It was a last minute move, the other movers didnt show up. GJ came prepared, they packed up and loaded my house on the truck for 8 hours. Now all my staff is at their storage facility. I will recommend GJ to everybody!

I used Great Job Moving and Storage twice. First time was when I moved into my new house, and the second time was to bring my pool table and home gym to my new place. The service was great. They provided very good suggestions before the move, and the crew showed up 10 minutes earlier with a heads-up call. I would recommend them to all my friends.

I moved with Great Job moving twice. I was always very satisfied with their service. The team is very attentive, careful, and quick. The price is affordable. The packing and assembly/disassembly service is also super helpful for busy professionals. I will use their service again in the future.

We used Great Job Moving and Storage a couple of weeks ago. I gotta say, I've never seen movers who actually give a darn about your stuff and your place. They wrapped up all our furniture, packed a few last-minute boxes, and they really took the time to protect our floors in both houses. We've done a bunch of moves before, but Great Job Moving and Storage totally went above and beyond what we expected. We'll definitely be giving them a ring when we're ready to move out of this rental, and we'll be telling all our friends and fam about them too. Thanks a bunch!

If you want your deceased relative's belongings to go missing during the move, G&J Moving and Storage is the perfect choice! They make big promises about calling you back multiple times to address the issue, but don't hold your breath because they never actually follow through. And when you finally manage to get in touch with them, they have the audacity to claim that their employees would never steal and basically brush you off, suggesting you take matters to the police. Thanks for adding to my family's distress after the loss of my brother by swiping his TV!

Hi, my name is Lauren. I just want to say that I wouldn't recommend this company because we got robbed back on December 30th. They took our items like the PS4, 13 games, and a Comcast remote. I had to pay out of pocket for these things. The two guys who did this didn't get any punishment. Their names are Desmond and Scott. The owner, Alex, didn't do much to help us with our items. They also took my firestick and my husband's RC remote control cars. They even stole all of my handbags that my aunt bought me from Victoria's Secret. I also had Bath and Body Works products and other miscellaneous items that were taken. They stole my Gucci bags and my Michael Kors purse and wallet. I couldn't believe this is something we have to deal with. These guys even took $100 from my purse. They were on drugs and had just gotten out of jail and prison. Who would do something like this to someone they don't even know? The owner, Alex, didn't do anything to help us. He only gave us $750 for all the things that were stolen from us. I wouldn't want anyone to go through what we had to go through. It's not right or fair. But at least some of my items can be replaced. Alex, the owner, couldn't do anything to make it right.

I wanna talk about the damage that happened to my furniture on Oct 31, 2020. It's really upsetting 'cause I don't usually waste money on movers. But this time I used your service and they didn't show up on time and they didn't seem to care about me or my furniture that they were supposed to move to my new place. I changed my move date to Oct 30 'cause I was home that day. I called Stephanie and set it up. But it didn't happen. I wasted 4 hours waiting for your moving team to show up. I called Stephanie and she admitted that the movers didn't have that date on their schedule. I guess it was an honest mistake and things happen, but still. 'Cause of my health issues, I had to move my stuff from my old place to my new place. My son and I took my bed and a lot of my furniture to my new place. It should've been an easy $480 move with a tip for the movers. But on Oct 31, it was a complete disaster and they showed me no respect. I woke up early and went to my old place and took apart all my furniture so it would be ready by noon. They told me, and it's written down, that they would come between 9 and 11 am. I got a text from [protected]-*** at 9:54 AM. The text said they were on their way and I should expect them in 30 min. At 10:54 AM, I called 703-291-*** and nobody answered. That was the number they gave me in the text to call if I had any concerns. At 10:55 AM, the movers called me and said they were on their way and would be there in 30 min. They finally showed up around 11:30 AM (late). When I talked to one of the movers, they told me that I was their only move for that day. They didn't wear masks for Covid-19 at all during the move. That puts me at a big risk 'cause of my heart condition. Normally, I would've done this move by myself, but 'cause of my health and my situation, I needed help. I just got out of the hospital from a major heart procedure. Right now, I'm stressed out 'cause of this whole mess and it's affecting my heart. The movers damaged the few pieces of furniture that I left for them. Here's what got damaged: 1. Bed Frame covers - Dark Stain 2. Bed board - Stain 3. Bed Support beam - Bent 4. Computer Desk - Chips and scratches 5. Stereo Cabinet - Dropped and damaged / not safe 6. Bottom Dresser Drawer - Chipped 7. Middle couch back - Scratched 8. Cat scratching post - Broken You guys say that all items would be covered to prevent this kinda damage. But nothing was covered and all my stuff was just sitting in the back of the truck. And then I heard them laughing after something got damaged. I don't know why they were laughing, but it's totally not okay and disrespectful. They took advantage of someone with disabilities. They told me a manager would call me about the damages, but I haven't heard anything. Another lie from this company. B Jones
