About two months after purchasing a new set of glasses, I noticed a flaw in the middle of my right lens. After the the fourth month I decided to address the issue at my Costco. They told me that it was a scratch in the coating and that nothing could be done without effecting the prescription. I told them thta I guess I would have to live with it. I was surprised the the guy helping me (and another person was listening who I assumed to be his trainer) did not offer to replace the lease or at least say I'm sorry. They didn't even offer the option of replacing the lease and how much it would cost. They didn't even address whether it was under warranty or not. I have decided to go elsewhere for glasses from now on. Actually, I ordered a pair of new glasses from a different company on-line. All the Costco employee offered is that the coatings used on the glasses are continually improving.
