This whole day I have not been able to login to my account due to a "Bad Request" error. Please help, I really need to use my account. It was working fine in the morning but for the past 12 hours it has consistently given me an error message. My account just recently renewed and I would like to use it as soon as possible

I was logged out of my account and I'm trying to log back but I keep getting "There was an error. Please try again" message for hours now. I tried different browsers and even deleting the cache but nothing seems to work. I also tried contacting support through the website but I got no answer. I use my google account to login.

I have uploaded notes from my university which has been asked to remove it immediately by the lecturer. All the notes I got from my university which actually I need to ask from consent from the owner since it are made for only university students. I have accidentally uploaded few notes from my university into course hero and now I really need to remove before there are action from the top level management of the university. I really need to remove all of the documents from my account as soon as possible.

Well, the company has been fair enough, but I guess it needs to work on its new policy which prevents tutors from updating their PayPal account should they encounter problems with their currently linked PayPal account.

Technically, this means that the individual tutor involved cannot withdraw their current earnings and is not able to proceed to answer further questions because there is no way to get their earnings going forward.

I agree with the need to put in place adequate controls on earnings withdrawal, which would ensure that no one is trying to be fraudulent, but I feel it is in the interest of equity and fairness that one is able to get rewards for work done.

I would advise they have quarterly windows through which tutors experiencing this kind of issue can get it resolved without having to lose their earnings or be indirectly taken off the platform.

I have uploaded notes from my college which has been asked to remove it immediately by the professor. All the study material i got from my university which actually i need to ask from consent from the owner a they are available only to the students or our college. I have accidentally uploaded few notes from my college into course hero and now I really need it to be removed before the top level management of my college take action against this and sue. I already asked Coursehero to help with this but no response. I need all the documents associated with my account to be removed.

I was conducting source materials checks for my book citations and discovered that Ch. 5 of my book has been uploaded to this company's website WITHOUT PERMISSION. Whoever uploaded the my work has done so ILLEGALLY. I've contacted their customer service who then emailed me a complaint form, but I have no idea how long this process takes. It needs to be removed immediately or I will consider legal action. The file was uploaded by a wendycate45 of Laikipia University (see attached). I have no idea who this is and how they accessed my files. It is saying there are over 15 pages of my book that have been uploaded! OUTRAGEOUS. I cannot see all of what was uploaded unless I register with the website, which I do not want to do for obviously reasons. How is this company allowing copyrighted materials to be uploaded without checks?!?

I was charged $24.95 on June 14, 2022 at 8:44 AM and had access to use it for 1 day then no access the next day or week or month after the first original day I signed up and paid. I looked in account settings (per what their website states) and it shows that I do not have access and wants me to sign up (again) but I was charged for access and only got it for 1 day. I thought that it was for 1 month access and yet I seem to have only got 1 day access.

I have subscribed to a monthly service after the business claimed to provide service for a specific class I was looking for. After they charged my card, I logged in to find out non of the documents they claimed were the class I was looking for - and I have looked carefully. Within an hour, I called customer service and explained the issue - they refused to issue a refund despite not being able to render the service. I emailed their billing department immediately after the call and received an email also refusing the refund - not even in proportion but also they provided false information in the email and did not respond to clarification. I should not be charged for service they are not able to provide especially considering my immediate - within the hour - call.

Numerous files from me have been uploaded here without my consent. I want you to delete right away because it infringes my right. Kindly delete all the items or documents that my name was there, just search Ma. Lourdes Pmaran, and delete the documents that was been uploaded it here. I am sad because I am not aware that someone I trusted that I shared my files with will be uploaded it here.
