I received numerous messages over the past several days stating that they had received my request and my orders had been cancelled. These were items I had ordered for my grandbabies and was anxiously waiting for. I emailed the company and said 'I did not cancel. Show me the email where I canceled this order.' They could not find any such email, so they came back with 'this was a mass cancellation due to a technical glitch. We will let you know when these items become available again'. I was so disgusted!! I think they are having major shipping issues and are close to folding their business.
