Conn's Home Plus review: Apple macbook pro

I puchased my apple computer in 2016 and recently had problems with it so I took it to the apple store so they could update it so it would work better and faster and I was told they could not update it because it was an old computer and I told them I purchased it 3 yrs ago and the told me it was a 2012 computer when I bought it in 2016 so I was furious that noone told me it was a 4 year old computer when I walked out the door with it in 2016 from the conns store I am expecting a resolution to this problem it is not right to sell a 4 yr old computer as a new model I will be waiting to hear from someone about my problem the invoice number for the transaction is [protected] and I dont expect an even exchange I know the price is not the same and I will pay the difference but I want an up to date computer and will check it before I leave the store this time.
