used to be better quality, now they wear out after one wear?
If you want tees, sweatshirts and sweatpants that will last for only a month, than the Victoria's Secret Pink clothing line sweats and t-shirts are for you. A few years ago, when the VS Pink line came out, I had one sweatshirt that I wore constantly for two years, and it finally started to pill and rip, so I bought a new one, and wow, did the quality go down. After a month the sweatshirt looked like I had it for a year. It shrunk, and I didn't put it in the dryer, it pilled, faded, and I was dissappointed. My friends have had the same issues with theirs. Especially the t-shirts, which pill after one WEAR, not even washed. It's horrible. Is there any way to regain that great quality they once had? Or are they so busy trying to be "trendy" to the point of putting "scribbles" to make it look like a kid got ahold of it, and heavy gemstones on their clothes that are not comfortable on the clothing at all? Consumers want quality, not quantity. It's almost like VS Pink is a sell-out now, they make so much of it that it's quality has gone way down.
incorrectly sized for bras
about a year or two ago, i bought a whole slew of bras from victoria's secret. i walked in, the sales woman greeted me, i told her i needed some new bras, as my old ones were worn out and no longer fit properly. she fitted me right on the merchandise floor, in front of everyone, no sense of privacy whatsoever or any empathy or thought that this may go against my own personal sense of boundaries. i was already uncomfortable about a strange woman measuring me in an intimate area, as it was, and now i was really feeling red-faced. so, that finally done with, she told me my size was a 36 C. when i tried the bras on, they seemed to me to fit. they seemed skimpy, but to me, they looked that way on the models in the commercials and in the catalogs, as well. several days ago, i went shopping at macy's to get a clear strapped bra to wear with my halloween costume. i didn't return to victoria's secret for this need, because of the emparrassment i suffered during my last experience in their store, for one thing, plus, i didn't feel like spending fifty bucks on a bra i would only likely wear with this costume and possibly not get much use out of, outside of that. i bought the same 36 C i had been wearing for the past year or so, and was off to a halloween party. within an hour, i had a janet jacksonesque wardrobe malfunction, and the fabric holding the convertible strap in place had ripped. there was no way to even temporarily fix the problem at the party, so i had another famale party goer tuck the strap into the back of the costume. great, more embarrassment! that's the second time victoria's secret caused me embarrassement, now. a day or two later, i took the bra back to macy's for a refund or exchange. the woman told me i needed to wash the bra before taking it back, so i did that and brought it back again. the woman that helped me was wonderful. she looked at me and looked at the bra and helped me pick out the size she thought i needed. i hadn't looked at the size at this point, but noticed that the bra did fit very well. much better than my bras at home, and better than that of the one that broke. i began to get curious and looked at the size on the tag; i was beyond shocked. i was just beside myself. it was a DD! and the saleswoman said i could almost go to a DDD, depending on whether the brand i tried ran a little smaller.
wow, i had come to think of myself as a C for so long, that my perception is completely thrown off. when i look in the mirror, i still see that C cup i had been for so long, and when you're told by a so-called professional that you're a certain size, that's what you believe. i have spoken with several other women who have had the same problem with victoria's secret saleswomen measuring them incorrectly. the point of a bra is to get support for the breasts, so you don't wind up with a national geographic situation, and that is not what i was getting out of these ill-fitting garments. i'm way too young to end up like that yet. it's no wonder the stupid bra broke, that victoria's secret employee really screwed me over. i mean, it's like putting anna nicole smith in an A cup. that sales woman could scarcely have been more wrong. and now, lately, i've been having shooting breast pain, no doubt, due to the extreme difference in the size i wore, and the size i actually was. i am all about comfort, i don't squeeze my feet into ill-fitting shoes, for the sake of fashion. my health and comfort are more important to me than impressing a bunch of people i don't know anyway. so why would i have knowingly put myself in so much discomfort in regards to my lingerie? i considered that i have gained weight since i estimated the last time i really was a C, but i've recently lost weight, and apparently, that weight absolutely did not come from my chest area. and i seriously doubt my breasts have grown that much in adulthood. now i'm wondering how many other salespeople have misled me regarding my bra size. now, i do have the frame to support a larger breast, so back problems aren't an issue, and i'm pretty intelligent, so that would have been another clue to me that i was in the wrong size.
i've heard other women speak of their sizes and would just quietly think to myself that they must be sized wrong! meanwhile, it was i who was wrong all along! or rather, the victoria's secret employee who no doubt measured me that way, so i would buy their bras, as their bras only run up to size DD. more than likely, their bras run a little small and i probably would have been a DDD in that store, which would have obviously meant i would have had to shop elsewhere to get my proper size. so now i have to go out and buy a whole new set of bras, instead of just one or two at a time to replace worn out undergarments. this whole ordeal will end up cost me a fortune, much to the satisfaction of any lingerie store, which will not be victoria's secret. i will never shop there again. sorry, vicky, you're running out of secrets and you just lost another customer for life. and nevermind the embarrassment i've suffered because i'm a woman who i doesn't even seem to know her own bra size. no thanks to some greedy little money grubbing cow working at vicotria's secret. very selfish, unprofessional and inappropriate. i remember when you could still find an honest salesperson. i remember when corporations still stood by a code of ethics and morality, and now that type of business is a minority. corporations are now the scourge of society, like AIDS or cancer. it is a sickness in this country and i believe a major cause of rising health care costs. over time, stress will make you sick everytime and the level of corruption in corporate america stresses everyone in one way or another. shame on you, victoria's secret. this is not your only sin, either, i've read several articles about scandal regarding formaldehyde used in the fabric, polyester and rayon being sold as silk and cotton. and i also noticed that it's absolutely impossible to complain to victoria's secret directly with my complaints. if a company isn't open to criticism, they are telling me they already know they have something to feel guilty for and aren't willing to listen and therefore, cannot improve their business practices and cannot therefore be truly successful. i will not trust a company if i even catch a hint that they are scandalous and will not do business with a company i can't respect or trust. i can only hope that many other customers will make the same stand against being treated as subhuman by companies who sacrifice their dignity and pride on the altar of the almighty dollar. this is the only way any true change will come in this country. ladies, looking sexy is not as important as the clear conscience that comes with knowing that you're supporting a company with a sense of your humanity in mind.

As an associate at VS, I can tell you that it is highly recommended to receive a bra fitting every 6 months due to fluctuations in size. At the time you were measured, it is possible that the sales associate made an error. But we are just regular people that work at VS, we're not error-free humans that can swear to never making a mistake. It happens; when was the last time you made a mistake? Probably not too long ago. On the other hand, it is possible that you were not sized incorrectly at the time, and happened to change bra sizes over the course of a year. The majority of women will have changes in bra size, especially when weight gain/loss is involved. I don't understand how you could have been in a size that was obviously different, and not have noticed, especially in a bra other than one made from VS. We can't be held responsible for making sure that everyone is in the perfect size, all the time. Sometimes, personal judgment is necessary. Also, I agree that accusing the associate of sizing you incorrectly in order to have your business is ridiculous. I hear women being sized all the time, and the associates will tell them that they are a DD. It's not something that is avoided. We sell up to a 38DD in several of our bras for a reason. If the company wanted the associates to try and squeeze everyone into a C, there would be no reason to produce larger sized bras. I'm sorry to hear that your experience wasn't great, but keep in mind that one associates possible "mistake" shouldn't be a reflection upon the entire company. Instead of slamming the door on VS because of one incidence, why not try another store? You might be surprised with what you learn. Every day I work, I ask people how they found their experience to be and 99% of the time customers have positive reviews, especially with the fitting room. Come back and see us, you might change your mind. If you do and are still unpleased, fine, I understand if you choose not to come back. But to not return because of one time just reflects ignorance and an unwillingness to give anything a second chance.
they didnt size you wrong, silly. in a years time, a womans breasts grow and change; they outgrew the old measurements. the old bras still fit because they had been stretched out. you cant blame them a whole year later, if it was a week later that you went to get a new bra and it didnt fit, that would be different. but even then, all bras are made differently, and the best way to really be sure that they were incorrect would have been to measure yourself soon after they had measured you.
You couldn't tell that something was wrong when your DDD breasts were spilling over a C cup?
Having gone through a bra fitting through Victoria's Secret employees before, I can say that they are not as bad as you claim. Perhaps it was the one clerk that sized you that made a mistake, in which case before you blame the entire store, you should have gotten a fitting from another employee there. VS bras definitely run smaller as I usually wear an A or B cup and they sized me as a C cup. Either way, I think this complaint is very over the top. Had you not brought health care into this, the complaint would not seem as much of a joke.
I think it's pretty ridiculous that you think the salesgirl sized you wrong for more business. The truth is, most of the associates are there very part-time. Bra sizing is one of the things that the newer girls rarely get right. They should've had it double-checked by another tenured associate. It happens. And when it does, most stores will exchange your bra for one that is the correct size for you. But to rant & rave that she was being malicious in her sizing is laughable to me.
items missing
We had a very unpleasant shopping experience at Las Vegas Victoria’s Secret store # 051113, which is located at Planet Hollywood Miracle Mile Shops.
On 08/10/2009 9:06 pm, We purchased a total number of 248 items at amount of USD $1172.89 in this store. When we loaded these items into the car, we noticed that there is one box is lighter than the rest of them. We opened it and found out there were 15 bottles short. So we rushed back to the store right away with the question box. At first the store manager said it’s impossible that items inside a sealed box could go missing. Then we point out that box had been re-taped and showed it to the store clerk, so the clerk asked her manager to check it out right away. But the store manager just assumed that this box could be opened form us, took something out and re-taped so she did not want to do anything about it.
That is just so-ridiculous! Totally UNACCEPTABLE!
First at all, what does that mean for re-taping that box? Why did we bother to spend more then one thousand of dollars to purchased 248 items and make up a story (re-taping the box, for this instance) for those missing 15 items? How much those 15 items would cost? You do the calculation! Will we stupid enough to re-tape the box only for taking advantage of less than 80 dollars?
Second, when we came back to LA and checked the items which we purchased from that store, we realized that not only there were 15 items went missing, but 1 to 3 bottles short here there for other products as well. And there was 1 bottle which is not even on our purchase list. We just cannot help but wonder what a manager with this poor damage control could qualify for a brand store like Victoria’s Secret? Why we paid the EXACTLY amount of money, but we could not get the EXACTLY products which we purchased for?
Third, when we called Victoria’s Secret customer relations dept. to claim this situation, the customer representative could only tell us that the products had already been out at customer’s hand so there is nothing they can do. Well well, does that mean when an “Unfortunate” customer purchased vast amount of items, in store or by mail order, and he/she could only “hope” these boxes will have the correct amount of items in it? Should any boxes are supposedly with correct item counts? We had been purchased several thousands of dollars with more than thousands of pieces from Victoria’s Secret, should I count them one by one in the store front desk only because I cannot trust the store packaging system anymore? And why this issue only happened in this particular Las Vegas store not anywhere else?
I am absolutely disappointed about the whole thing and I do believe a shopping experience with an issue like this, Victoria’s Secret’s business relationship with the general public was seriously jeopardized.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
This story is ridiculous. Why would you purchase over $1000 worth of VS merchandise in Vegas? I bet you looked real sketchy walking back up into the store claiming you had '15' missing bottles? Im assuming secret garden fragrance. No store would help you because YES it does look like you re-opened it. Sorry, but thats your own fault for being so ignorant.
No, actually, as a previous manager for VS I know for a fact that some manager's will sell that many items without permisson first and then use an excuse to get around not going through correct channels because pressure to make your store's sales quota is sooooo high. I even had a district manager tell me that I "should have made a small purchase" with my own money in order to make my sales quote...when I was only about $120.00 away from my goal.
Are you missing the point that mistakes can happen at the point at which the boxes were packed? The bottles will not be at the counter if the bottles were not pulled out of the box one at a time and scanned (not too many sales associates do so for multiple items...they just scan one bottle as many times as needed), nor will the bottles be at the counter if they were not in the box to begin with.
Many people go to VS to purchase so many items at one time...sometimes to resell outside US...that is the reason for getting District Manager permission. However, that rule is not always followed. Read between the line.
Who goes to Victoria's Secret to purchase -248- items all at once! Actually if you are making that kind of purchase and they are simular items, like all panties or mostly beauty, you need special permission by a district manager and paper work to be filled out obout the purchase. If a few things were missing and you went directly back to the store the items would have still been on the counter. As for the the empty box, it should have been replaced at no cost to you.
incomplete refund
This just occurred between May 5 2009 and July 30 2009. It is unbelievable.
I purchased a dress online from VS. I used a gift card and credit card on the purchase.
The dress total was $48.00, the tax was 1.82, Order total 59.92. I received a 20% offer taking 9.60 off the total for a total price of 50.32.
I returned the merchandise. They will not refund shipping so the total refund should be 40.32. I never heard back from them so I called to check. They returned 33.00 to my credit card.
1st I paid partially with a gift card. I'm not complaining because I don't ever want to do business with this company again.
But the total refunded is not the correct amount so I called. I CS rep tried to explain to me for over 20 minutes how they were taking 20% off my refund because I received a 20% off offer- Has anyone EVER heard of anything so ridiculous? Of course, that is not the way it works. They took 20% off at checkout and I was charged 50.32- then they do not want to refund the correct amount. It was the most absurd conversation I've ever had with a CS rep.
I asked to speak to a manager who called me "sweetie" and told me I didn't understand.
Actually, I think they didn't understand.
So I went through the math again- found that they had charged me for a shipping label that I didn't use- in fact I have my own receipt and a shipping label still in my hand. So they refunded another $5.95 for that- getting me almost to the total I should have received at the beginning. The missing few cents and dollars they told me was a tax on shipping and handling- who knows if that is true but I didn't get it back.
This company is either deliberately trying to deceive and steal from customers or they do not have the proper systems in place to accurately handle refunds and exchanges. It is clear their staff doesn't know what is going on either.
At worst, this is a scam. At best it is the poorest customer service I have ever seen. I will NEVER shop with them again.
The point is that the total refund was incorrect from the beginning. I had to get it all sorted out finally and that was only after two phone calls and an additional conversation with the manager.
The explanation that "they were taking 20% off my refund" is entirely in accurate.
The real problem was that they charged me for a shipping label I never used- it took tons of digging to find this out.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I think I understand. You got a discount on your dress so you are being refunded for the price you paid, but not the shipping costs. I don't know about tax on shipping. If your dress was $48 and you got 20% off your dress was only $38 really. if you got 33 +5.95 then you were refunded back 38.95. Maybe a math class would be good for you.
problems, problems, problems
I have purchased numerous bras and panties set from Victoria's Secret (VS) and it was my worst nightmare. I thought I was making a great investment, by spending the extra money for a QUALITY bra...that was not the case. I have experienced the following problems:
- The underwire came out of a several bras after hand washing them.
- The bras were extremely irritating underneath and in between my breast area, which caused a rash.
- The clasp/hook in the back caused irritation and bruising.
- The rhinestone bra strap broke.
These just a few of the problems that I have experience with thier product.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
if you washed them in the washer that would explain the falling apart of the bra...the bras tag says to hand wash. if your gonna spend $5o on a bra wash it correctly
Worst nightmare? Not just an inconvenience, but WORST nightmare? I call ###.
return policy with receipt
I purchased $88.22 this morning. When I returned home after shopping I realized that a bronzer lotion I purchased was actually the tester. It was half used and dirty. Unfortunately I did not have my glasses on while shopping. When I drove back to the store later the SAME DAY to exchange it for a real bronzer lotion that was not a tester I was informed that I had to wait in line. 4 people working in the store, 3 standing around, 1 at the register, 3 in line ahead of me. After waiting to be helped, I was told they needed to scan my drivers license in order to exchange the product. When I objected, saying I did not trust anyone with this information, I was informed that if I did not give my license to be scanned they would not exchange the product. THIS IS BLACKMAIL. I am 60 years old not 18, I had the receipt from the SAME DAY, and the sales person could not even tell me where the information went. THIS IS HOW IDENTIFY THEFT HAPPENS.
I will never shop at any Limited Brands Inc. stores again including Victoria's Secret, Bath and Body Works and Bendels.

April 4th 2016 I bought a couple of bright colored long t shirts. they were not cheap by the way. My complaint is that when i washed them as normal clothes and as i have in the past they faded due to me taking a little extra detergenat and applying where I had a spilled a beverage on my shirt. Now the shirts dont look fit to wear. I feel like following the wash care that this should not be the case. I would like a refund. shirts were $37.50 each. There is a lot of misinformation in these posts...I work for VS also and someone made a comment saying they work there and IDs are not required for returns...that is incorrect. It is selected stores that require an ID for your return, not all stores. Typically high-shrink stores... The TRE ID scanning system may make legitimate customers feel uncomfortable, but it is purely for loss prevention purposes, as you can see if you just read this article: http://privateofficernews.wordpress.com/2008/06/23/shoplifters-busted-in-million-dollar-victoria-secrets-thefts-wwwprivateofficercom/
There is enough abuse of our return policy as it is, so not requiring an ID along with not requiring a receipt with a return just basically screams, "STEAL MY WHOLE STORE AND RETURN IT ALL FOR NO CONSEQUENCES!" I wish that consumers would understand this, but it really isn't something you would understand unless you've worked in a retail environment that deals with shrink on a daily basis. Taking down this ID information is crucial to busting repeat thieves, and therefore helps the company keep prices lower for consumers rather than raising them due to people stealing all the time.
As an employee of Bath and Body works for over 5 years, I cringe when I hear people complain about RUDE SALESPEOPLE! Have you ever heard of Cause and Effect? I for one can tell you that I have never in my life not even in Walmart seen a ruder bunch of Customers. 90% of you are RUDE; You come in with your Screaming kids in tow, who scream and fuss the entire time while you are totally oblivious to them, I actually had one child who peed herself in the middle of the store after telling mom for over 20 Min that she had to pee, than mom got mad at her, and expected us to clean it up. You all just drop stuff anywhere, you get ready for your dates and use all kinds of sprays lipglosses etc, you let your children run amok, climb shelves, throw stuff on the floor, you cannot do basic math and ask us what 75% off of $10 is? DUH! You never put your cell phone down, You Expect us to give up our Holiday to be open for you at MIDNIGHT On BLACK FRIDAY, than when you get to the register to check out, before we finish the transaction which is when the register calculates the deal you say" I thought that was..., You complain about the Coupons and the fact that we do not let you use them all at the same time, than you don't want to give your phone number and or e-mail, well how in the heck do you think you got that coupon and do you think the company will continue to send them? The only way to know you used them, to track them and to make sure that you continue getting them is with a phone number. And for those of you who want to say it is unlisted, trust me when I tell you if you pay taxes, own a home or have credit, it is listed! Don't believe me?, google yourself sometime you will be amazed. Lastly we also get a ton of you who return used stuff cause you just want new stuff, Think that we are a rental store. So when you want to complain about a price increase, think about that Wallflower you returned that was 5 years old and covered in Mold and you claimed you just got it, or that shower gel that you used up and didn't like but your too broke to buy another, that FREE ITEM That you came in to get, PEOPLE WE ARE A BUSINESS! We are here to make some profit, we don't have to GIVE YOU ANYTHING So perhaps you should be THANKFUL That we are giving you a real good deal and letting you use a coupon also. The average saving s in our stores is $10 or more, I challenge you to find that anywhere else...Didn't think so. So before you call the salespeople rude perhaps you need to put down the phone, experience a REALITY CHECK and take a good look at the MAN IN THE MIRROR! Enough Said.
I am a Victoria's Secret cashier. It's an overwhelming job and we get a lot of rude customers. I've had someone leaning over our thick counters yelling in my face about the license policy. It's the corporations rules not ours. Sure, some people have bad experiences, I have too in other stores. Returns are always pesky and we try to do it as quickly and as painlessly as possible. My store returns anything that comes in the door. I have someone wear a bra for a few months and return it because she ripped a strap, the underwear you return, goes right into the trash, we don't resell that! Your identity won't be stolen. Be nice to the employees, a lot are new hires especially around the holidays are are just getting trained. We learn as we go and don't really get proper training which I don't really agree with but we do learn. Also, the complaint about them standing around, we are assigned to different parts of the stores because of thieves. If we leave our section without being asked we get yelled at and risk being fired. So as much as I would love to help out with the cashier I can't nor can other employees.

CSRs have a lot of latitude with this policy.
After reading all the horror stories here and on other websites, I thought I would share our experience today. I suppose our story is like many others here. We were not aware of VS 's unbelievable and unjustified policy of requiring a Driver's License for a simple return, or we never would have shopped there in the first place. My wife bought 3 bottles of body spray there and decided when she got home that she liked it so much that we would go back and buy them on the $30.00/5 bottles deal. We even wanted to keep the bottles she had bought, and just buy two more. Simple, right? Not at VS, it isn't! All was well and good until we got to the part of refund/rebuy. They INSISTED on a Driver's License to buy more! It isn't like we wanted to return the bottles we had already, they were fine. We were just adding two more, so there was no possibility of "cheating". We had the original receipt from one day before, and the original form of purchase (debit card). I have never in my life heard of a store requiring a Photo ID - for a return WITH A RECEIPT. The cashier and manager were rude, condescending and obnoxious, saying we should have seen their return policy before purchase (it was on a 6" card posted on the top of the high coutertop, in small print, where no one would ever notice it). They wouldn't do a return and repurchase for body spray - this was not an intimate item like underwear!
I called their 800# and just as I suspected, they parroted the same BS, "Corporate Policy" "It can't be changed" "I can't do anything to help you", blah, blah, blah. Just as rude and condecending as they were in the store. I am not about to give some store my personal information for no good reason, just to satisfy their BS policies. There's too much of our privacy being invaded already to submit to such petty nonsense, just because they decided to harass customers. Even more interesting, the 800# CSR tells me this policy is in "high risk areas" only. The mall where we purchased this is the only High-End mall in this area (everything is overpriced, you know the kind of mall I'm talking about) so I find it hard to believe theft is a major issue - although this has no bearing on our situation at all.
So apparently, many of their stores don't require ID at all, it is an arbitrary decision based on if you live in their so-called "high risk areas". Just so you know, we don't live in a ghetto. The average cost of homes in this area is $400, 000 and the clients that I saw shopping in their store today didn't look like they were "high risk" shoplifter types (whatever that may be, in their sole judgement). I will be writing a letter to Mr. Wexler, although I doubt it will make any difference until VS (or Limited) is in bankruptcy. I will laugh the day they file Chapter 7 bankruptcy, in fact, I shall relish it. Treating your customers like they are all thieves is bad, bad policy and it will backfire on them, because we are sure to tell absolutely everyone we know not to shop there, and the reason why. Maybe our business isn't important to them, I don't know, but unless there is some form of apology or rectification (I doubt it) they have seen the last dollar they will ever see from our family, and most likely all our friends too. There are many other places to shop where customers are respected and valued. Kohl's is a shining example of this. You will never ever have an issue returning something to Kohl's, with or without a receipt. Kohl's values your business and treats customers with respect and dignity. Obviously, by their actions, Victoria's Secret doesn't need our money or our business. So keep that in mind if you are crazy enough to ever set foot in one of their stores. I wonder how fast their "unchangeable corporate policy" will change when they lose enough customers to hurt them in their earnings "pocketbook"? We'll see.
I sent my son to return a gift set that I purchased from VS and did not know there was a dl policy to return items. If I had known, I would never have purchased anything from VS and will not shop there again. The clerks at North Park Mall were not only friendly and helpful, but also personalbe and customer-focused. I will simply not shop where my license is required for anything including the purchase or the return.
Obviously, the attitude of 12321abc is the attitude the permeates throughout Victoria's Secret! I purchased $75.00 worth of merchandise the other day and went back two days later to EXCHANGE a bra and purchase $75.00 worth of more merchandise but could not do it because I had switched purses and did not have my driver's license. I did have a receipt and I did have the gift card with with I made the first purchase. I was not rude, I was not trying to return something that could not be returned. I was trying to put more money into the company's pocket and was denied! I went back the other day, spent the rest of the gift card and will NEVER patronize Victoria's Secret again.
I worked in the lingerie department in Macy's for years and we returned just about anything that graced our counter (some things we literally slid off the counter and directly into the garbage can). It is called customer service and the loss of that bit of income was worth it in their eyes because it also could keep good customers happy as well. There are enough retailers out there that will happily accommodate their customers and I will happily patronize them!
First of all, I work at Victoria's Secret store. On a daily basis we deal with rude women (and men) who try to return things that as stated by the return policy, they cannot return. They argue with us sometimes to the point where we feel uncomfortable and have to have them removed by security. That is for our safety and for the safety of other customers.
We have a strict return policy, because it's for intimate items. I'm sorry that what you bought was torn. Perhaps you should actually look at what you are buying before you swipe your credit card. Do not get mad at us for trying to doing OUR JOBS and uphold this policy, one that believe it or not was there way before the today show. I have seen people try to return many disgusting things like panties with blood stains (but they say that they weren't worn), obviously used lingerie with stains all over it (but again, we apparently never worn). Not to mention the fraudulent returns that we get. People do steal bras, lightly damage them and try to get money back which they never paid in the first place!
Seriously people, check your products before you buy them! Make sure that there aren't rips, that it is not a tester, and that it fits you! You had enough time to shop around for the bra- make the time to try it on! We offer bra fittings, we have dressing rooms. Use them! Then you wouldn't have to come back for something that you could have done in the first place and saved both of us the trouble.
charges
i went to a victoria secret store, and purchased items, I also signed up for their credit card.in order to even activate the card I had to agree for that protection plan something about first couple months free, blah blah blah. so I agreed. after that I got charged about 15$. I called the customer service for that protection plan, and asked them to cancle it but since its on the statement I had to pay it. so next month, it shows up again on my statement, 15$. I called again to cancle it, they said since its charged I have to pay it. so I paid it. the bill came in for next month, with another 15$ charge, so I started to get a bit furious, that im paying for nothing. I called them again and complained that my statement shows that I paid twice but it was credited twice back to me, BUT I still need to pay another 15$. I kept on telling the guy that it doesnt make sense, I paid twice and being charged twice again, BUT I got a "refund" twice. so shouldnt that all cancle out? they kept on telling me that I had to pay it. I was so mad, I told them to cancle everything. I was sick of paying for nothing. this went on for about 4 months or so... I wasted a little over 100$ and those supposedly refunds didnt come back to me, or got credited back to my account. what BS. dont sign up for that protection plan that we supposedly "have to".

I just had my Angel card activated yesterday and had agreed to get the protection plan for $15/month even the customer service on phone sounded rude. At night, I couldn't sleep well thinking why I agreed to it. I only wanted to activate the card for no other obligation so now, I will cancel it. For you not to be in the same place, maybe it's right not to call the number to activate the card and just try using it. Yes, I bet is it's already been activated.
you don't HAVE to agree to that protection plan, but you will have to say "NO" at least 3 times to get your card activated and get off the phone. i had to sit through their agressive sales pitch twice since i have both a VS and an express credit card, even though i explained to the express representative that i had already heard the pitch from the VS people and was not interested. they just keep talking like you've never said no. i wrote letters to both companies expressing my displeasure, but shockingly no response. it think it is CRIMINAL that you should have to sit through an agressive telemarketing pitch just so you can activate your card and SPEND MONEY IN THEIR STORES! apparently people aren't spending and they have resorted to this desperate scam to flush out their bottom line. if i had a limited or bath & body works card, i could potentially have had to listen to the pitch 4 times, for nearly an hour out of my life. ridiculous. if my card expires or i lose it, rest assured i will not sit through another pitch - i'll simply cancel.
my advice? don't activate your card. peel off the sticker and see if you can use the card already. i bet you can. this is just a way for limited brands to part you with more of your hard-earned cash. criminal.
Yes I know they got me on that one too but for me, they automatically put that on every one of my credit cards so I was paying $15.00 for about 6 cards every month.
claim of not receiving payment twice... but when I paid both times I have always pushed submit
I have been late on one bill in the past four years (since I received my victoriasecret card. I have never had any problems with victoriasecret as far as feeling cheated by their financial department... that is until they started using World Financial (I suppose that this change has came about fairly recently). My last two or three bills I have had problems with.
First of all they changed my pay by date, and since I do all pay all my bills online I had no idea. This caused my bill to be late rseulting in late fee (the financial department would not work with me at all). Also I have paid my last two bills and both times they have said theat I never paid them... resulting in more fees. I know that I paid them because I pushed submit like I have for the past two years and recieved a message saying to print for my own records like always. The first time this happened I made the mistake of not printing the form so I had no proof. The second time I had trouble printing the form because I was at a public computer (not able to save) and the printer was down. I honestly didn't worry about it too much the second time because I was sure the it wouldn't happen twice in a row. Wrong. Now of course I am getting countless call from world financial wanting me to pay the bill that I thought had already been paid but I don't even bother to answer because I have a newborn, am out of work (like many) and with all the fees I can not pay the bill at this time. I hope this complaint along with others will bring much needed attention to this proble with World Financials policies.
I got slapped with late fee twice. I've NEVER received the bill in my inbox and I've never been late in paying on my bills. In fact, come to think of it, I've never ever received e-statements from them! I always had to check my account online to see if I owe any money. But for the last 2 months, I've been busy and didn't check my account because I was hoping that I will get the bill in my inbox. I tried to convince them that I never got the bills, but of course they didn't believe me and they turned around and said I should check my 'junk' folder. Uh .. I do check my junk folder before I empty it.
Anyhow, they wiped my first late fee off by forcing me to make a payment over the phone, which caused me 10 dollars for processing fee... how lame is that? Anyway, from 70 dollars spending, I ended up paying 100 dollars for something that I'm not at fault. I asked them to start sending me paper billing instead, but they said it will cause me 1 dollar fee for each bill? That is so stupid!
Their customer service is HORRIBLE. I called them 3 times to try to resolve this issue .. and all three were bad. In the end .. I had to suck it up and paid $30 extra for something that I didn't do, hell .. it might even ruin my credit score too. I will stop using Angel credit card from now on. Their processing system is horrible and unreliable. Use different credit card! American express is the best!
This has happened to me twice and the bank always takes at least a week to process. I have even had mysterious fees which no one can explain to me where they came from. Every time I call the representatives always argue with me and tell me I'm stupid because they've explained to me ten times that this mysterious fee came from an extra finance charge or an extra late fee. I've never heard of a credit card charge a late fee before you're even late but obviously thats the only explanation they could come up with.
poor products, rude salespeople
I will never shop at Victoria's Secret again. The clothes fall apart when you wash them. If you purchase the underwire bras, the wire pops out and cuts you. The underwear are incredibly cheap - especially the "free" ones. They tear so easily. The products are not good. The women AND MEN that work at the Palm Beach Gardens Mall store are very rude. They act...

I returned my bra to Victoria's Secret on Oct. 24, It is more than 10 days, however, when I check my account today, my money has not been back.
Yeah, it is my fault not to keep my receipt carefully, but I just never though there will be any problem with returning.
When I talked to the clark in store today, they rejected to locate my return record unless I show my receipt. How wried the policy it is. I have been a casher in a restaurant, I know it is easy to track each transition, especially that I remembered the exact date, and I have my credit card number with me, and they should have all my information.
I have no idea about what kind of trick they play, and just want my money back, I felt like my right has been violated.
Please remember this store, it is in Okemos, Meridian Mall. Be careful with their casher!
And any advice to help ask my money back is more than welcome!
bad service
Rude staff, only one register open, sales person left the sensors on my panties so I was forced to dig thru the trash to find my receipt so that I can take them back.

I had a very bad experience at my local Victoria's Secret in the mall on Tuesday, December 28th.
Victoria's Secret is having their semi-annual sale, so I should have known that the store would be jam-packed. I really needed some new push up bra's, and have looked forward to purchasing some since Summer. I took about 10 to try on, went into the dressing room and was the only person there. I waited patiently for the clerk with the keys to come and get me a room. She then was rude enough to let two other girls that just came out of no where get my room. When I asked her if any were avaliable, she snapped at me and told me to wait my turn. I waited for a ridiculous 17 minutes exactly until there was a room avaliable. When she saw the room was avaliable, she decided to ignore me and left the room. The woman who had the room was courteous enough to let me have my room, and stated to me that I was treated very poorly. When I left the room, the clerk then asked me how I got into one. I explained there was an open room avaliable a woman let me have. After this, I waited a total half hour in the line alone! There were only 3 registers working, 2 of them with women struggling on how to properly return merchandise. So, instead of waiting in line I gave my mother my bra and had her keep my place. I went over to the Panty clearance and started looking the selection over, and I grabbed a few pairs. I noticed on the tags that none of them were marked down to their clearance price, but I decided to take a shot at purchasing them anyway.
Upon entering the register, the new clerk apologized for the half-hour inconvenience. She then scanned my panties and they did not show up on clearance. I explained politely to her they were in the clearance bin. Upon hearing this, she did NOT believe me. She was trying to make it out to the manager in front of me and my Mother that I was trying to get a steal on panties. I then went to the clearance bin and showed her the pairs from the bin that were exact replicas of the panties I had intended to purchase. The manager then told her to go ahead and give me all of my panties, even the ones that were not on clearance for $3.99. When I was done paying for the items, I looked at my clerk and told her to have a nice day. She then glared and me and told me her day would be better when the sales were over, because it would ward off all of the "cheapo rip-off customers" who buy clearance bras.
Never in my 35 years of living have I been so upset at the unprofessional-ism that Victoria's Secret holds.
If this is going to be a PROfessional company, they need to start acting like one.
I also purchased some items from Victoria's Secret offline. I was very upset at the quality the bra's came in. My bra's came in a little package, and were smashed upon arrival. The customer Service Representative was a very rude Salesperson, and if I would have to rate the women that are working for Victoria's Secret...I would give most of them a 0 out of 10! SHAME on them for the attitude they have, it's bad enough they have to sell good bra's at such a ridiculous price, let alone treat their loyal customers like complete garbage!
most of the staff of this victoria secret are not really good in hayyat mall..we are filipina we have discrimenation of this people.they give the things to other nationality the things that on sale, and we are the first to come on that shop in front of them thy give the things that was on sale because they dont display some of stuff, if we ask them to give us also but they refuse its realy unfair to my nationality, , , why because we are pilipina?even we are pilipina we are not haramiya because we how to pay..so im just hoping to this shop to give ur staff some maners to others...
ur a liar she did not say that :)
Then don't shop there. You're correct that they treat everyone like garbage. Try being a GUY and buying a gift - they think you're not even a human. But this isn't a scam or anything illegitimate; you just weren't happy with the service. Apparently millions of braindead idiots are, so who cares? Do you think this is going to change anyone's mind?
penalty charges - victoria secret credit card
I have had such a terrible experience, I will never shop there again. I purchased $60 and was pushed/sold on getting their Victoria secret card instead of using my own visa card. Big mistake, I get the bill and as I am a canadian, they refuse canadian cheques or funds which is all that i have access to. the problem gets settled in 2 months and they accept mycredit card. I start to get hit with hundreds of dollars of late charges. I explain the situation and after numerous calls/conversations and time I finally get someone to listen and they tell me all is settled and cleared with a small penalty of below $10. Then I start to get penalties again after that. Calls start again, I get called a liar and had to deal with the most rudest people ever - Michael B. I have never been so insulted and harassed like with this co. I finally got a credit, I must have spent hours and hours with tens of diff people. NEVER AGAIN will I or my family deal with Victoria Secret!
I experienced horrible service from their credit card customer service as well. Never again using Angel credit card.
beware
This occurred last year. I made a purchase at the store for about 80 dollars. Went home. Then NEVER got a statement from them. When I finally get a statement from them, it told me that I owed them 120.00 dollars. I called and the Indian woman took my information and said it was paid over the phone. She didn’t put the right info into the system and the company never got payment. Once I settled with someone who did speak English the 80 dollars went to about 119.00! SOME SALE... beware of credit card companies that sell out to India!

correction..."Valerie"
They charge more for the jumbo size panties, "Victoria." Hope this helps.
You should know that their call center is not out sourced. It is in Ohio. So is the credit card department. Check your facts.
OK wow great for being a racist. how do you know it was indian woman? your the dumb one that decided not to check the price. your jsut a stupid fat wanna VS model looking racist ###!
faulty products!
Faulty products and faulty online shopping system. They always get my order online wrong. I thought it would save me more money by using their coupon codes but no... They would not honor the coupons and those coupons that actually went through, when I exchanged the items, they are no longer honored... I thought it is very weird... So it mean to say that the coupon codes are just another online scam so you would order from their online stores!
I have a huge argument last november about their super super slow shipment, even my friends when I asked them how did their orders went through, they did not receive the product that they should be receiving for free coz they used the coupon code. The customer service reps on the phone when you call them, they will just tell you they ran out of stock of the free items and they could not re-send you the free stuff and they will not refund you as they are free. This means that it is just an online coupon code scam...
Another situation, another friend bought online and she returned the items... She called vs customer service and they said it was already refunded... Seems odd but she cannot do anything as they said their faulty system is not working and they already refunded her even though she did not get any refund back to the card or even store credit. I feel bad for her because that is the worst of the worst. For my situation, it is only the coupon code they did not honor, but for her, she did not get the refund she's supposed to get for returning the items she ordered. This means my fellow customers that victoria's secret online store does not like returns and even if you are not satisfied, you are doomed to keep the items...
Victoria's secret online / WWW.VICTORIASSECRET.COM — another internet fraud you would want to stay away from! Never buy online!
Yes. Their website TOTALLY sucks. Beside the inability to see stock availability until it's already in your cart (oh, don't get me STARTED on what a pain this is around xmas), I've tried twice (actually, twice in a six-month period, so it can't be a fluke) to place an order with them online. Both times, I can't even get through the cart process before the website totally craps out on me. "Page Not Available" after I enter all of my information. Different browsers, different computers. So, I don't even get a chance for them to scam me :) wow, VS, seriously you need to get the ax out on your crappy internet team and hire some real developers.
Oh yeah! It is an online coupon code scam... that happened to me too when I ordered something plus I used a coupon code but they did not ship me the free items I am supposed to get... so they said over the phone that they cannot re-ship it as they ran out of stock nor they cannot refund me as I never paid for them... SUCH A SCAM! I thought I am the only one... thanks for sharing!
So to those other customers who has not been victimized yet... don't even try to bother ordering online or over the phone... their system SUCKS!
poor customer service!
In mid July 2007, two months before I was to leave for vacation, I ordered close to $1000 worth of bikinis from Victoria's Secret. And when my airplane blasted off, guess how many Victoria's Secret swimsuits were in my bag?
ONE.
Now back from vacation, many items I ordered over TWO MONTHS ago are slowly trickling in. Some items have also shown up on my credit card multiple times. Some were "lost in the mail" then arrived at my doorstep multiple times. When I originally called to complain, I was told that VS moved into a new distribution center this summer. When I pointed out that such a move is not a valid excuse for horrible customer service, they offered me a $150 gift certificate. Which I guess I'm supposed to use to order more items that will never show up, except on my credit card statement?
I called customer service again today and asked them to go through my account line by line and tell me exactly what items I've been charged for and exactly what items I've been issued a refund for. I had to ask this b/c my last two credit card statements show 9 charges from Victoria’s Secret and 13 different refunds. (I had maybe 4 or 5 total orders?) The company does not charge you by order (i.e. the entire amount of an order, which you would recognize). Instead they charge you as items are sent out. So you get a million unrecognizable charges on your credit card statement. Then even if you put all of your items in one return envelope they refund items to your credit card one at a time or a few at a time if you're lucky. They take their return shipping fee out of one item, then they take any discounts out of another item (they actually penalized me more than once for a single discount on a recent returned order). And in the end, you are left having no idea what you are getting a refund for! It's been very annoying and I'm not at all pleased with the level of customer service I've received when I've called their 1-800 number. I was hung up on the first time I called today and when I called back and voiced my concerns to a second person, he said that I didn't know what I was talking about.
Think twice before you order from their website and if you decide to do it anyway, watch your credit card statement very carefully. After this experience I vow to never buy anything from them again, online or elsewhere.
I always buy my bras from VS. I hand wash and air dry my bras. One of my bras that I've owned for about a year has the underwire poking out on the side. I always thought cheap Walmart/Kmart or dollar store bras did that not VS bras, especially when you pay $80. for one. I am extremely disappointed.
So an employee by the name of Amber was helping me at the the Victoria secrets at the galleria mall in Cheektowaga NY the other day and she farted she never even excused herself or warned me that she had to fart anyone else have an experience like this at a victoria secrets before
I was online last night at 9 pm to shop the sale I had been waiting for. Unfortunately I never got to finish shopping because the site went down. I'm very disappointed with this because I will not be able to purchase the items with the same promos going on last night.
i bought expensive bras which k hardly wear because i wear mostly sport bras but the medal is already came out and i just bought them 🤦🏼♀️😡smh like 3 months ago ! it's sad begcuase i don't even wear them . it's like they get cheaper material very year not worth the money ! i expect to get what we pay for !
Good Morning,
My complaints is about advertisement in the malls and TV ads. The stores are using very provocative posterd in the front section of stores. You cannot walk by without seeing overly exposed breast. Also TV ads are now shown during prime time TV. They should not be shown before 9pm. Please help protect innocence by not overexposure.
I'm a die hard loyal Victoria's Secret shopper, I have been for years but I am not happy with the PINK boy short panties! I've had two pairs come apart at the seam where the crotch area is sewed. I totally disregarded the first pair, sometimes things happen during manufacturing, but now another pair! At $10.50/pair I am VERY disappointed!
I signed up for account assure with my credit card but when I went to make a benefit claim it stated Victoria's secret wasn't included. How? I filled out the paper work and mailed it back. Matter of fact, I never received my $20 gift card for accepting the terms. I've tried contacting customer service, that was an Absolute WASTE of My Time.
IF YOU ARE GOING TO CARRY A SIZE EXTRA SMALL THAN YOU SHOULD CARRY A SIZE EXTRA LARGE! P.S the sizes run a little small too ...
On Nov 29, 2017 i made a qualifying purchase of 40dollars for body lotions and mists. By doing this I would get a 20 holiday reward card. I got the cards until January 2018 and they were expired. I called customer service, and they said my purchase didn't qualify for the cards. If that is the case why did they sent the cards?
I was making a purchase at VS, Lakeside Thurrock on Saturday 18 August with my young granddaughter . I was appalled to hear two staff having a conversation and using bad language in front of my young granddaughter ?!
charge before shipment!
Also before when we order merchandise from Victoria's Secret, they would put a hold on our bank card, and then actually charge the card when the merchandise ships. This is standard procedure for merchants, from what I understand, but there is no law that says this. I placed an order with Victoria's Secret yesterday, and was informed that it will be up to 10 business days until the merchandise ships (a delay in shipping), because they are switching to a new warehousing system. Guess what? The charge for the order posted to our back account in one day. I called and complained and was given a run around; everyone I spoke with acted like they did not understand what I was talking about. I called my bank and was told that there was nothing we could do about it. It does not take a lot of intelligence to figure out what is going on: Victoria's Secret is anticapting problems in shipments due to their switch to the new warehousing system, and to cut their losses they have decided to charge their customers for their orders at the time of the order, rather than at the time of the shipment. This makes me very, very angry, and I will never, ever buy anything from them again. They have decided to make their customers pay for the fact that they cannot get it together to make a smooth transition to a new warehousing system. There is a time value of money. They intend to take their customers' money and run, and deal with the fallout later.
I have crappy internet service, so last I got my Victoria secret bill which should have been $0.00, but they charge a late fee bc I was a day late paying bc of my internet being down! You know I work hard to try and keep from having crap like this to happen to me, and I will REFUSE to pay this charge. If that means more late fees then so be it!
The girl measured me incorrectly (I know this because I at one point worked at a Vs). And basically told me I was too fat for their bras. I’m a women’s 8 and a 34-36DDD. Absolutely appalling experience. This was at the VS location in Papillion, NE.
Missing one everyday lounge jogger from my order so I receive everything escept the jogger
They will report to the credit bureau as not current when your current. They are rude an very disrespectful.
I got a card in the mail thanking me for my recent purchase.
I haven't purchased anything from Victoria's Secret in 19yrs!
My wife was none too happy about this- please stop before you cause even more problems for relationships.
I don't know why am getting charged for something I didnt sugn up for. I want my money back or legal action will taken. This is a scam.
I've always been billed for each individual shipment at the time it's shipped. And the product always arrives before the expected date. It sounds like you guys just got stuck with some crappy people to handle your orders. As far as the billing...never had that happen and they've gotten thousands of my dollars over the years! lol
I think that Victoria Secret completely stopped shipping. But instead of telling customers this, Victoria Secret still took orders, charged customers, in some cases double charged customers, and failed to ship packages, this is deceptive practice and I would expect more from a billion dollar company like Victoria Secret. I ordered items in August, after countless phone calls, e-mails, and being told I would recieve my items in 14 days, I am now told I will not recieve my package from Victoria Secret until October. Again unacceptable.
Same problem here: I ordered one item on August 20 and they charged my card the same day. I complained to customer service and they acted like I was the one with the problem; total runaround from them. After telling me twice they had shipped my order, I found out they actually had NOT and that was two weeks after I placed my order. When I complained about being lied to, they began to ignore my inquiries. I actually had to complain to the Better Business Bureau to get a response. Eventually, a customer service manager replied to my complaint and did, in fairness, attempt to rectify the issue. Unfortunately, it's now 30 days later and the item I ordered in August still has not shipped. Totally unacceptable.
Charged me twice for items never shipped from Victoria Secret new state of the art warehouse. Keep hearing how sorry they are, will never buy from again.
selling polyester as silk!
It seems that every time I order something silk from Victoria's Secret, I get something either polyester or rayon. In several cases, the items were labeled silk on the tag as well as the web site and catalog. Other times, the items were labeled correctly as polyester or rayon on the tag, but Victoria's Secret was advertising them as silk on both the web site and in their catalogs. I have complained and returned the merchandise in each case, and VS has never corrected even the web site descriptions of the items. (I can provide some style numbers.) This has also happened a couple times with things that VS said were cotton that were not cotton at all, but rayon. Imagine how much this is happening if I am only one consumer ordering a few things here and there! Man-made materials such as rayon and poly are MUCH CHEAPER TO MANUFACTURE, and VS is apparently making a tidy profit off customers who simply cannot tell the difference between high-quality natural fabrics and cheap man-made ones. I am not just picky, silk launders differently, and I am allergic to unnatural materials... but it isn't that hard to tell the difference. There are simple tests one can do to determine the nature of a fabric, if you cannot tell by feel and appearance. I encourage consumers to CHECK YOUR GARMENTS or have them checked by a professional, as VS is making money off you thinking you're buying silk. SHAME ON YOU, Victoria's Secret! [Note: I have purchased a couple authentic silk items from VS, but rest assured, real silk is the exception at this company.] Aside from the fact that polyester is fabric made from PLASTIC/CRUDE OIL, Victoria's Secret is WASTING MY TIME. Every time, I have to pack up, ship back the items, and wait for credit. I have the right to buy what I want and not what I don't! VS is also losing business, as I might have chosen a different item that I would actually KEEP, if they weren't so busy lying to me to get me to buy something ELSE. But the economic damage is really to all those women out there THINKING they're buying silk (and/or cotton, on occasion). Silk sells for a lot more than man-made fabric, and thus, VS IS STEALING. There's a class-action in here somewhere... At the very least, people should contact them and/or make a big stink on the web!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I am beginning to think that the same person who works for VS is posting responses to everyone's complaints. The tone is quite similiar here as it is on all of the boards where complaints are posted about VS. Don't get so offended, whoever you are. If the person is not recieving adequate customer service, you should certainly address that, instead of knocking them for their experiences which obviously they are sharing in any public forum they can find. You are losing a ton of customers and not making anyone feel better about VS. I, for one, am swayed by their testimony.
what are the style numbers of the clothes they sent you that are a different material
What are the style numbers
Although I agree that some items I purchased at victoriassecret.com are made of cheap fabric, I think that they're bras are good quality and I barely wear any other types of bras from other department stores. I understand all the complaints and agree with most but most of the time, I am satisfied with my purchases at victoriassecret.com and victoria's secret stores.
I like Victoria's Secret but I don't like the prices. It just isn't affordable. $40 on a bra? I honestly find them a bit overrated and some bra's from the dept stores are just as good and they are much cheaper. I've also noticed the fabric quality isn't that great. I had bought a cotton (well, i thought it was cotton) push up bra and after I had washed and dried it the first time it came out all warped. And just for your info, I did follow the care directions. This is probably the last bra I'll ever buy there.
I hate Victoria Secrct! They sent me a wrong order and when I call to tell them about it they gave me an attitude and told me that I have to bring the wrong order to post office and mail it back to them. This is very inconvenience for me to go out of my way when it's their mistake! I don't mind dropping it off in my mailbox but why do i have make a trip to my post office when it's their mistakes! And on top of it if by accident they don't receive the order then what? GRRRR... I am calling VS to cancel my card with them. I won't shop at VS anymore!
Seriously VS isn't bad. Otherwise people all over would have complained and it wouldn't exist. These complaints are just the people who have had the mistake and the majority don't get any mistakes.
I'm from Australia and constantly buy from VS and do you know what, i've never had a bad item.
As far as the panty coupons go...they don't "give you a cheap thong you can't use"...you get to pick what style, size, and color that you want. Granted the colors are limited with the coupon, but you can definitely find something usable. And if you actually read the coupon, it's no purchase necessary. Meaning that you don't even have to purchase the bra to get the free panty -- true story, I've done it numerous times! And just our of curiosity...if they "always give you a cheap thong you can't use" why do you keep going back?

Gee I don't know...you could find a VS closer, look up there customer service number and ask for a return label to be mailed to you so that you can do an exchange through mail, or if you really find it important enough to complain about on here, perhaps you should drive back to where you bought it.

yes i completely agree. I also feel like their designs are very plain and not really cute, the new 2011 fall line. I went online to thier site to buy something, and i couldn't find anything that i really "HAD TO HAVE"
I'm very sad because back in the day, every single item was a "HAD TO HAVE" for me. Very disspionted like yourselF!
