Absolutely horrible. Worse moving company ever. We have been scammed. Our items broken, our move a complete nightmare. From start to finish. Avoid Concorde Van Lines at all cost. They take your money and are brokers, not movers. They wont help you once you provide them with a deposit. Our estimate was $18K, and by the time they got done holding us and our things hostage, it turned into $40K. Everything showed up late and many things were broken. They did not assemble anything and could not even find parts for the things they took apart.

Concorde Van Lines These people are criminals

These people are criminals. They take advantage of the elderly. Quote a $2000 move that ends up being over DOUBLE that! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! You are at their mercy once you pay. They arent even movers, they are brokers BUT they dont tell you that! They dont even deserve 1 star. They wont resolve anything either. Lies...lies...lies! That's all that you will get.

Do not, I repeat DO NOT use Concorde Van Lines, LLC for your move. When I initiated the contract I gave the representative a SPECIFIC inventory list of what items would be moved. I was told by *** multiple times that there was more than enough space for the items. Midway through the truck being loaded we were told that we were over the cubic feet allotted and we would have to pay an additional $1,048. After speaking with *** from Concorde and us not agreeing to pay an additional fee the movers left our belongings in the parking lot. The only items able to fit on the truck was the bed frame, the desk, chair and two bar stools.Concorde Van Lines, LLC is a scam.

I tried to arrange my move from *** to *** in May 2022. I spoke with a guy named ***.After I had signed the contract and made an online deposit, it was hard to get a hold of them again. They increased the rate from its original quote the following week.When I tried to call and get the contact of the driver, they stated over and over that they will contact me the day before the move (July 12th) and refused to give me the driver's contact information.That day came, and I was never contacted. I tried to email and call their service line, but they refused to refund me.Please DO NOT use this company. They are scammers as you can see from other reports.

I booked a move through Concorde Van Lines from Ca to . A different company called *** Logistics showed up, and they handled everything terribly. I have multiple photos of boxes and pieces marked fragile this side up with arrows showing direction standing upside down or on their side. My stuff arrived mostly broken and damaged. They destroyed two antique pieces of furniture and the one glsss item that *** logistics packed was a one of a kind lamp. The box that it was packed it was completely crushed and inside was. I longer a glass lamp but a bubble wrap and tape bag of glass shards, it was completely shattered. I had a vintage *** guitar in an hard case and the case was cracked and broken upon arrival and a large crack in the top of the guitar. Most of the boxes I packed were ok, but any furniture that they wrapped and loaded showed up damaged and the lamp they packed showed up completely destroyed. Just know that when you book Concorde Van Lines you wont find bad reviews because they dont actually do the trucking they hired a different company (*** Logistics) after they picked up my stuff I checked the Complaintsboard.com website and found they had only had one star reviews and dozens of other people had a near identical experience of everything being damaged.

Concorde Van Lines I was looking for moving and storage services

I was looking for moving and storage services. I contacted Concorde Van Lines via telephone. The call was fast paced and before I knew it, I was providing them with a deposit for the service. After I got off the phone, I felt the price quoted was high so I contacted several more moving companies. When I discovered that the price was in fact quite high, I cancelled the service. I was told that I would receive a refund of the $3486.00 I gave them. I never received any refund. I have all documentation including placement of the order, bank draft showing they took the funds, repeated attempts to get my deposit back, etc. Documents uploaded. Number sequence on document name is chronological order.

Concorde promised to move full service move our stuff for *** on June 10 2022 as agreed upon on May 9th 2022. The day came and they did not show up. When I called I was told that the driver got Covid and there was nothing they could do except give my money back. Which I did not agree to they just started. Its been over a month and I still dont have my money back. I was told last week that it would be processed by the end of this week. I have been hung up on several times and laughed at for my desperation. They should be ashamed.

Concorde Van Lines I scheduled a move with Concorde Van Lines in early April

I scheduled a move with Concorde Van Lines in early April. We had discussed that I could back in a few weeks with the exact moving date- no problem. I have been trying to reach them for 3 weeks to discuss a moving date and have reached no one. I have called, left voicemail, and sent emails and have had 0 response. In April, we put down an $1,100 deposit and I want my money back! If I can't get a response from them in 3 weeks, how can I expect them to get my furniture to me in 10 days once we move? I don't even think they are coming to get my furniture. I last heard from a *** on May 9 saying customer service would reach out, but I have not heard from anyone via phone. I have followed up via email. I have left multiple voicemails. No response.

Got a quote and put a down payment. They told me I had three day cancellation policy. We found a different company and cancelled within the allotted period. We received an email from them saying that they would refund our money. Its been a month and a half already and still no refund. Every time we call we get told sometime this week and the refund still has not been processed. Not sure what else to do to get these people to help us.

I paid the required deposit in February, 2022 for a move that HAD to take place on or before June 3, 2022. The movers called and said they couldn't get me on the schedule to move during this promised date when they called me on June 2, 2022. Needless to say, I had to leave 90% of my belongings behind for a neighbor to throw away, including all my furniture. Not only did I lose everything I worked so hard to buy, I have to rebuild everything at my new location. When I talked to *** on the phone before signing the contract, he knew this was the very last day I could move to my new location for my job. *** said they'd refund my money and send me a confirmation email, which hasn't come. I'm desperate to get my money back to recuperate all the belongings that I lost. I am heartbroken and disgusted.

Concorde Van Lines gave us a moving quote and they are not a mover but a broker. They collected $1900 for what service, to find another company to actually move our stuff only to have that price change from the original quoted price. This is all very disturbing and shady. We would like the company to honor the quoted price. They should tell customers up front that they are a broker and do nothing other than find a mover. I could have done that myself and saved $1900.

On 8/1/22, movers arrived at Pods in ***, *** to move our belongings, to ***. Prior to the actual move my husband paid a $738.00 deposit. The movers unloaded all of our belongings from the storage POD and then told my husband he would need to pay an additional *** dollars to move our belongings. My husband explained to the movers that he gave an inventory of what we needed moved and there was already a set price. We already agreed to pay ***. When my husband explained that *** dollars was the agreement , they said he had to agree to pay the additional money or they would not move the items. They walked off after emptying our POD and my husband spent several hours loading items back into the *** We tried to call them and were hung up on repeatedly and told we refused service, but that was not true. they changed the price once they unloaded our pod and brought a truck that was only large enough for 2 mattress. They are refusing to refund our money.

Concorde Van Lines 6/25/22 - present

6/25/22 - present. We hire movers to move our belonging from TN to IL. They were to store our items for 30 days and then redeliver. They are charging us almost $4000 more than estimated with no reasons as to why. They will not return our phone calls, texts, emails over the last several days. They kept leaving items at our home with no communication and will not provide us with an address as to where our things are being stored. I have sent them an email and called more than several times to get answers to cost, scheduling a delivery, and information where are things are at. They still have left items at our home that now we will have to take care of moving ourselves and damaged a couch left behind. They took patio cushions that were supposed to be left there. Customer service is rude and will not provide us with ANY answers. We have many documents showing our efforts to resolve the issue with them, but no one will return our calls. At this point we would like a billing adjustment, and delivery of our items they still have possession of.

Concorde Van Lines I reached out to Concorde Van Lines in April 2022 to help with my move across the nation

I reached out to Concorde Van Lines in April 2022 to help with my move across the nation. On 7-18-22, I received the name of the company that Concorde Van Lines supposedly found for my job. The name that was provided to me was ***. Upon more research about the company, I found, on the *** website, that is was reported that the company only had 1 licensed driver and that the company also has a pending insurance cancellation. The following day I reached out to Concorde Van Lines to cancel my contract with them and also to request a refund which was for $1730. The person in customer service that I spoke with said that I would not be receiving a refund because in the contract it states that it is non-refundable 72 hours of signing the contract. I understand that, but, it is evident in the moving company that they found me, that Concorde Van Lines did not hold up their side of the contract either. They should not be hiring someone for a job that has only 1 licensed driver and a pending insurance cancellation.

Concorde Van Lines We signed a contract with Concordevanlines who were helping us move our household items from PA to NE last week

We signed a contract with Concordevanlines who were helping us move our household items from PA to NE last week. we initially got a quote for all the items that we were going to move and those items are going to be 437 cft. However, the guys who came to pick up said that all the items were going to be *** cft. I wanted to avoid this confusion and hence I had shared the dimensions of the 24 items and 59 pieces on a video call with their representative before they shared the quote. I have contacted their customer service and they are denying any refund stating that I cancelled the service and I can go where ever I want and they will not refund the money. The customer service manager boldly claims and mentioned that there is no one beyond her and I can do whatever I want and they will not refund. At this point I feel scammed by them and embarrassed that these things can happen to people in this day and age. We as a family are still dealing with this shock and trauma of this incident even after planning things so well. We are hoping and looking forward to getting our deposit back as this is a hard earned money and we cannot afford to lose it. We have paid them $1398 as a depost for the move.

I personally waited for the Concorde moving company to pick up the apartment contents on June24 2022 between 8 and 10 am which was a 6-hour trip for me. The movers never showed. After repeated attempts to reach the movers, they said they could be there Sunday? This was a breach of contract, since the contract states Move date: 06/24/[protected]/2022. Concorde Van Lines On May 25th, 2022, I was pricing out options for my move to ***, ** from ***

On May 25th, 2022, I was pricing out options for my move to ***, *** from ***. I cam across this business by *** search, and they requested an estimate of goods to be moved. I listed off everything I could think of off the top of my head, and requested an additional 160 ft allowance for forgotten goods. They quoted my move at $2,538, which I agreed to, and paid the $790 reservation deposit. I found out later that the estimator had not included the 160 ft, as the estimate paperwork only reflected 317 ft. About a week before the move, they called to get an actual estimate of the goods to be moved. This time I was home, and able to give them an accurate inventory of the items to be moved, and the new estimate was 413 ft, resulting in the new charge of $3,500, and necessitating a $500 adjustment to the reservation deposit, which I paid by personal check. When the movers showed up, they deliberately loaded the truck in an inefficient manner, and quoted the used space as 710 ft, resulting in a $2,000 increase in the total moving cost, and necessitating a $2,800 payment to complete the pickup. After paying, I requested my items be delivered on July 5th, 2022.As of today, July 18th, 2022, I still have not received my household goods. Trying to reach out to this company is difficult, as they do not have a call-queueing system. Rather, your options are to either attempt to receive a call back by leaving a voicemail or to call back continuously until someone picks up.On July 6th, I was told that our household goods were loaded on a truck and expected to be here in 4-6 business days. Now they're saying that the household goods never got loaded and they're waiting on a truck, after which point, I can expect my household goods in *** business days.

Concorde Van Lines I recently hired Concorde to move my furniture out of my apartment from *** to *** on 05/27/2022

I recently hired Concorde to move my furniture out of my apartment from *** to *** on 05/27/2022. I gave them my full inventory of furniture items and was quoted a price of $2460. They pressured me into paying for my deposit of $1070 to hold my spot on their truck. The day before my move they told me they were unable to honor the original date and had to move it to 05/28/2022, which they knew was the last day of my lease. I went over my inventory several times with *** and *** from the sales department and they assured me I would have plenty of room. On the day of the move, the movers went over my inventory and we matched all the items in my apartment to the inventory they were assigned. The movers told me I did not pay for nearly enough space on their truck and they would barely be able to fit half of the items listed. The price they gave me to load all of the furniture ended up doubling to $4800! I was literally stuck because I had to be out of my apartment that day. My only two options were to forfeit my $1070 deposit and find new movers or pay the total price. I explained the situation to Concorde customer service. Both Bella and ***, from Concorde customer service, promised me that I would get a partial refund back once the move was completed for the HUGE price discrepancy! But there was nothing they could do upfront. They said this happens many times and the owner would honor a partial refund...It has been a month now and nothing has been done. *** has been very rude, especially ***! *** has screamed at me over the phone and been extremely unprofessional. The owner has not attempted to reach out to me once and they continue to feed me lies. I want to warn others not to use this fraudulent company and go elsewhere for their moving needs.

I am moving out of state, and to lessen the stress of moving, I thought to hire a moving company. On 04/21 I sought service from this business and we went through the process of getting a quote and arranging pickup dates. When we spoke about payment options, they said they only accept non-credit types of transactions. I advised them that since I am buying a house, I am a little tight on cash, and I would have to look for a moving company that could take credit cards. Wanting to make a sale, the rep asked what the problem was. I told her I could pay the deposit in cash, but the rest I would have to pay by card, she got approval from dispatch that the person picking up my stuff would take a card and I could move forward with the transaction.This arrangement was not honored. When I called the company to ask for an explanation, they said the driver didn't have a card reader. I told them this wasn't what I agreed to, they said they couldn't do anything to help me. Either I could cancel or pay. They altered the conditions and didn't inform me. The whole point was to pay by card or not at all. They trapped me into giving them the deposit and then didn't inform me of the changes, and citing it was too late to get my deposit back. The last person I talked to said she saw the notes where I was promised these conditions but there was nothing she could do and scoffed at me and said I wasn't getting my money back. To get me off the phone she said she would call me back after talking to upper management about refunding me and it seems they have blocked my number - as every time I call I get a message saying the mailbox is full and to call again.So, they claimed they would make an exception to put me at ease, took my money, Didn't tell me of any changes, didn't honor the exception, and now I am blocked from calling them to get my money back. I am 2 days out from moving and can't hire another company on such notice.

I hired Concorde Van Lines on 4/27/22 after being offered a great deal ($2348 from *** to WA) by ***, the salesman I spoke to. Like many others, I was given an amazing rate and promised that it wouldnt increase. I was promised room for 50 medium-sized boxes. While I used different sizes to pack what I needed, I figured I would be well under the amount of space I was allotted. Not so. Not only did my movers demand cash up front (claiming my second floor apartment was up 3 flights of stairs), all of a sudden, my total price was going to be another ~$2000 for the extra space I needed.I wasnt in any position to say no, even if the cost ended up putting me in debt, so I told them I could pay, but I needed some time to get the money together. After all, they said theyd put my furniture back together.The movers Concorde had contracted (Smart Movers LLC) would only accept cash, Venmo, or Postal Cashiers Checks (no one told me this beforehand), so I scraped together what I needed. On the bright side, the constant calls asking for payment were the best communication I had across the entire process.As I waited in WA for my delivery, my numerous calls to the movers and Concorde were met with non-answers and. Not once was I told where my stuff was when I asked.When my stuff was finally delivered (5/27), my movers (from a third company) squeezed $495 more out of me for a shuttle fee in addition to the remaining cost and arrived just before midnight. They unloaded my boxes/furniture as well as those from another move. I hope they found their owner. My furniture was all broken or not mover-assembled.On 5/30, the movers called me asking if I could meet them in a parking lot in 20 minutes for one additional box. I said no and as of 7/14, Ive heard no follow up. My calls and emails to CVL about this issue/a refund have gone unanswered since early June.Dont hire this company. If you do, expect to pay double the offered rate. Beware.

I signed an original agreement on 04/19/2022 for a moving estimate of $3,850.00 for our move from ***, *** to ***, . I paid an original deposit of $1,375.00 and was told I would make two more payments, one on moving day and one on drop off day. Everything seemed normal and our shipping list was updated and then we were charged an extra $1,000.00 the day before 06/09/2022 and on moving day 06/10/2022 an extra $2,415.00 and would still owe $1,610.00 on drop off day despite being in contact with Concorde Van Lines and explaining that we had already paid well over what we were quoted. Nothing was solved. Then we were asked what date we would physically be available to receive the moving truck at our new home and were told the earliest was 3 days but could be 3-5 days and were told we need to be at our house by the time the truck got there or we wouldn't be able to get out belongings. They also stated it had to be us and could not be a third party. So we made the trip in 3 days from *** to *** only to sit in an empty home for 14 days without any updates or confirmed days. We have called multiple times to try to sort things out with both Concorde Van Lines and *** which is the company they have a contract with. Nothing has been solved and both companies have given me incorrect emails and phone numbers to call and send info to. They don't ask for my phone number, name, job number or anything. Today, 06/23/2022 is 10 business days and 14 day total and $2,550.00 more dollars than we were quoted originally. I just want part of my money back as my husbands computer and screens were not delivered on time and he/his company had to spend money to be able to set up his remote work space so he could get back to work the week after we moved. He took 12 days off in order for the truck to have enough time to bring his work equipment. We are out more money than we have and are in financial strain because of this company.

They say they record their calls so they should have our convo - called Concorde and got a service estimate setup through them - *** was our rep and he put me on hold to talk with his driver at this desk to confirm the price of the move. We gave them specific dimensions of all our things and the amount of boxes and also let them know we'd need our stuff on 6/10 as we'd be staying in a hotel for 10 ish days. They said that's not problem to get our things delivered then since they would be holding our stuff. We called back in to update what boxes we had and to also let them know there was possibly going to be more items than originally planned - they sent an updated service estimate and it *** the price and we felt confident and comfortable about not canceling in our *** hour window as the bigger items we added only raised our price by like *** dollars which was very doable. On the day of the move a completely different company showed up that didn't know *** told us he spoke directly with his driver to confirm the contract and price since it was a little bit on the lower end but they wanted to get us a deal. Our price went from a total of *** to almost *** and we were told we'd have to pay some *** for them to do the pickup. The moving company that came out said Concorde LIED about what they said to us which is caught on the video. This happened on memorial day so I was not able to get in touch with *** or customer service when I called to see what was up and *** was not helpful at all as you can see in the text. Our bank said if we want our deposit back we'd have to take them to small claims court as they told us it would be considered fraud but they cannot help as it was an electronic check. I arranged moving services by Concorde Van Lines (Broker) in May for same day delivery and pickup for July 2nd. I paid the deposit of $617. I was given assurance that my move will be in the morning as it was a requirement from us due to elevator booking time and the fact that we had to move to a state that was over 4 hours away. In June, I contacted the Broker to once again confirm that movers will be here in the morning. I was told that it was not guaranteed, but I needed a guarantee I would have to pay $150 extra. I was very surprised and told them that I was repeatedly told that morning pickup is fine. I reluctantly paid them $150 to ensure morning pickup. I was contacted by the Broker few days before the move to provide list of items for the move, which I did in great detail. I was told that I will be contacted the day before the move for the final confirmation. I kept calling and calling but nobody would pick up. I finally called several people on the Broker and was then told I will get contacted by 6pm. I was not contacted by 6pm, so I called again/sent numerous emails, and finally got to someone who said that they will call back with the confirmation. They call back and say the pickup will be between 2 to 4pm! I said that you charged me extra for morning pickup and they said we cannot guarantee it. Furthermore they said that delivery of the goods will be upto 10 business days! Neither of these terms were mentioned before. I told them we cannot wait till the evening to move and we need our goods on same day as promised, so we are going to book another movers and to give us the refund. We had to frantically book last minute movers who would come in the morning the very next day and delivery same day. We demanded refund from the Broker, and they agreed to it on the phone. However, after several days of calling again and again, I finally get an email saying they will not reimburse $150 + $617 = $767 in deposits. Attached contract with # Z5537631.
