I have noticed a payment of £15 gone out on a visa payment on closer inspection it's been going on since December. It shows as a visa payment but I have not authorized this.

Hi I didn't sign up for this. I want a refund please. £15 has been taken from my account and I do not recall adding my bank details.

I have not given permission for £15 to be taken from my bank but it's happening anyway. I want my money put back into my bank. I have no clue how you manage to keep taking money and I can't seem to find a way to stop it either. I want this resolved and the money put back. I have a child that I need to feed and a house that I need to pay for. Every bit of money helps.

Since July29th 2020 you have been taking £15 a month out of my account, I have no recollection of joining such a scheme and no paperwork or emails of any such scheme, no membership number or any details whatsoever. Please cancel this scam now and return my money back to me asap

I just been through all our Bank Statements from last year and have noticed these 2 monthly charges each £15. Neither my Husband nor I have signed up or authorized anything like this but somehow they got hold of our Card Details because it does come up with the Card Number. I have tried to call the Numbers provided but with no Luck. So now I will contact our Banks Fraud department to see if they can help to get a refund.

They have taken £15 a month out of my account for the last town months, so a total of £30. I need this money and I need it back as soon as I can have it back.
I have never heard of this company in my life and I have never signed up to Argos or any websites that I don't trust.
This is fraud. I will call my bank and make sure to get my money back. This is disgusting.

I do not have any accounts with Complete Savings/ Complete save yet they keep charging me £15 a month yet I did not sign up to anything.

Checked my bank account and I have yet again been charged £15 by something i haven't authorised

I am writing this to complain about £15 being taken out of my bank on the 11th of March. I have not signed up for a membership or anything of the sort, I want it cancelled to prevent any further money being taken out of my bank. It is a disgrace, I do not know how it has happened I want to stop it so if you could do that it would be great thank you.

To my knowledge I have not signed up to WLY Completesave.co.uk which had regularly been taking £15 out of my credit card account for the last 6 months. During the current Pandemic we have been encouraged to shop on-line and to use card payment systems. The amount of money going out was small enough for me not to notice until now. I am a pensioner and I try to be as careful as I can about disclosing personal information over the internet. I shall be contacting my bank to see if the money can be refunded.

Recently I've had £15 taken out of my account, twice and I have no idea for so I suggest u let me know why you've taken money out of my account and I want it back please

I have noticed a couple of direct debits taken out by you and due to having mental health and memory issues I don t even recall signing up with you.i also don t remember becoming g a member.This has really upset me as it is money I could use for other bills and necessary purchases.
I would appreciate cancellation and a refund if possible.

This company WLY COMPLETE SAVE have been taking £15 out of my account every month! I've never even heard of this company! This is total fraud! Please put the money you have stolen back into my account

You have taken £15 from my account, I have not had any dealings with you and want my money back, this has been reported to the fraud department with my bank, it is disgusting that this has happened and I demand that it is paid back with immediate effect.

I have had 4 transactions of 15 pound taken from my account the last 4 months I have filed a number of complaints about this and still nothing has been done I have never clicked onto one of the subscription and even if so I have not put in any of my details for money to be taken monthly I would appreciate if this could get resolved as quickly as possible because it is just money coming out my pockets that I do not have

I have seen you have tried taking £15 out of my bank account I don't even know what this site/company is and never used it and you are taking money out of my account. I would like my money back and an explanation to why you have taken money out of my account I in contact with my bank to get the money back and I'm not in the slightest happy and want my money back

I have only just noticed 15 a month going from my account since 2019! I want every penny back and have reported you to the fraud team! Disgusting

I just clicked on box won a supposed iPhone 11 but when I clicked to go further it came up problem i hope this is not going to be a repeat of the last time paying all the money for nada if it is I will seek legal action ! 🤬 I've been with WLY before and didn't get anything for £15 a month / week whatever I expect I company of ur size snd honesty to be gracious enough to fulfil there end of the bargain as of yet I've heard nothing so pls don't force my hand I'm not threatening u I'm just want what u said I won thank u regards Steven

I had checked my bank last night and realised that £15 had been taken out by your company which I have never heard off before, I order off a few sites quite regularly but have never signed up to this one so I want my money back I don't know why you had took it out but I would like to know why you took it out and what for
