I have used xoom.com several times to transfer money to South Africa. Last week I wanted to send $434 to a vendor, xoom.com cancelled the transaction. Later that day I sent $500 to my SA bank account and it went through. xoom.com gave some generic BS as to why it was cancelled, when pushed they ignored my request for an explanation as to why they cancelled one transaction in the morning but let a larger oner through in the evening. Today I wanted to send $734 to my attorneys, who I have to before, it was cancelled. I then sent $750 to company and it has gone through! I have been on hold for 2hr 37mins trying to get through toe their Customer Service. They have no idea what they are doing.
