The Anchorage warehouses have stopped selling it and its the one reason I go everyweek, which leads to other purchases. I don't need to drive 40 miles if the products I want aren't available. The Kirkland Brands of wine, Tigula, and Rum don't come anywhere near premium products, and most give you hangover which is a sign of low grade alcohol. The store...

Costco Costco concierge services

I called for tech support on 11/13/19. After listening to the automated message repeatedly say hold time would be 10 minutes, my call was answered 40 minutes later. Ridiculous! A gal named Kiara, who explained that it took so long to answer because you are understaffed, did absolutely nothing to resolve my laptop issues after speaking with me for approximately 90 minutes. She did not seem to know what she was doing and kept asking me the same questions numerous times after I had answered them and her customer service skills were definitely lacking. Finally, she transferred me over to Microsoft. My observation is that she had difficulty understanding the answers to simple questions, even after I tried to patiently explain it in the most elementary fashion I could (I'm a retired educator with lots of experience in this area:0), which resulted in her asking me the same questions multiple times. I went online to check out customer reviews of Costco's Concierge Tech Support and I was very disappointed to read it has received only a 1 star rating from many other people who have had very frustrating experiences when calling for assistance. I prefer contactin you directly, in hopes of improving your customer service and your ratings.

Thank you for taking time to review my feedback. I look forward to your response.

The Costco Concierge Service is bad. I called over 4 times and nobody seem to help. I was told 2X that a return box would be sent out. Nothing. I called again and send out e-mails. Nothing! I have become tired of their cat and mouse game. It looks like they can't get their act together. Costco is good on other things, but their Concierge service is a failure.

Hello, is this Vlasic customer service? If so. My local Costco in Honolulu stopped carrying the Wiejske Wyroby Petite Dill Pickles. Is there any way that you could encourage them to restock them? They carried them for years and I have become accustomed to them. That are absolutely great. Then, for reasons unknown, they switched to a Nally's product which...

Costco laptop purchase

Purchased a Lenovo Flex Touchscreen computer in 2016 and the touchscreen stopped working when I updated windows. Lenovo issued both screen replacements and full laptop replacements while it was under warranty.

I searched extensively online and found that this was a common issue where Lenovo did not issue updated drivers for the current versions of Windows. I thought that we would be fine as we were covered under the Costco 2+2 extended warranty. I was wrong. While they do extend the warranty, they exclude any product defects which is the only reason you get a warranty . . . for defects. So pretty much this is a worthless gimic to give you peace of mind, but they do not follow through.

I used to only purchase electronics from Costco due to this warm and fuzzy warranty. I will purchase electronics at Best Buy or anywhere else.

Costco simply purrfect cat litter

I have been buying Simply Purrfect Cat Litter for 15 + years from Costco. The recent batch I purchased has had baking soda added to the formula. As a result, the littler is very dusty! The effect on my cats has been dramatic. The younger cat will not use the litter immediately after I clean it. He chooses, instead, to urinate on the nearest soft surface: my bed! I regret that it took several loads of laundry for me to put this all together. As a veterinarian, I should have been more aware. I will now be looking for a less dusty clumping litter to preserve my cats' house training and keep me civil to them. And to avoid finding my bedding soaked in cat urine when I prepare to retire for the evening!

Picked up a bottle of wine thinking it was $12.99. Got home and found that I had been charged $39.99. Took the bottle back and was refused refund. Talked with both supervisor and manager at the brighton michigan costco who had apparently not taken the "customer service" training program. Not interested in the fact that this particular bottle was placed in a...

Employee Vincent Clark from the La Quinta store had an affair with my wife. I am now divorcing her and she says she is no longer with Vincent. However, because we co-parent for our two boys, 3 and 5 years of age, we have to go places to buy things for them. I avoid going to that store but rarely I must go. When Vincent is there, instead of avoiding facing...

Costco citi costco credit card moving money from one account to another

I July, 2019 the citi credit card posted a credit of 3500 $ to my account; in August they took back the money stating it was an error on their part. In September they took the 3500$ back again and after two months of taking back and forth with the operators, they claim they sent a check (which I clearly told them not to send) that was cashed. The problem still continues and have been told they will investigate it as if I was the problem. Really shady business. This looks like money laundering and I'm not giving up. Needless to say I will close the account when this is over and will never touch Costco again. You'll miss a good customer.

Costco costco concierge

I have spent hours on the phone with Costco Concierge in the last week trying to get my laptop fixed under warranty. I first had a problem over a year ago, but it was so infrequent, I ignored it. However, the computer started crashing every 15 minutes or so, so I finally had to call in.
It seems like the reps want to do as little work as possible and make it inconvenient as possible to resolve problems. The warranty policy itself is vague and says it extends the manufacturer's policy, but that is false.
I performed the factory reset the concierge asked me to, that they assured me would fix the problem. When it didn't work, they asked me to buy recovery software to try another fix. First of all, that's what the warranty is for, so I don't have to pay extra money to fix it. Second, I was told by the manufacturer that the problem was hardware and that wouldn't fix it. Costco is supposed to extend the manufacturer's warranty, and the manufacturer in that case would have had me send in the laptop. Further, the manufacturer told me and another Costco manager that the problem is hardware-related and that manager, M, stated he would put in a request to have my laptop fixed since it was hardware and another factory reset from usb wouldn't fix that. This was after I spent 3+ hours that day getting the run around between the manufacturer and Costco.
When I called the next morning, the Costco agent told me Asus had said it was a hardware problem again. That's 3 Asus agents that diagnosed a hardware problem. Well. Then when I call back, these geniuses B and E, instead of honoring what the manager the night before me told me about being able to send my laptop in to be fixed, decided to relaunch their own investigation. I really don't know why they took it upon themselves to redo this when I had spent hours on the phone the previous night going through the whole problem with multiple people multiple times. Why make it so difficult for customers to get help with their products? Was it really necessary to waste over half my day?
So I spent another 3 hours on the phone between Costco and Asus. The Asus agent, K, was very kind and helped me reset the bios to see if that would help. It was shockingly pleasant to have someone actually understand that not having a working laptop affects everything I do and is extremely inconvenient, without me even having to say it, and not have me do useless, costly steps that wouldn't work. Again, I was told me it was a hardware issue and I could send in the laptop to have it fixed and they'd take care of it all since I had already did a big factory reset and they empathized with how much time I'd already spent trying to fix it. Except I couldn't because my warranty was no longer with them but with Costco. I was tempted to just pay the $60 to send it in to them and not deal with Costco concierge again.

In conclusion, thank you, Costco Concierge, for wasting hours of my already scarce time and making it exceptionally difficult and frustrating to get assistance with my computer. Future warranties will be through the manufacturer who actually cares a little bit about customer convenience.

Costco black forest organic gummy bears

I purchased this product on Sunday at the Palm Desert, CA Costco. I was going to hand them out on Halloween. Not now, I opened a few bags and the pictures added shows the inside of the last package I opened. . I definitely won't be buying or eating these again. I would be so embarrassed if this bag was given to a child. I am in the process of bringing them back to Costco so they can notify the company.

Costco budget rental cars

On line with my 85 year old mother for over 30 min. They have only two employees actually working at orlando airport. All other counters adequately staffed with no lines. This is horrendous for Costco members. Sister had a similar experience here. Was ripped off, waited and they had no car. Costco should think about who they partner with. It's tarnishing you're brand and reputation.

My fiance and I made our bi-weekly run to Costco in Burlington WA, mostly for supplies for an upcoming Halloween/Birthday party this Saturday. At the checkstand, we had the most unpleasant flat out rude and degrading experience with an employee named "Mary". I attempted to pay with my pre-paid debit card I aquired through Bluebird/Amex. After the initial...

Costco I would like to complaint the attitude of the customer service staff at the exit

When she (black, thin lady with curly hair) was checking out stuffs while leaving. I just tried to help and wanted to tell her that how many items in total, (actually I was in a calm manner but maybe she thought I was [censored]y, that's why my feedback from her was unexpected and disappointed, ————— after she finished checking, she said: i m always right with calculations ( in a very [censored]y tone.)

How rude is it!?

Costco online tire order

ORDER# [protected]. I placed a tire order on 9/23/19. 3 of the 4 tires were shipped. I have called customer service over 5 times asking where the 4th tire was. 1st call they said it was being shipped from a separate location. 2nd time they discovered a label was done, but the actual order was not done. 3rd time I waited for a supervisor for 2+ hours of being put on hold and was disconnected. 4th time I was put on hold for another hour + and then they came back and said the supplier said they would put in another order and the tire would arrive no later than 10/11. Still no tire, called customer service again, was put on hold again for more than 1 hour, got disconnected. Called back and now they told me the tire was lost. It is 10/17 and again I have called 2x today waiting for a supervisor to come to the phone. 1st call I waited 45 minutes and hung up. 2nd call I am on and was placed at 11:05, it is now 11:30 am and I am still waiting for that supervisor. Their customer service is horrendous. DO NOT ORDER TIRES ON-LINE EVER! THEY HAVE CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD ALREADY AND I DON'T EVEN HAVE THE TIRES. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, IT IS WORTH THE FEW BUCKS YOU SAVE USING COSTCO! I HAVE TO HANG UP AGAIN. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY 58 YEARS OF LIVING.

Today (10/16/2019) I had an appointment for replacing tires for my car (Mercedes, 2006, R500). I arrived at Costco tire center and I started my transaction with the agent at the front desk at 3pm. The agent name is Ruben, . First, the agent refused to accept the offer I had three weeks ago, and insisted to do a new estimation. After the checking the car and...

Costco about the australian management and patrick noone

Dear Madam Sir,

Unfortunately COSTCO Australia is run by incompetent Managers which are all including most of the staff are professional liars. Mr. Noone says in his COSTCO magazine that all product are on the shelf's always and they never run out of any stock what a liar. If we ask the staff or any manager on the floor they tell us it is seasonal or they make something up, or dream something up, just that the customer gets out of there way. Like the biggest fraud Mr Noone committed telling they are not allowed to sell regular unleaded Gasoline because of Government regulation. After talking to numerous local federal politicians face to face that this is not so, and that this is an outright lie from Mr Noone and his staff of Managers.
We suggest that Mr. P. Noone be fired immediately for fraud as he is being paid kickback from the E10 manufacturer and we can proof this. He has been paid millions of dollars for committing this fraud.
We ask therefore the Boss in America USA to take action.
If this is not solved by or before the year end 2019 we will pass on all sensitive information to the Australian Federal Police.
Thank for looking after Your desperate Australian Customers !

Costco citi visa membership benefits

One of the citi visa benefits are to cover accidental damage and theft for items you buy on their credit card. Guess what, it is Total Lies and I am very very disappointed - cause I could've used AMEX for same reasons and got covered with no questions asked. I bought a Scooter for my daughter about a month ago, and about a week ago, she parked it and went inside her dorm room to grab something. When she got back (less than a minute), she found the scooter on the ground and it slipped couple steps near which broke the throttle and couple other things on it. So I contacted Citi Bank to ask for coverage, he took all the information, the dates and what happened - he puts me on hold for about 3-5 min cause he has to talk/discuss with "someone" and then comes back with his answer. He said since this is negligence, it is not covered. I asked how is this negligence? he said I'm not sure sir but that what "they" are telling me, and underwriting will send you a letter with denial or approval of your claim. I said but you just said it's not covered, so what will Underwriting do, all he repeated was, underwriting will send you a letter in 2-3 weeks with their decision- which is a denial of course. So do yourselves a favor, and don't use that card for that or at all if possible. Also, I will be submitting this to the Better Business Bureau, but I can't seem to find the right link for that bank/card - Eventually I will :)

Costco premier protein shake chocolate

I have been using Premier Protein shakes daily for over a year. The last three shakes I had all appear to have a paper/plastic material in them that is not liquid (See attached). It is unsettling and uncomfortable to be drinking a liquid with chunks of paper/plastic like material in it. I even accidentally swallowed some of this material as well. I believe there may be a manufacturing defect with the packaging. I am concerned over continuing to drink this product and the potential hazard to swallow or ingest this material. I would like to continue to buy and use this product but need this issue resolved before I would buy again.

Please let me know if there anything you can do for me or information you can provide.

Thanks,

Bert
