MeUndiesUnable to cancel subscription

You subscribe for an annual gift. Annual = 1 year. Their scammimg practice of continuing to charge your credit card after 1 year should be illegal. We contacted them to cancel the subscription (after being charged month after month after the year was up). They couldn't locate our account info, then said it must be on the gift recipient's account, which they also couldn't locate. After many, many, many emails and calls, the company finally said they cancelled it. Of course they didn't, and we received another charge from them. This has not stopped. We now have to cancel our credit card to have this situation. Buy your underwear at a reputable company, not meundies.

      Hi there! We're sorry to hear about the bad experience. We'd love to take a closer look into what happened here; sending you a message now!

      To clarify, Members can always cancel their Membership directly from their account page at meundies.com/account. Our Membership is month-to-month, so Memberships that are gifted for any period of time continue to recur unless cancelled.

      We'd never want your card to be charged without your knowledge, nor for you to have to cancel your credit card! As long as you have your account information handy, this should be a quick fix!

      We had all of our information but you were still unable to find it! We were unable to go through our account page nor was our daughter through her's. We gifted an ANNUAL subscription not a month to month. After weeks and weeks of back & forth emails & calls, you finally managed to locate our account and did confirm a cancellation through an email. BUT WE WERE STILL CHARGED FOR ANOTHER MONTH AFTER THE CANCELLATION. When contacted about this charge, we never recieved another email from you. That is why we were forced to cancel our credit card and leave negative reviews. What meundies is doing with their subscriptions is a scam. Shame on you.

      We'd love to look further into this and figure out why you stopped receiving communications from us and how this went so wrong. The last thing we want is for our customers to have to jump through extra hoops to do something as simple as a Membership cancellation, and we might be able to get some refunds your way due to the nature of this issue!

    MeUndies scammed me. I bought one pair for half off. I got an email confirming my order. Two months later, no underwear and no response from their email. Thought it would be nice to support a new company; my mistake. I tried contacting their support team multiple times without any response. They are a con.

        It sounds like something they commonly do. Like sell your entire 'reserve a pair' subscription order from underneath you and then close your account when you call them out on it, taking your credits with it. Telling you they can't 'support you in being a customer of MeUndies'. Though they are the ones who lost your order in the first place.
