tried to order and pay for four michelin tires over phone with fort wayne store. I was told i couldn't purchase and set appointment over phone. Itried
to order over line but couldn,t because of technical problems with your web site, I called Costco main office for technical help with your site. they could not help and said that the four Michelin 265/ 55r20 were not in stock in Fort Wayne, In. even though Fort Wayne branch said they were in stock.
i just go in a circle.
why can't you pay with Costco credit card and set up appointment over the phone ?
