I purchased a battery for my car on June 19, 2026 ($139.00). I didn't need it but had 22,000 miles. Away from my house on August 10, the car wouldn't start. I called AAA and it was my battery. Now I had to make a decision to have them replace my battery. According to state law in Florida, they had to take my old battery. I went to get a refund at Costco in Stuart, but the manager said no. I know it is an unusual request, but what choice did I have. I have a business membership #[protected]. It cost me $241.00 with AAA. I do have receipts but can't upload.
Desired outcome: I want a refund of $139.00.
