Hi

I have been trying to get an Itemised Billing report for October 2017 for my prepaid number ([protected]) from Vodacom for 4 days now. I have tried online as well as through the vodacom app. It does not work. I have been calling customer service every day and they keep on telling me the same thing. Please help me resolve this issue.
