I have been a loyal Costco member and weekly shopper at the Brandon, FL location for over 10 years. We have spent thousands of dollars at your store

• When the register tape ran out during my checkout, I was told to go to customer service for a receipt rather than the cashier obtaining one for me.

Desired outcome: Sams will be my go-to store until this is resolved.
