I bought new tires and during installation a wheel cover was accidentally broken. I didn't think it was a big deal at the moment. When it was time for a tire rotation I brought it in and waited twice as long as they told me. After driving home all my brake fluid leaked out causing my dashboard to light up. I took it to my trusted mechanic and he explained how someone damaged the brake hose. I had to pay to have it repaired, made a claim and was told it would be resolved in 5-7 days. No reply, so after a week I reached out again. They sent me an email with the wrong customer name and provided a phone number to call. After several attempts to talk to someone and only receiving a "voicemail box is full" recording, an angry person finally answered and yelled that I have the wrong number. When I looked up the claim adjuster and figured out the correct number to call, not the one they gave me, I called and learned that nearly two months later, they denied the claim.
