Wells Fargo dealer services auto policy

I have been in constant contact with Wells Fargo about a cancelled extened warranty on a vehicle I no longer own. I have been repeatedly told over and over again and again the check has been processed and sent out. This issue has been going on now for over a month. Every customer service rep I speak to always has an excuse for a miss communication from the previous customer service rep I spoke to earlier. Then it goes into sir, "on our end we see the check has been sent out a day ago", but the previous reps already told me it was mailed out a week prior and on and on and on and on. I have been transfered back and forth between departments from exculations to the aftermarket department and I am still getting the run around. When i asked if they review the recorded conversations with customers they tell me they can, but it's not necessary? Yet in still, I am the one who misunderstood the customer service rep. No! review your recordings, and you will see I have been consistently lied to! This is entirely unacceptable in my opinion, and something really needs to be done!

Wells Fargo wells fargo dealer services

If you value your credit dont get a loan here.. I had a 720 across the board credit report. I was told payments were insufficient funds or not paid. I have all documents showing from my bank they were made and not returned. Then you try to fix it. You get yelled at, threatened, cussed. This is after they got sued. April 2019. Have not changed any.

Wells Fargo mortgage repayment plan

We fell behind on our payments due to medical issues with my husband and our daughter. We were trying to catch up when, in February of this year, we were a day late with our payment. I called home preservation dept. to make the payment and was told that Wells Fargo would no longer accept payments and we were in forclosure. This was the end of February 2019. We were served foreclosure papers on March 7, 2019. I tried to work things out with home preservation and after all the paperwork was completed, I was informed that we did not have enough funds each month to go for a repayment plan.

March 25, 2019, I received an email from the home preservation dept., stating thery were happy to assist us with our home assistance request. I also received an email with the link to the Loan Tracker site, along with an access code. I filled out and sent all information requested. This time I included my daughter's income since she just started receiving her Social Security Disability payments. After many phone calls and adjustments to paperwork, I was informed that we now made too much money to qualify for a repayment plan, and that lawyer fees, filing fees, etc., for the foreclosure filing, would be my responsibility. When I asked how much more that would be, I could not get a straight answer.

I appealed the decision with the form provided on Loan Tracker and also wrote a letter stating how we could manage a double payment each month, along with our bank statements. I sent this and all paperwork, again, through the Loan Tracker system. This too was rejected. I was informed that I did not submit any new information and did not give a reason for the appeal. Obviously, the bank statements and my letter were not read. This constant tug on our emotions is cruel.

I received a letter today showing the minimum amount needed to reinstate our mortgage is good until May 3, 2019, delinquent payments of $9, 692.58 with foreclosure fee/cost of $815.00 to total $10, 507.58.

To me, it seems that we can never catch up due to the constant late fees and lawyer fees instilled on us. We have the funds to pay each month, but Wells Fargo refuses to accept any monies unless it's the full amount. If we could pay each month, a double payment, there would be no late fees or lawyer fees.

We are senior citizens with a disabled daughter to care for, not some big corporation that can afford the fees imposed and have their lawyers handle the problems.

Wells Fargo trying to get unauthorized monies returned to my account

Have been customer for years and not without problems for all of them. My ss# has been used in past to apply for credit thus ruining my credit since 2011 and wells fargo always alerts me when a charge that looks off is made. This happened in feb for 69.99 and they alerted and returned my $ because I could prove it wasnt me. It was for some herbal substance ordered online which I would never do because of the state of my ss#. Then the same company tried again for 79.99 and wells fargo declined my case and took the $ from my account. We went to the branch here in salisbury nc to dispute. The banker obviously has not been trained in banking. She had no idea what I was talking about. It took her at least 1/2 hour to look at my account. Read my decline letter the had to call some one higher up on the phone. She repeated to us what the person on the other line was saying, thus making less sense to us. So my husband who is an authorized user of my wf card tried to tell her what was going on and they would not let him explain. Meanwhile the banker had the vendor and other banker on a 3 way call and the vendor was rude, over talked me and I tried to defend my side. Then the wf person on the other line asked me to hang up because I was tying up 2 lines before I could get a result! What. Why do I have to hang up without finishing the conversation? And how dare the bank make me feel like I wasnt worth their time? So we left with a small amount returned, no satisfaction, and looking to take our $ out of bank. Still considering doing that because along with having fradulent savings account opened in my sons name I have lost close to 6000.00 due to being a customer at wells fargo. Am alerting all who will listen

Wells Fargo has poor to terrible customer service top down. I spoke with an Executive team member about customer service issues March 22 2019. She was rude and defensive. This is a corporate Wells Fargo employee. Not a minimum wage help line staff person. I requested my Wells Fargo accounts closed and my checking account funds returned. She promised a cashier's check in 2
Days. It's April 10 2019. They have fraudulently left some of my accounts open. And never returned my checking account funds. It's akin to theft. And surely fraud on stock holders. Run don't walk from this fee
generating mess of a business, top down.
I am a disabled Veteran
Trolls will post negative personal comments about me to distract from the Truth. Wells Fargo is a mess.

Suck it Troll
Let's discuss in person
See who you really are
Wells Fargo must pay you minimum wage to monitor this because you obviously have no Education or common sense
Keep posting idiotic posts and defamatory BS
Wells Fargo still is a terrible, unethical company that cheats people left and right and has god awful Customer service

What balderdash...You are a paid Troll for companies. It's also defamation. Next you will say I'm not African American and came from Mars. Get a real job.
Wells Fargo is a fee generating profit making machine. The customer service is god awful at the corporate level. And with the 1800 number. In my case, Wells Fargo stole $ from my checking account. I closed the account and they kept my balance. They also kept other accounts open in spite of my requests to close the accounts immediately. Those are the facts
Buyer beware.
It's a den of theive: Wells Fargo

PS: The Wells Fargo and other business Trolls who post here in response to complaints are paid to monitor consumer complaint web sites. It's a part of the Wells Fargo shadiness and fraudulent Business practices. Try Wells Fargo out for yourself.
But research them first.
They settled a huge class action lawsuit for fraud. It's a matter of public record.
They admitted wrong doing.
They learned no lessons.
In my case at least they are still guilty of fraud and horrific customer service.

Wells Fargo still hasn't returned $915: that was in my checking account when I closed my Wells Fargo checking account.

Wells Fargo business credit card

I've applied for WellsFargo Platinum Business Credit Card under impression of spending $3, 000 within 3 months of account opening in order to get $500 reward.
As WF's fraudulent accounts opening activities before (cost their CEO resigned), I carefully took the capture of promotion flyer on the website.

However, after spending more than $3, 000 within the time frame, I'm still not receive the bonus as they advertising.

After so many phone calls and getting switching around on different department, they give me a ticket for "research" and after 2 months of research, they said i'm not qualify because of time frame is different.

I ask them to support the written document but none of them can show me those.

Wells Fargo cerita battles thinks she is going to be the new ceo of wells fargo

Did you hear Cerita Battles thinks she is going to be the new CEO of Wells Fargo, what a joke! Everyone knows she is just in that position for 1 reason and 1 reason only. And she is calling our family white privilege she doesn't know anything about banking just that fantasy diverse segments nonsense. If anything my mom Liz Bryant is going to be the new CEO of Wells Fargo. She is the most experienced and doesn't want to hear about all the blacks that didn't pay their mortgages and then got foreclosed on and should stop crying and learn to pay bills instead of buying blunts hair weaves afrosheen and 40oz cheap booze. Wells Fargo wells fargo liz bryant liz djokovich bryant sales manager leaders club presidents club

I am Marianne Gruca Liz Bryant's assistant at wells fargo. I cant stay quiet any longer about this. The leaders club and presidents club meeting was last week at the Diplomat Beach Resort in Hollywood FL. A week before Liz asked me to look over the guest list and make sure there were not going to be too many undesireables coming to the meeting. I asked her what she considered undesireable and she said people like Cerita Battles. I was shocked when she said that. I didnt even look at the list because this is so wrong. I also know that there was alot of drug use going on at the conference. The management of the Diplomat Beach Resort in Hollywood FL were paid off to ignore the illegal drug use and go go girls being paid for with wells fargo corporate credit card. Sharon Kopcienski, Arlene Maloney and Jackie Ashley were totally drunk the whole time I heard. Everyone knows Liz is part of the corrupt criminal group of executives at wells fargo and she has a vendetta against Cerita Battles who is a nice lady.

Wells Fargo mortgage

I've been a customer of Wells Fargo for over 20 years, I'm a 59 year old single parent of a 8 year old autistic child. I've recently had some surgery that has left me on disability and I fell behind on 2 mortgage payments and being on disability I just couldn't catch up but was planning on going into my IRA in June because I'm going to be 59 and a half and would not get hit with the 10% penalty. I received a registered letter today 3/12/19 that if I don't pay the 2 payments by 3/31/19 that they are going to start foreclosure precedings. I called and told them what I was planning and they said sorry you need to pay the 2 payments and absolutely did not care about my situation. Then I see them in front of congress for exactly what I'm experiencing for being thief's . Do not get a mortgage from them.

Wells Fargo escrow refund withheld

My mother had a Wells Fargo mortgage and died in June 2018. The home was transferred to my brother and me by TOD beneficiary designation, and the remaining estate was too small for probate. We sold the home four months later and paid off the mortgage. Despite having a death certificate on record, in November 2018 Wells Fargo issued an escrow refund check for $2045 to my dead mother, which we are unable to cash.

I requested that Wells Fargo re-issue the escrow refund to me or to my brother and me. Wells Fargo refused to reissue the check unless we provide: 1. probate documents, 2. a small estate affidavit for the distribution of the property, or 3. bank statements showing that we made mortgage payments for the last six months before the loan payoff. None of these documents exist because: 1. the estate didn't go through probate, 2. the property was transferred to us by TOD beneficiary designation, and 3. we sold the home less than six months after my mother's death. In January 2019 I sent to Wells Fargo copies of the TOD beneficiary form, real estate transfer receipt from the home sale showing that we were the sellers, and bank statements showing that my brother made mortgage payments before the sale. Wells Fargo insists that they cannot reissue the check without the documents they requested originally, which do not exist. They have refused to recognize existing legal documents and refuse to accept other documents that do exist, such as a copy of the will. Their refusal to resolve the situation is unethical and amounts to theft of $2045.

Wells Fargo cerita battles of wells fargo is a liar

I have to defend myself and my family from all of the lies Cerita Battles of Wells Fargo is spreading about me and my family. Thanks to myself and other corporate executives Cerita Battles is in the position she is today. She contributes very little if anything to Wells Fargo. We even created a special segments position for her to make blacks visible in our organization and she goes around calling me and my husbank Brooks Bryant and my boys Hunter Bryant and Max Bryant white privilege. Everybody knows I got Max that job at Lennar home builders because I am who I am and have connections, but who cares?

Cerita Battles is a sham and thanks to Wells Fargo giving her a job with an phony title for which she isn't qualified she can pay for those expensive hair weaves which are fake looking.

Keep it up Cerita and you will be back on the Teller line at the branch where you came from. And also everyone knows you are trying to kick it with David Miree in TX, but he is not interested in you, he only likes women like me.

Not my fault wells fargo customers dont pay their mortgage mostly black people i'm sure they dont pay they should be foreclosed. Borrow and pay teach your people that go preach about it in church, and dont blame others for being privileged when you get the most privileges than anyone else. my mom said you were after Greg Gwizdz and he rejected you and now you are angry, try again lady, this is Hunter Bryant

Wells Fargo homeowners insurance claim

published review 2/3/19
Warning ... to anyone who has or thinking about getting a Wells Fargo Home Mortgage or Equity Line of credit. Although WF requires you maintain a Homeowners Insurance Policy, if you are in need of filing an insurance claim, WF will keep your claim proceeds & refuse to respond to you. They have breached their very own claims protocol to which we had to hire attornies just to get our own insurance proceeds that we've already paid into. This process has lasted for over eight months. We have over five personal accounts & four business accounts with WF ... soon to be "had" ... Disgraceful & Inexcusable !

Wells Fargo atm withdrawal fraud

I am a wellsfargo account holder. However, a few nights ago I was trying to withdraw cash with my another bank card (once a month $800) at the Wellsfargo Costa Verde, CA branch. After everything was approved (paid the $5 fee), it told me to collect the card. But the atm was so weak that It couldn't push out my card, and the machines started counting down 30s telling me I need to collect my card or else it will eat it... (but my card never came out..) (the atm was broken) I waited at the atm for 20 mins trying to see if my card will come back out, it didn't. So the next morning I went in the Costa Verde, CA branch asking them to get my card back. They opened the atm and there were 8 cards in it... I got my card back and realized the $800 I was trying to withdraw was gone (with $5fee). I sat down to talk to the retail banker, he told me that cash always comes out before card that's why my card is stuck in there (this is not a right statement, card always comes out before cash) (he told me he wonder if it is base on your portfolio sizes..., because his cash always comes out before his card) I had to prove to him using my another bank card that cash always comes out after you collect your card... He was completely ignorant and kept saying it's not Wells Fargo's fault you have to contact your own bank... I proved to him my e-statement from another bank, the cash was taken out. But he just tried to get me out of the office... I'm still on progress trying to get my $800 back (going to ask check security cameras to prove I never collect the cash). This is the worse banking experience I ever had in my life, probably closing all my family wellsfargo accounts because of this incident.
total lost $805

Wells Fargo mortgage - foreclosure

I have sent the following to the WSJ, Ted Cruz, Pete Olson, Posted on their facebook page, and the board of directors.

Our Wells Fargo Nightmare -

We are currently facing the auction of our home yet again with Wells Fargo on February 5th, 2019. In 2016 we applied for a loan modification due to loss of income from my husband's job loss and high medical costs with my Multiple Sclerosis. We were denied. We then hired an outside loan modification group to negotiate a solution for us and we were approved in 2017. We had a scheduled auction date at that time, but the sale was cancelled after we filed bankruptcy for the 1st time during this modification process. On first payment was for June 1. I returned an email to one of Wells Fargo's employees on May 10, 2017 to set up payments after an email was sent to us April 26, 2017 reminding us of the payment. No response until June and was told the modification was cancelled. Nothing after that - dead silence from Wells Fargo. I couldn't believe it.

They again set up our home for auction in September 2017, but due to Harvey was cancelled. A horrible disaster was actually a godsend for us. In 2018 we still heard nothing. We received our statements and then notices from their attorney's office in Dallas. We have had to file bankruptcy 4 times to stop the sale. We don't even need to file bankruptcy. We are now onto our 3rd law firm to help. In October after numerous complaints being filed with the FTC, BBB, Texas Attorney's General and Federal offices, Senator Ted Cruz's office, Rep Pete Olson, posts made to their Facebook page, emails to their executive board, and their senior attorney they cancelled the sale the morning of the auction and all of sudden Wells Fargo wanted to help. I requested at that time that all correspondence be done via email or letters. Having to call and explain the situation with them is a joke. This went on until right before Christmas. They researched and said that they made note of the bankruptcy and would not be auctioning and to start on the loan modification process. On January 4th I called to start the process and through a recording was told that the house was being auctioned February 5th and the kicker is that we received a letter from a VP in their home mortgage department telling me they were working on the problem dated the very same day.

I have filed complaints yet again as well as with HUD. I am currently in my 2nd Multiple Sclerosis relapse since October due to the stress and fear that this has caused. I am praying that I will be able to pull through and not become wheel chair bound. I was naïve to believe that they would actually work with us. I believed a kind woman in their executive offices in Des Moines that said she would help us. They are liars and would do anything to destroy people for money. I am gathering financials for the new firm to handle. It has been a long process the last couple weeks and will fax what we have left this morning. I have 2 more weeks of heavy treatment and can hopefully start the long process of recovery but I have no idea if I will be in my house doing it. I did not have to use a cane until now and I fully blame them for this. Stress and MS are a devastating combination. All we wanted was to work with them and pay our mortgage. I don't even want them to cover my medical costs or legal fees I just want them to cancel the sale and work with us like they said they would. This has consumed our lives.

I actually yelled at a very kind realtor yesterday that was taking pictures of my house. She gave me a hug and helped me get back inside because I could barely hold myself up. I am not that person. I used to travel the country as an MS advocate speaking with patients and their families. I read your article Ms. Glazer and you should know that their CEO and employees have no intention of helping their customers. I am not only the only one still going through this and the stories are devastating.

J shockley
