My tutor account ([protected]@gmail.com) can no longer answer questions however I have pending earnings left.

I cannot withdraw my earnings since my number cannot be verified but it was the same number in my contact information (+[protected]).

I already contacted the tutor support via email since 03-Nov-2022, raised concerns online everyday, follow-up again on email, called via phone but no response up until now.

I recently got banned from Courshero, and now I will almost send them 3 to 4 emails that either describe the reason why you disabled my account or at least release my amount, which is almost 125 dollars, before getting banned.

But unfortunately, I didn't get a reply back from the Course Hero support team, and I am really disappointed by it. That's why I came on this platform to raise my voice and ask that you kindly release my hard-earned money into my PayPal account.

I should hope that i can get reply from your customer suport team after this complain

I would like to request for deletion of my uploaded file in Course Hero with the file name "THE NORMAL NEWBORN (1).pdf". My professor told me to immediately turn it down or else I will be given disciplinary action. I do not remember when was the exact date that I uploaded the file but I am very certain that it is one of these previous months. Since accessing files in Course Hero is not for free, it left me no choice but to upload my file because I do not have the required amount for it. The pdf is all about the neonate newborn which my Professor did.

I cannot log in to my account for a week now. I don’t know what happened. It always says I entered an incorrect email or password even though I did type the correct details. I have tried resetting my password but no reset link was ever sent to me. I have also sent emails to the tutor support ([protected]@coursehero.com and [protected]@coursehero.com) but the farthest that I got was receiving an automated reply/email from them. Please I know the issue is no longer on my side, so please help me. If you could just send me a reset link at my email [protected]@gmail.com. Thank you!

Since October 31 I have not been able to log back in to my account. The prompt keeps saying I entered incorrect email address or password even though I typed in the correct details. I have also tried resetting my password by clicking the "forgot the password" but no reset link was sent to my email. I hope you could help me with this please. Thank you.

I just received an urgent mail from my university that we have to take down all the documents before 15 November or I will have to receive a failed mark for that course or face other academic penalties from the school board and top-level management. This not only affect me but other students as well as I also uploaded the group assignment. Please help me delete my documents as my university is now not consenting students to share their work online.

I was trying to log on to set up my tutor account in Course Hero with my email el.is.[protected]@gmail.com and I keep getting " Bad Request " or " There was an error " feedbacks. My last email from course hero was October 27, 2022 and I started my application on October 24, 2022. I already uploaded my valid IDs and Transcript of Records. The next step is accessing my account to select the subjects I am interested in. What should I do?

I suddenly can't log in my tutor account. The tutor support said that my account is permanently closed for violating the terms of use without specifying which of the terms I violated.

It also said I will not be able to withdraw my available and pending earnings.

Below is the copy of the said email:

"Thank you for contacting Tutor Support. Our records show that your account has been permanently closed for violating Course Hero’s Terms of Use. This decision is final and we won’t be able to re-open your account. Please also note that no further payments are obligated at this time.

We will not be able to make any further exceptions or facilitate any further requests in connection to this account.

I have uploaded notes from my university and my contact and my friends information in there, which has been asked to remove it immediately. All the notes i got from my university which actually i need to ask from consent from the owner since it are made for only university students. I have accidentally uploaded few notes from my university into course hero and now i really need to remove before there are action from the top level management of the university.

I contacted Tutor Support RE: Earnings because of contact number verification issues on October 22, 2022 and they replied me on October 31, 2022 saying my account is permanently disabled due to violations. My concern is about withdrawing my earnings for the month of October. You should at least provide me with assistance regarding how I can withdraw that one-month of earnings.

In my questions in course hero it stop because of awaiting verification in sms bit i cannot enter my ohone number because theres no philippines country available and the option is to subscribe but i already subscribe in the course hero. There’s many pending question i make to tutors and it’s answering my questions because of the awaiting verification problem

Hello! This is a follow-up to my earlier plea for help with making withdrawals from my available earnings. At present, I am unable to cash out my money, and I keep getting an error that my account could not be verified and is now locked, at which point I was instructed to contact support. I am trying to reach out to the tutor support team for the third time. The dashboard now informs me that my account is locked and cannot be verified since I no longer have access to the verification question. My overall score is fairly high, and I haven't received any emails stating that I broke any rules. I hope that you can help me resolve the issue of withdrawals of my hard-earned money.

I have this one document that I uploaded by accident which is my cousin confidential Practicum Diary, it really needs to be deleted because the document has the name of their supervisor, she is not allowed to show the document to anybody. pls do help me

I have been a tutor on course hero for 3 years. This is the first time that I've experienced something like this. I simply wanted to withdraw my earnings on October 26, 2022, but I did not receive the verification code, so I changed my verification number, but the result was my account was locked. When I go to the dashboard, it says I can no longer answer a question. My rating is pretty decent and I haven't received any email that I violated any policies, of course hero.

I have uploaded notes from my university which has been asked to remove it immediately by the lecturer. Course hero tutor company fraud with their tutors they steal our earning by implementing harsh and fake policies to their Tutors.

They steal our earning on the basis of phone number verification process.

After completion of verification they will never give our earning which is a big amount for a poor tutor who work hard by providing their services to the company

Recently, just this month of October 2022, my account was locked due to verification errors wherein I haven't received any codes eventhough I inputted the correct number. I have clicked the resent codes and then I was notified later on that the account was locked. I am hoping that you would unlock it and let me withdraw the remaining balance. I am really thankful for this platform since it helped me in my daily needs especially to my family.

Hoping a moderator is here to help me. Been in contact with the support system but to no avail. it has been two weeks now. I just want to withdraw my hard-earned money. Thanks in advance.
