I live in Andover Park, Kansas City, MO. Conservice has been sending estimated water/sewer bills from June 2022 thru December 2022, resulting in over charges to several apartment units in this complex. My bills have at least doubled since being estimated. I am told Cohen-Eserey, the property owner is in contact with Conservice to get this resolved. I am tracking my monthly usage vs. Conservice estimated usage and look forward to a significant refund.
