Conservice Utility Management & Billing review: Conservice Utilities

Conservice is the absolute worst utilities management company and a complete scam! I'm not sure why one would need someone to manage utilities. They have fees for everything including a vacant fee! I am being charged for services that they are not providing. I provided proof but am still being charged. They are refusing to provide a refund and admitting fault via email. I was forced to have gas turned during the fall. Our heat is powered by gas. Do not need it in the fall. I am being charged $50 for each month the gas was not on plus a gas bill although I provided proof. I am being charged $50 charged for trash Conservice says is provided by Republic Trash. My trash is provided by HOA Tulip Cove.
