I am trying to withdraw my money from Oanda to my bank account and they refuse to do so
I am trying to withdraw my money from Oanda to my bank account and they refuse to do so. At first I had to verify my bank and I did and they still would not let my have my money. They said it had to go back to the bank it came from, which I no longer have a account with them since 2015.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

They won't let me add my new debit card and bank account to my account because they say they need proof of my old bank and debit card is closed out. I had told them it was done over the phone. My bank doesn't send confirmed. I want to withdrawal my $60.18 Reference # *** for withdrawal proof, and I want y'all to update my bank account. My debit card to my new bank account and my new debit card on my account, my OANDA account number is *** Account Number *** and *** Account Number *** and send me my withdrawal of $60.18 to my new bank account and debit card account.
