These people have been in violation of tenants transparency laws for at least 6 years. They are required by law to send a detailed bill of my apartment units usage only. I have requested they show me what u am paying for, they refuse. Since my name is not on the account I'm not responsible to pay it. They are always having water leaks and repairs being done, I am no paying for the entire complexes ground upkeep or water repairs, nor should I be billed for the pool and laundry water usage.
Claimed loss: $2000
Desired outcome: Refund of $2000 and from here out, a detailed bill showing my units usage of water only. The same for garbage and sewer current rates.
