pharmacist are in general, quick and helpful. pharmacist admin are usually on the rude side. I dislike the "Pay Ahead" which wastes my time and does not work for Pet medications. Pay Ahead would never work for my pet's controlled substance Rx, as it would still require me to show an ID to get my prescriptionand probably my Costco card. Might save you time, but not me, and I dont own Costco stock.

Asking to show ID is part of their job. Nothing "rude" about that.
