Costco review: Hire better managers.

This store has consistently been the rudest in all of your stores in the nation. I have a been to a lot of Costco’s all over the US and some in other countries. This store will not honor the return policy. They have their own policy. My daughter wanted to go get pizza and entered through the exit side and they stopped her. They said she had to have a membership card. They were not nice about it all. I gave her my membership card and they said she couldn’t use it to get in to buy pizza. When I had to try to find parking to talk to the membership desk, the girl was even ruder and said she was under age and couldn’t come in anyway. When has purchasing a piece of pizza been such an issue? She said the GM has been cracking down. I’m not sure what that means, maybe someone can explain that one to me. I have been a member for over 30 plus years and this is the only store that is consistently rude and have their own rules and definitely knows nothing about customer service.

Desired outcome: The Current and the last one I had to deal with donâ€™t come out to deal with customers. They stay inside and hide.
