They damaged a floor by dragging a table across the floor leaving a long scratch, approximately feet long in the floor. I followed their procedures for filing a claim for the damages. It has been 30 days with no contact from the company. I have made multiple calls to the manager who has never been available or even returned any of my calls. I do not recommend these movers.

Billy and Shawn were absolutely the best! We were stressed as this was our first move in 38 years. They arrived with a "we can do it !" upbeat attitude and immediately put us at ease. They were very thoughtful in how to organize the truck and did everything we needed. They treated our life's treasures as if their own. I could not be more impressed. They picked up heavy furniture as if it weighed nothing; including an upright piano! I am a nurse and paid close attention to their body mechanics for proper and safe lifting. They are pros! They worked hard the entire time making quick work of it all. We are requesting the two of them for our return move. I highly recommend these fine young gentlemen for any moving or storage anyone needs.

This past Sunday we hired Wildcat Moving to move us out of our apartment into a storage facility as our new home is not ready yet. This is the 3rd or 4th time that we have used Wildcat Moving over the past several years and I would never hire anyone else to move us. They are always very professional, polite and handle items with extreme care. A big shout out to Tyler T and Brian B for this past move. While all the movers we've had from Wildcat have always been great, these 2 were top notch. We have already scheduled them to move us out of storage unit and into our new home. Tyler T and Brian B - hope you 2 will be on the schedule to move us into the new home. We've requested you to be our movers. We would highly recommend Wildcat Moving to anyone.

This is my third time using this moving company and they were just as great this time around. We had Josh H. and Karreon this time. They arrived right as scheduled (a few minutes early actually) and got straight to work but were also great at communicating instead of rushing through. My mother is not a great (terrible) packer but they found ways to tuck things in and move the entire capacity of the truck regardless. They moved quickly and efficiently but also carefully. Always a great experience and just a good feeling to know that you can trust the same company repeatedly to take some of the stress out of the very stressful situation that is moving. Broke down and assembled several large pieces of furniture, mounted her tv, etc. nothing damaged or amiss.

Our movers were Matt W. & Matias. THE BEST MOVERS. These guys were quick, efficient, had great communication and moved our things without anything being broken. They were friendly, nice and presentable. Matt did a great job explaining all the paperwork including the extra insurance in the event anything happened (this was important to me so I'm glad he brought it up!) These two were also super speedy which made our total cheaper (moving is already expensive so this was just the icing on the cake for us. We planned for a higher amount due) And the most important part is they moved all our extremely heavy furniture up a flight of stairs without struggling AND without making one complaint. Overall I'd say Wildcat Movers are the best in town and when we move again we will be calling!

The move we are experiencing is due to divorce and the loss of our home. My daughter and I have been devastated. We also care for my 83 year old mother in our home.

Needless to say, we were not anticipating actually enjoying our moving day.

I highly recommend Wildcat Moving and the team of Sean N., Taylor Y., Adam M. and Andre S. These young men were courteous, kind, attentive, responsive, supportive, respectful, hard working, decisive, master packers, personable and fun.

We will need to use the Wildcat Moving Team again in March. I will definitely be requesting this team, again. They helped make a difficult day, lighter (even though our furniture was NOT). They were BEASTS!

I will highly recommend Wildcat Moving and the team of Sean, Taylor, Adam and Andre.

We engaged Wildcat Moving to ferry some large items to Southland Christian Church for donation and had a wonderful experience! The whole operation is extremely customer friendly. Making the initial request for service was a breeze and the two young men who showed up to do the actual labor came as advertised! Alex C. and Johnathan P. carried an incredibly heavy and unwieldy bureau to the truck (the guys from the moving company that originally delivered this item a couple of weeks ago used a dolly and STILL had trouble, but not these Wildcat Wonders), loaded it quickly and then headed to our garage for two queen mattresses, which were comparative cake from the bureau. And with those loaded, they were off to their destination. The price was extremely reasonable and we would use Wildcat Moving again without hesitation.

Sean N. and Michael T. were fantastic! They were on time. They were friendly and professional and took tremendous care of every box and every piece of furniture. They worked incredibly hard. They also went above and beyond without being asked, which speaks volumes. I had a leg on a dresser that was cracked in a previous move from another company and Sean first immediately brought it to my attention and then without being asked, grabbed his tool kit and used wood glue, nails and screws and reinforced that leg better than it was before. Folks, I had boxes for days in this move and I moved from a ground floor to a second floor, so there was a flight of stairs to navigate. It was a lot of work. They never complained, never slowed down. Again, these two men were everything you would want and expect in 'professional' movers. I can't say enough great things about them.

From my initial scheduling, their gentle email reminders, to my final payment, Wildcat Moving provided economical/fair costs as well as courteous and punctual service. Driver Jordan M. and Rider Adi arrived exactly on-time and as scheduled, were hard-working, pleasant, and respectful to myself AND the property owners. These young men set to work quickly and had items removed from the home without touching walls, banging doors, and without fuss. Jordan M. and Adi were efficient and strong representatives of Wildcat Moving. The same attributes were on display at the final destination during unloading. Jordan M. and Adi were responsible stewards of my new furniture and placed all items in my house with exceptional care and without a scratch. Concisely, Wildcat Moving and their employees Jordan M. and Adi are the first call I make for all future needs - including their associated companies. (Read: mic drop :-)

My family and I have used Wildcat Moving twice now, and couldn't be more pleased with the services provided. The crews are professional, courteous, hard working, and overall, simply amazing. Austin G., Brandon C., Andre K., Jordan M., Anton, and Taylor were excellent in moving us during a snow/ice storm during February . They tackled moving 4500 sq feet of home with a full garage in a work day...I should add, we have too much stuff. They even helped shovel my van out so I could take care of some things that couldn't wait with my three kids. Wildcat Moving also has additional services available with a 5-10% discount to make everything "moving" easier. We used them for move-in cleaning and I wasn't surprised to find that service being professional and excellent as well. We will definitely use Wildcat Moving for all of our moving needs in the future. We are extremely satisfied and highly recommend with no less than 5 stars.

We had a three location move on 11/3. I am sure glad we chose Wildcat for our move! I have heard horror stories about other moving companies and their hidden charges. We even experienced this in our last move unfortunately. Wildcat was very upfront with any and all potential charges. The lead mover on our three man large move team was Billy H. He was super efficient, personable, and careful. I couldn't recommend this young man high enough! His second was a young man named Manuel. Manuel had the same work ethic as Billy and a winning personality. These two gentleman moved our home and storage facility with the care usually reserved for a long time family friend. Taylor was the third man on our team. He was the junior man on the team, but he will be up with Billy and Manuel in no time! It was a heavy and complex move. But they handled it with professionalism. Wildcat even came in $300 under the proposed quote! How many companies out there are that honest with their billing? Far too few in my experience! Hire Wildcat with confidence. Great Value - Great Service. Our business has used Wildcat Moving now three times in the recent months for our relocation from Vermont to Kentucky (we've been moving in "stages"). At this point, I don't even bother calling or checking with any other companies. Every single time, the experience is wonderful. I've scheduled appointments online - quick and easy and also on the phone - professional and helpful. Due to the logistics of moving from 15 hours away - we've even had to reschedule appointments and they have gone out of their way to be helpful. The crews they send out are always prompt, efficient, professional and personable! Shout out to the latest crew, Sean N., A.J., and Brandon C. who had to unload our ABF Trailer of countless, heavy boxes (many of which included heavy magazine collections) as well as two extremely difficult fireproof file cabinets. Couldn't ask for better service. I highly recommend this team. They go out of their way, way above and beyond what you would expect. Great, great company and SUPER employees! Thank you from the American Morgan Horse Association, Inc. at the Kentucky Horse Park. I'm sure we will need you again for a future project!

My husband and I recently used Wildcat Moving for a local move. In the past we have always moved ourselves because we thought it would save us money and we were never in a rush. This move We decided to use a moving company. Based on reviews and recommendations from friends, we chose wildcat moving. I could not have been more pleased with their services! Sam and Andre were so great! They were extremely attentive to detail and very careful with all of our stuff. They were super friendly and made the entire process easy! We had some furniture that needed to be broken down and re-assembled on site, and they did this with ease. They had such a rhythm and did not stop working the entire time. Our total move time was nearly 9 hours and two truckloads full. They took one break for a short lunch but otherwise never stopped. They hustled and we really appreciated how quickly they moved! It was a long day and we had way more stuff than we even realized. Everything was transported well and nothing was damaged. Extreme care was taken to protect our things as well as the surroundings. I sure hope we never move again, but if we do we would absolutely use them again. I only wish I could show my gratitude more. Thanks Sam and Andre!

We used Wildcat moving to move our entire home (2700 sf) from one house to another in town and they exceeded our expectations! Aldi, Cody, Billy and Tommy arrived 5 minutes before their scheduled time (9am) with great attitudes and ready to work! It took all day to pack, load and unload (until 7:30 PM) and they never once slowed down or seemed tired. They were incredibly careful with the furniture pieces and the walls when moving. We had a few large pieces to get through an awkward smallish space, which they navigated with expertise - at one point one of the guys had to scoot down the stairs on one end while the other guy lifted and turned on the other. We've had movers move these pieces in the past and really struggle, but not these guys. They knew exactly how to pack and move in what seemed to be the most efficient and effective ways possible. AND they had such great attitudes and seemed to really enjoy this hard work. They worked well together as a team and were very respectful and professional in all interactions. I was nervous about entrusting all of our belongings to the care of random people, but within the first hour, we knew we were in good hands. They went above and beyond, for example they stayed at the end of the long day and helped us roll out a carpet (and cut the carpet pad to fit!), put our sleep number bed back together and offered to stay longer to do whatever else we needed help with. We'd hire them again in a heartbeat, such high value for the money spent! Thanks Aldi, Cody, Billy, and Tommy!

Wildcat Movers: Worse experience ever, and I have moved 10 times. Connor W. and Michael J. were the movers, who moved very slow, which is especially bad when you are paying by the hour. I was told by Wildcat Movers that it would take 4-6 hours for the move but it took 17 hours. It took Connor and Michael 9 hours to load and unload one 26' truck. The manager at Wildcat said that was a reasonable time for 2 guys to load and unload 1 truck. BEWARE Wildcat movers will say anything to get the job but nothing to be sure you are happy at the end. It's in their best interest for the movers to take longer. The worse part was at the end of the night. Michael and Connor said that everything was out of the lower level. They lied because they were too lazy to carry the rest of the furniture upstairs. The next day i discovered so much furniture in the LL that it took 2 pick up trucks, a trailer and a car to finish the moving myself, with the help of friends and neighbors. This was the day i had to vacate the home for the new buyers. Anyone who has moved knows how stressful that can be. The company has refused to take any responsibility for their under quoting the job or refunding any money. In fact i was dealt with very rudely. This is the only moving company in Lexington that does not come out to look at how much there is to move, or even ask any questions on the phone. If they did, they would have to tell the truth. I would never use this company or recommend that anyone use any of their other services, due to the non-responsive management of Wildcat.

This is the same review I posted on Facebook. I think I said it all! I would recommend them enthusiastically and I would use them again readily and happily. Everything went right, nothing went wrong! Wildcat is not the cheapest moving company based on their hourly rate, but in the end the total cost was about the same as was quoted by other movers with slightly lower rates, and the difference was worth it in peace of mind and the care given my possessions, as well as the courtesy extended to me and my daughter. Cameron S. and AJ moved me on my birthday three days ago. They were fantastic! Better than on-time, they were there about a half hour early. Cameron explained the entire contract concisely and had me initial and sign appropriately. They asked the necessary questions about awkward pieces, extremely heavy pieces, anything unusual about the move in case they needed more crew or equipment and to help them plot loading efficiently. Then they began to MOVE! They were quick, but careful. I saw the furniture was well loaded and secured in the truck. An impressive matter of 3D Tetris. We moved on to my storage locker, and Cameron and AJ repeated the entire process, equally as well. After a brief lunch break, we went on to my new condo. The guys remained efficient and courteous, handling the freight elevator with ease and the building manager with excellent manners that spoke well for the company. In my new condo, both Cameron and AJ offered to shift furniture to my liking, which in one case involved moving three bachelor chests with hutch tops about four inches to the left. I can attest that not all movers are as pleasantly accommodating. On time, timely work, pleasant, likable, and courteous movers. Nothing damaged in transit or at either end of the move. I don't know what more I can say in their praise. You can feel safe about the entire move with Wildcat Moving, particularly if you are lucky enough to get Cameron S and AJ!

I moved with Wildcat Moving in 2021 from my old crib in Georgetown, KY to their Dallas RD storage spot in Lexington, KY. I got insurance, but they still messed up a bunch of my stuff when they moved it into the storage. They didn't give me any cash for the damage. Plus, some of my things got wet while they were chillin' in their storage spot.

I moved with Wildcat Moving (WM) in April in Lexington, KY. I told the WM agent and the crew chief on the day of the move to be careful with my stone table, but they didn't listen. They messed it up and broke it, which cost me a lot of money and time. After the move, I signed WM's contract and paid the full $2,846 invoice, but I made sure to write that I disagreed with the $60 limit they put on the table. I thought WM would give me back the $750 I spent because of their mistake, but they won't. They admit they were wrong, but they say they don't have to pay me back.

Wildcat Moving, LLC was supposed to move my stuff to a storage unit in Berea, Ky. The drivers were young dudes who couldn't handle the rain and ended up crashing into my driveway. They messed up the pavement, broke the railroad ties, and destroyed my flowers. My son had to call two tow trucks to get the van out of there. I had to write them a check for 450 bucks just to get out of the driveway. These guys sent someone to patch up the damage, but it's not good enough and it's holding up the sale of my house. I'm an 82-year-old widow and I feel like they're taking advantage of me. They need to fix my driveway and give me my money back. They've been super rude and disrespectful to me.

I got the insurance for damage issues when Wildcat Moving LLC moved my stuff on April 8. I paid $150 per load (two loads) to cover damage issues, which gives me $500 in coverage. Two things got damaged, but they won't cover one of them because it's old and electronic. The other one is a bed that I bought 20 months before the move. It wasn't damaged before the move, but the foot board got messed up during the move. Wildcat Moving LLC said it was animal damage, but we don't have any indoor animals. They won't process the claim and gave me $150 back for one load of coverage. They said I can't say anything bad about them if I take the money, but I'm not taking it. I attached emails, contracts, a certified letter, and an uncashed check. There's also a picture of the damage and an ad from the store where I bought the bed.

I had a bad experience with Wildcat Moving, LLC. I called them in January to move from Lexington, KY to Richmond, KY. I asked if they knew how to work with a Sleep Number Bed, which is very important to me. They said they did, but when they arrived, they didn't know how to do it. They took over an hour to take it apart and had to sign a waiver for damages. At the other end, they had trouble putting it back together and left it unfinished. The response from the client relations person was not good. They argued with me instead of acknowledging their mistake. They offered a refund of $57, which is ridiculous. I will not use them again and will post a complete review online.
