded by accident which is my cousin confidential Practicum Diary, it really needs to be deleted because the document has the name of their supervisor, she is not allowed to show the document to anybody. pls do help me

I have been a tutor on course hero for 3 years. This is the first time that I've experienced something like this. I simply wanted to withdraw my earnings on October 26, 2022, but I did not receive the verification code, so I changed my verification number, but the result was my account was locked. When I go to the dashboard, it says I can no longer answer a question. My rating is pretty decent and I haven't received any email that I violated any policies, of course hero.

I have uploaded notes from my university which has been asked to remove it immediately by the lecturer. All the notes i got from my university which actually i need to ask from consent from the owner since it are made for only university students. I have uploaded school assign from my university into course hero and now i really need to remove before there are action from the top level management of the university. I have asked course hero to remove but there are still no action has been taken yet. I really need to remove all of the documents from my account as soon as possible

I would like to remove the files I have uploaded due to some issues of plagiarism.

Hoping for a quick response in this matter.

Course hero tutor company fraud with their tutors they steal our earning by implementing harsh and fake policies to their Tutors.

They steal our earning on the basis of phone number verification process.

After completion of verification they will never give our earning which is a big amount for a poor tutor who work hard by providing their services to the company

I have clicked the resent codes and then I was notified later on that the account was locked. I am hoping that you would unlock it and let me withdraw the remaining balance. I am really thankful for this platform since it helped me in my daily needs especially to my family.

Hoping a moderator is here to help me. Been in contact with the support system but to no avail. it has been two weeks now. I just want to withdraw my hard-earned money. Thanks in advance.

I'm trying to log in to my course hero account using google and I'm getting a "Bad Request" message. And anytime I try to log in using my email and password it's saying they're incorrect even though they are not. I tried clicking the forget password button which takes me to a page to put in my email so I can receive a reset password link in my email, but the link never came.

I have been a tutor for the website and recently I have been removed due to one student who banned me for unlocking a question I thought he was asking for. He reported me twice for the same question that triggered 2 warnings and caused me to be removed and course hero immediately banned me for that. I have almost 300$ but only gave me 20$. Still have more 300$ pending but couldn't withdraw even the available 20 isn't withdrawable.

I've been trying to withdraw my available funds since yesterday, I have funds above 20 dollars but I am not receiving any verification code on my cellphone number. I am sure that my number is correct, I am afraid of clicking send code too many times since I've seen some of you here got your accounts locked because of too many times of trying to verify the code. Kindly resolve please, I know you guys might have technical issues or something since my friend is trying to register and he does not receive any codes either. Its just that no one explains and responds to my emails on your tutor customer service . Thank you.

My account was disabled without notifying me about the reason. I have worked really hard towards my profile on coursehero. I have uploaded a huge number of documents. When i contacted coursehero through email they said i violated copyright. If i did why did you not tell me what document exactly? Kindly make my account work again. As I have contributed a lot towards course hero community by my hardwork

The platforms is designed to asked otp at each withdrawal and i enter a wrong otp by mistake and they have blocked me also forfeighted my hard earn money. I have asked multiple times to sort my problem but they denied by attached document. Its a scam and moderator are not helpful, i am tired of mailing them

I am an instructor. Unfortunately, neither some of the students nor this website respects copyright and intellectual property of the actual owners of these documents.

I want these files and any file related to me to be removed ASAP and in the future none of my course content should be allowed on this website.

I was selected as a Coursehero tutor in may 2022. I served here with full zeal and energy. I got many helpful ratings, therefore my helpful rating was 90%. On 26 September(2022), there was a pop-up message on my laptop screen showing, "your access has changed and you can no longer questions on Coursehero" and I was unable to withdraw my hard-earned earnings when tried to do so. I was distressed because I was unable to withdraw my 150$ balance. I emailed Coursehero tutor support team and they replied me with the following system generated email:

"Our records show that the account referenced has reached the maximum number of phone number verification attempts. As a result, the account has been automatically locked for security reasons. This decision is final and we won’t be able to re-open the account. Please also note that no further payments are obligated at this time."

It's happened only once that I put wrong code while withdrawal and for only this reason, they closed my account. When I searched about this incident on Google an Social media, I realized that Coursehero closed many accounts without any reason and prior notifications.

I think Coursehero is a scam. It is losing its fame day by day. I will not recommend Coursehero to anyone. Now, I am applying for other platforms for tutoring, and I am assure that there will be better platforms than Coursehero.

Who can help me to retrieve my account? I accidently entered one digit wrong of my phone number for verification which needs to be done before every withdrawl. Before that also I have withdrawn some amount using same number.

But after entering wrong number, I tried again using correct number, It showed that my number cannot be verified and contact tutor support.It was locked immediately, how's my earnings 😭

Moreover they have also snatched my answering rights.😭 What kind of policy is this that due to security reasons they cannot give me my earnings. 😭

If you have any suggestion for what can I do, where can I appeal please let me know. 😭😭
