ThirdLove ThirdLove's Poor Customer Service and Shipping Delays Ruin Vacation Plans

I recently placed an order with ThirdLove and opted for 2-day shipping, but it's been 5 days and my order still hasn't arrived! I'm supposed to go on vacation tomorrow and I paid extra for the shipping so I could have my items in time. Unfortunately, I can't seem to get in touch with a real person and have been stuck using text or chat to try and resolve the issue. I've spent hours trying to get some satisfaction, but so far, no luck.

I had a similar problem with another merchant who used FedEx, but they handled the situation much better than ThirdLove. They dealt with FedEx themselves and even issued me a refund without any hassle. On the other hand, ThirdLove is telling me that I have to deal with FedEx directly. When I called FedEx, they wouldn't give me the number for a local office and told me they couldn't do anything for me. They suggested I return the package, but I explained multiple times that I won't be home to receive it and don't want it sitting on my porch, alerting strangers to the fact that I'm out of town.

I've learned the hard way that it's easier to just drive two hours to the nearest Soma store and buy what I need in person rather than deal with the nightmare of ThirdLove's customer service. The agents I've spoken to have been nice, but it seems like their hands are tied by company policies. Now, I'm in the process of disputing the credit card charges and trying to unsubscribe from the endless stream of promotional emails from ThirdLove that just make me even more frustrated with their customer service.

ThirdLove Disappointing decline in quality and customer service at ThirdLove - not worth the price

ThirdLove used to be the go-to for me when it came to bras. Their customer service was top-notch and their products were amazing. However, over the past couple of years, things have taken a turn for the worse. The bras are just not the same anymore. You can find a generic bra at a big department store that fits and feels just as good, if not better. The sizing is all over the place now, making it difficult to find the right fit.

And don't even get me started on their customer service. It's like they don't even care anymore. I recently sent something back to them, and even though USPS tracking showed it was delivered back to them on 5/12/22, they claimed they didn't have it. What kind of nonsense is that? I had to file complaints with Afterpay just to get them to stop charging me for something they already had in their possession. And to make matters worse, their chat person, Chloe, told me it could take 20+ days for any credits to be issued. Are you kidding me? They take my money right away, have the product I returned, and I still have to wait over 20 days for a credit? That's just ridiculous.

I'm done with ThirdLove. I won't be buying from them again, and I'll be sure to tell everyone I know not to buy from them either. And let's not forget about the price. Why is a flimsy piece of fabric $70? It's just not worth it anymore.

ThirdLove Disappointing Experience with ThirdLove: Sizing Issues, Confusing Shipping, and Unhelpful Customer Service

Wow, let me tell you about my experience with ThirdLove. I was really excited to try out their bras after hearing all the hype, but unfortunately, I was left disappointed. First off, let's talk about sizing. I've had the same bra size since I was a teenager, so I was confident when I took their sizing quiz that I would get a perfect fit. However, when my bra finally arrived, it was two cup sizes too small! I couldn't believe it. I have an average/small sized chest, so I was really surprised that their sizing was so off. The material and design were okay, but nothing special compared to the $10 bras I usually get at Target.

But the sizing saga didn't end there. I returned the bra for an exchange, but I was really confused by their shipping process. On their website, they make returns seem easy - just print the label and take it to a UPS store. But when I went to the UPS store, they told me that ThirdLove actually contracts with USPS, not UPS. I was really frustrated because I had followed their instructions and now I wasn't sure if my package would even make it back to them. After several weeks of receiving harassing emails from ThirdLove, I finally got in touch with customer service. They weren't able to give me any more information about my package, but thankfully, they didn't charge me again for the bra.

When my exchange bra arrived, I was really hopeful that it would finally fit. But unfortunately, it was still too small - even though I had gone up a full cup and a half from my original order! I tried to do another exchange, but they told me that they only do one exchange per order. I was really frustrated because I had already spent so much time and money trying to get a bra that fit. And to make matters worse, if I wanted to try a new order to get the right size, I wouldn't get the first-time buyer coupon I used for the original bra and I would have to pay for shipping again.

In the end, I decided to give up on ThirdLove and go back to my trusty $10 bras from Target. What really bothered me about this whole experience was their sizing system. They market themselves as a company that helps women find the right bra size and fit, but their sizing is completely unconventional. Their customer service told me that they've designed their company to be based on the average woman's measurements, but even if that's true, they could have just made more inclusive sizes instead of throwing out the conventional sizing system altogether.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend ThirdLove. Their sizing is off, their shipping process is confusing, and their customer service isn't very helpful. Save yourself the time and money and stick with a brand that you know fits you well.

ThirdLove ThirdLove Review: Disappointing Customer Service and Communication

I gotta say my experience with ThirdLove was not that great. Me and my family we ordered some bras and they were pretty cool tho, but when we tried to make a bigger purchase of over $700 things went south. We were supposed to get a two day shipping, but it took them three whole days just to hit me back. Only to change the way they would bring our stuff to us, to a 3-7 ground shipping! They didn't even ask if that was cool for us or if we wanted to pay extra to keep it express. It was a major mess for us because we were gonna be out of town soon and the order needed a signature too! I tried to get in contact with them many times but they never got back to me. Total lack of communication and a customer service team that looks like it doesn't exist. It's a bummer because their bras seemed fine but nah, we are gonna try other stores for sure. Unless they get their game together and fix their mess, but I'm not holding my breath on that one.

ThirdLove Disappointing Bra Shopping Experience with ThirdLove - A Review

Bra shopping can be a real chore, don'tcha think? I've been on the hunt for a bra that fits just right and I thought ThirdLove might be the solution for me. I went through their little quiz thingy and got a recommendation for a bra. But when it arrived, it was too dang small. So, I reached out to their customer service peeps and they suggested another size (duh), but they didn't have the one I wanted in stock. So, I went ahead and requested a refund and sent the bra back that very same day.

I was kind of surprised when I checked the tracking and saw that it was still pending delivery five days later. That's not too far from me, so I reached out to ThirdLove and they confirmed that it had already made it to their warehouse. That's when I requested my refund online. They tried to tempt me with a store credit, but I held out for my cold hard cash.

Well, fast forward nine days and I still hadn't gotten any notification about my refund. So, I decided to reach out to them again today. And wouldn't ya know it, they said there was some kind of mixup on their end and the refund hadn't been issued yet. Grumble grumble.

But, lo and behold, within ten minutes of our conversation ending, I got an email from ThirdLove with the store credit. And then PayPal came in hot with the credit notice. So, I guess the refund finally went through? Who even knows.

Overall, I feel like this was just too much work for a pretty average bra. I'm not sure I'll be giving ThirdLove another try anytime soon.

ThirdLove Third Love Bra Review: Worth Every Penny for Quality & Support

Third Love is a website where you can buy some top-notch bras. People say it ain't all that great, but I personally don't agree with them negative reviews. In fact, I judge it to overdeliver! My first order turned out to be everything that I hoped it would be. The bras felt so soothing and they looked good too. Yeah, they may cost you a bit more than what you're typically used to paying, but the quality of what you get is worth every penny (in my humble opinion). What I particularly like about them is that they somehow manage to give your girls the support they need even without an underwire! Stunning, right?

One thing that they say over and over again on the website that I don't find entirely true is that they're the only ones that can cater to all women's bra needs perfectly. Don't get me wrong, their products fit very well indeed, but other brands too have their own unique ways of fitting women that work just fine. Whether it be expensive brands like Chantelle bras or something else entirely, every brand has its own little way of how they like to do things!

But Third Love still has some fantastic features going for it! Their website provides you with all the fitting information you need to make sure that you buy something that fits you perfectly. They even have assistants available to answer all the questions you have, and they have a pretty generous return policy where you can exchange your purchase if you're not entirely happy with the size that you initially ordered. In fact, I swapped my first purchase for a size that I'd never even thought of wearing before! And it has worked out splendidly for me. So what I'm trying to say here is that you should definitely give Third Love a shot!

ThirdLove Disappointed by ThirdLove Bra and Lack of Customer Service During Pandemic

I was super excited when I received my ThirdLove bra, even though it was on the pricier side. However, my excitement was quickly replaced with disappointment when I tried it on and the wire dug into my side. I was hoping it would be as amazing as they claimed, but sadly that was not the case.

After reaching out to their customer service, they did provide instructions on how to return the bra. Unfortunately, right after that, the whole COVID-19 pandemic started, and with my 3 autoimmune diseases, I felt safer staying at home and avoiding public places. Plus, with my 2 toddlers at home, taking them to the post office was not an option either.

I explained to the customer service representative about my situation and how I would still love to exchange the bra for a bigger size, but they told me that my 60 days to return it had passed, and there was nothing they could do. It was extremely disappointing, especially since ThirdLove is supposed to be a company that supports women.

Personally, I think their customer service could have been more understanding and accommodating, given the current pandemic situation. It feels unfair that they were unwilling to exchange the bra for a bigger size, even though I wasn’t even trying to get my money back.

Their lack of empathy has made me reconsider my opinion on their bras. I don’t think I would recommend ThirdLove to other women, especially after my less than stellar experience with their customer service. Overall, I was a bit of a guinea pig for a few friends who were considering purchasing a ThirdLove bra, but I will definitely not be recommending the brand to them or anyone else. Their customer service was horrible, and I was left feeling frustrated and disappointed.

ThirdLove Disappointing ThirdLove Experience: Late Delivery, Poor Customer Service, & Underwire Issues

I had some issues with ThirdLove's tracking system. The link to my tracking number just didn't seem to work, no matter how many times I clicked it. I kept trying for a few days, but the response on the site was always the same: "check back in a few minutes." Well, a few minutes turned into a few days, and I didn't see any progress. That's when I decided to contact their customer service team, but I didn't have much luck there either. After waiting over 10 minutes online, I got no response. So, I decided to give them a call. But even then, the wait was long, and I was put on hold for what felt like forever. Eventually, I entered the number "2" requesting a call back, but sadly, I never received a response.

Later in the day, I checked my email, and much to my surprise, there was a message from someone at ThirdLove. They claimed that I wasn't responding and that the issue was with my internet connection. They reassured me that my package was on its way and had been sent out on 12-2. That's SEVEN calendar days after I placed my order and had my credit card charged. Now, that's not good customer service. If you're going to charge a customer's credit card a week before anything even happens and then still take two weeks to deliver the product, that's just not right. And to make matters worse, I found out that the bra I was replacing was notorious for having underwire issues - a common problem among many other users. To be fair, I did learn something from this experience. Apparently, Third Love bras have a lifespan of one year or less, according to the company. So, why do they cost so much if they're just going to break all the time? That's definitely something to consider before placing an order. All in all, my experience with ThirdLove was less than desirable. The product may be good, but when it comes to customer service and false promises, they missed the mark.

ThirdLove Not Worth the Hype: My Disappointing Experience with ThirdLove

I gotta say, I wouldn't recommend shopping with ThirdLove. I got sucked in by their hype but ended up feeling pretty embarrassed. One of the first things that raised a red flag for me was the fact that I couldn't find any actual measurements for bra sizes on their website. Instead they have this silly questionnaire that's supposed to help you find your perfect bra size. Spoiler alert: it doesn't work.

I got four different bras from them, and every single one of them was way too tight in the band and way too loose in the cups. I've read other reviews with people saying the same thing.

And let's talk about their "customer service." It's all run by artificial intelligence and algorithms, which is just plain frustrating. They keep sending you in circles through the same FAQs over and over, and if you have a question that's not covered in one of their canned responses, forget about getting an actual human being to help you out.

If you want to return something, be prepared to wait over a month for the refund to process. They use an outside third-party company to handle all of their refunds and returns, which means you're not dealing with an in-house team. That kind of thing really matters, y'know? It's just a huge hassle.

All in all, I'd say that ThirdLove is not the "hard-to-fit" sizing solution that they advertise themselves to be. It's just a big old headache that's not worth the trouble.

ThirdLove False Advertising: My Disappointing Experience with ThirdLove

ThirdLove, where do I even start? Let me tell you, my experience with this brand was not a good one. The main issue I have with them is the 60 Day Fit Guarantee that they have listed under all of their bras. At first, I was intrigued by this offer, even though I'm generally wary of online shopping. So, I decided to take a chance and buy a bra from their website. Hey, free returns & exchanges within 60 days? What could go wrong?

Well, as it turns out, a lot can go wrong. When I received the bra and tried it on, I realized it wasn't the right fit for me. No problem, I thought, I'll just return it and get my money back. But when I tried to return it, I was told that the item was final sale. I was shocked. How could this be? The website clearly states that there's a 60 Day Guarantee for all of their bras.

When I tried to explain to the customer service team that I felt misled by their website, they refused to help me. They claimed that the item was listed as final sale in the cart and after a size was selected. But who looks at the cart when they're browsing for a product? I certainly don't. I only look at the product page itself to see if it's the right fit for me, and that's where they promised the 60 Day Guarantee.

But the worst part of this whole experience is that ThirdLove is unwilling to take responsibility for their mistake. They won't give me a refund, they won't exchange the bra, they won't do anything to make up for their deception. It's disappointing to see a company behave in such an unethical and shady way.

And it's not just this one issue that's problematic. I did a little digging and found out that ThirdLove has had issues with their workplace culture as well. In a Vox article titled "ThirdLove says it's by women, for women. But women who've worked there disagree," former employees spoke out about the toxic work environment they experienced at ThirdLove.

All in all, I would not recommend ThirdLove to anyone. They might have some good bras, but their business practices are questionable, and they don't seem to care about their customers or employees. It's a shame, really.

ThirdLove Awful experience

This here's my review for ThirdLove, and let me tell ya, it's not lookin' too good. I had some major issues with their customer service, and it's left me feeling super frustrated. See, I placed an order back on November 28th, but didn't get any updates until December 1st when they told me it had shipped. But when I tried to track my package a few days later, the website still said it was processing. I reached out to customer support and they told me it could take another 4 or 5 days to track it after it had shipped, which I think is crazy. But here we are on December 7th, and I still can't track anything. The website still says it's processing, and I've spent all day trying to get through to customer support, only to be told their communication systems are down and I might have to wait 48 hours for a response. That's just not acceptable.

Finally, I got an email response, but it was from an "AI Assistant". They gave me a link to track my package and said that while it was taking longer than expected, it was on the way. But I still don't have an expected delivery date and I'm just feeling super frustrated with the whole process. I'll be honest with ya, I don't think I'll ever order from this company again. Unless, of course, the bra is amazing. But I haven't heard great things from other reviews, so I'm not holding my breath.

It just seems really sad to me that women with bigger breasts have to deal with this kind of stuff just to find a bra that fits. We have to rely on sketchy websites and questionable customer service just to get something that should be easy to find. Honestly, it's getting to the point where I just want to give up on finding a bra altogether. Thanks a lot, ThirdLove.

ThirdLove ThirdLove Bra Review: Frustrating Return Process Initially, but Excellent Service Recovery

I figured it was time to upgrade my bra game and heard so much about ThirdLove (thirdlove.com), so decided to give them a try. I followed their website's fit guidelines to find the "right" size. But after receiving it, I was quite disappointed. Both the band and cup size were ridiculously small. I was feeling quite down and defeated until I heard about the fit specialist available to do a video call. Grateful for a second chance, I arranged a video call to determine the right size for me.

The fit specialist was supposed to handle the exchange process. All I needed to do was print out the return label. But the link they gave me took me through the whole exchange process, including whether I wanted store credit or a refund. It was a bit confusing, and I wasn't sure what to choose. I replied to their email asking for guidance. However, days passed, and I received multiple warning emails telling me I'd better send back my current bra quickly, or I would not be able to refund/exchange.

I sent multiple emails to every address I could find over several days but received no response. It was frustrating! Finally, I was able to get a chat rep to send me the shipping label I should have received to begin with. The whole ordeal was tiring and taxing, but I am happy that I could process the return without further issue. However, the bra ordered by the fit specialist was still too small, despite the professional fitting session.

I gave them the benefit of the doubt as the bra itself seems nice, so I gave them two stars instead of one. But I wasn't prepared to go through such a process again. I decided never to order from them again.

However, something good came out of this. ThirdLove reached out to me to try to resolve the situation. The second fit specialist I worked with recommended adding a half cup size and promised to be my point of contact if ever, I had any further issues with the return process. This time I insisted on being sent the shipping label directly, and I was able to process the return without issue. The new bra fit perfectly! I must say, I'm impressed with their service recovery efforts.

If I may advise, please avoid purchasing a bra from ThirdLove in December if you're not 100% confident about the fit. The holiday shopping and shipping surge only further complicates the return process. Overall, I appreciate the efforts ThirdLove made to make things right, and I'm happy with the fit of my new bra. I've added two stars to my original rating.

ThirdLove ThirdLove Bra Review: Disappointing Lifespan and Customer Service

So, I recently bought a bra from ThirdLove, and at first, I was really excited to try it out because my Victoria's Secret bra had finally given up after five years of constant wear. However, I had a little issue with the fit, so I had to exchange it for the right size. Once I got the right size, I was happy and wore it almost daily.

That is, until a couple of weeks ago when the underwire broke. I was so upset because I was at work when it happened and it made the bra completely unwearable. I contacted their Customer Service, and although they responded quickly, their response was a bit of a letdown. They told me that the expected lifespan of a bra was only between 6 months to a year with most companies. I mean, really? I've been buying bras for years, and this is the first time I've ever heard such nonsense.

Even more, they offered me a discount on their website for my next purchase, but I have no plans to ever buy another ThirdLove bra again. I even left a negative review on their site, but it got removed. Not a great way to do business, if you ask me.

I just want to warn other ladies out there to buy their bras elsewhere unless they want to buy a new one every 6-12 months. This is not worth the money at all.

ThirdLove ThirdLove Review: Disappointing Customer Service and Return Policy

I recently tried out ThirdLove and I gotta say, while the idea is nice, there were definitely some issues with the whole process. As someone who values trust and a good customer base, I was disappointed by the lack of support when I didn't get the right fit the first time around. And if you're thinking of ordering more products to try and find the perfect fit, just be aware that delivery might take a while and you could end up outside the return window for your original products. And that's on you, not them - so you're stuck with the products you got.

The so called "stylist" (who really just handles phone calls) suggested I order some more and compare, but then I ended up with three bras that cost me $270 and ThirdLove wouldn't even let me return or exchange them. It was a frustrating experience to say the least. I would definitely caution against wasting your time, energy, and money on ThirdLove. You can find the same quality and customer service at a discount department store - or even better quality and customer service elsewhere.

ThirdLove ThirdLove's Terrible Return Policy and Customer Service

I recently bought two bras from ThirdLove, but unfortunately, neither of them fit me well. When I tried to return them, I was told that I couldn't because I had already worn them and didn't have the original tags. I mean, how am I supposed to know if the bras are comfortable or not without wearing them?

I was so frustrated with this ridiculous return policy that I decided to voice my concerns publicly. To my surprise, ThirdLove's customer service team reached out to me and allowed me to return the bras.

However, my frustration didn't end there. When the company refunded my payment, they did so without consulting me. As a result, my $128 was refunded to a closed card. I contacted the company that issued the card, but they said they didn't have my money either. Despite my efforts, ThirdLove refused to refund me properly.

It's been a horrible experience, and I feel like I've essentially donated $128 to this multi-million dollar company. Needless to say, I won't be shopping at ThirdLove again, and I'll make sure to warn everyone I know about their terrible return policy and customer service.

ThirdLove Disappointing Shipping and Customer Service Experience with ThirdLove

So, I was really excited to try out ThirdLove and ordered a bra from their website. However, when I didn't receive my package for a while, I decided to track my tracking number and found out that the postal office couldn't find my house number. I was confused because I had double-checked my order email and the correct address was submitted. I mean, I've been receiving mails and packages to my address without any issues, so what gives?

I decided to reach out to ThirdLove and let them know about my situation. But, to my disappointment, they told me that the package was being returned to the sender as if I had made the return myself. I mean, come on! I didn't even receive the package in the first place! And when I asked if they could send a replacement to the same and correct shipping address, they replied (after the replacement package was sent out) that they would offer "shipping to the same address" as an exception, but if the package went missing, they couldn't provide "this" again. What kind of customer service is that?

I was really disappointed with this experience and decided to return the product. I don't think I'll be buying from ThirdLove again. It's frustrating that they're putting this type of logistical issue on the customer when it's clearly not our fault. I've never had a shipping issue like this before, and it's a shame that it had to happen with ThirdLove.

ThirdLove ThirdLove Review: Disappointing Customer Service and Communication

I gotta say my experience with ThirdLove was not that great. Me and my family we ordered some bras and they were pretty cool tho, but when we tried to make a bigger purchase of over $700 things went south. We were supposed to get a two day shipping, but it took them three whole days just to hit me back. Only to change the way they would bring our stuff to us, to a 3-7 ground shipping! They didn't even ask if that was cool for us or if we wanted to pay extra to keep it express. It was a major mess for us because we were gonna be out of town soon and the order needed a signature too! I tried to get in contact with them many times but they never got back to me. Total lack of communication and a customer service team that looks like it doesn't exist. It's a bummer because their bras seemed fine but nah, we are gonna try other stores for sure. Unless they get their game together and fix their mess, but I'm not holding my breath on that one.

ThirdLove Disappointing Experience with ThirdLove: Order Mix-Ups and Poor Quality

I gotta be honest here, I've had a couple of issues with ThirdLove. First off, they messed up both of my orders! Like seriously, how hard is it to get an order right? On my first order, I got a box with someone else's stuff in it! I mean, come on ThirdLove, get it together! And to the poor lady in Washington, DC who got my stuff, I'm sorry but I had to send it back. Hopefully, you get your order or your money back.

Then, on my second order, they forgot an item and I can't even return the one that didn't fit me. Now I'm stuck with a $79 bra that I can't even wear! What a waste of money, right?

I will say that customer service has been pretty good about responding to me, but honestly, I shouldn't have to spend so much time trying to sort out my bra and underwear orders. It's just ridiculous. And after spending so much money, I expect better.

Also, the quality of the products seems just okay. I haven't washed anything yet, so I'm crossing my fingers that they hold up in the wash.

Overall, I don't think I'll be ordering from ThirdLove again. It's just too much trouble and not worth the hassle. Sorry to leave a bad review, but I gotta be honest.

ThirdLove Disappointing Bra Shopping Experience with ThirdLove - A Review

Bra shopping can be a real chore, don'tcha think? I've been on the hunt for a bra that fits just right and I thought ThirdLove might be the solution for me. I went through their little quiz thingy and got a recommendation for a bra. But when it arrived, it was too dang small. So, I reached out to their customer service peeps and they suggested another size (duh), but they didn't have the one I wanted in stock. So, I went ahead and requested a refund and sent the bra back that very same day.

I was kind of surprised when I checked the tracking and saw that it was still pending delivery five days later. That's not too far from me, so I reached out to ThirdLove and they confirmed that it had already made it to their warehouse. That's when I requested my refund online. They tried to tempt me with a store credit, but I held out for my cold hard cash.

Well, fast forward nine days and I still hadn't gotten any notification about my refund. So, I decided to reach out to them again today. And wouldn't ya know it, they said there was some kind of mixup on their end and the refund hadn't been issued yet. Grumble grumble.

But, lo and behold, within ten minutes of our conversation ending, I got an email from ThirdLove with the store credit. And then PayPal came in hot with the credit notice. So, I guess the refund finally went through? Who even knows.

Overall, I feel like this was just too much work for a pretty average bra. I'm not sure I'll be giving ThirdLove another try anytime soon.

ThirdLove ThirdLove bras did not live up to expectations

I was hopeful when I ordered my two ThirdLove bras for $160. I wanted a bra that would last a long time and give me the support I needed. However, I was disappointed when the first one broke after only a few months. The underwire came out of the armpit seam and poked me in the ribcage, making it painful and unwearable. At first, I thought it was a fluke, but then the exact same thing happened to my second bra.

I was frustrated that I spent so much money on bras that didn't last. I have other bras that cost half the price and have lasted me over two years. These ThirdLove bras were a complete waste of money and I would not recommend purchasing them.

I understand that bras can sometimes break or wear out, but it shouldn't happen so quickly with a high-quality, well-made bra. I was hoping to find a comfortable and supportive bra that would last me a long time, but unfortunately, ThirdLove did not deliver on their promise.

I hope they can improve the quality of their bras in the future because I like the idea of their company and their focus on providing a better fit for women. However, until they can consistently produce bras that last, I will have to take my business elsewhere.

ThirdLove ThirdLove Review: Comfy Bras & Cute Designs, But Prepare for Spam Mail

Gonna tell you straight up, ThirdLove ain't the perfect choice for buying bras and lingerie. First of all, what's up with all the spam mail flooding my mailbox since I became a customer? I mean, it's not only an inconvenience for me (and probably my mail carrier too), but it's also hella bad for the environment. And I know for a fact that I always uncheck that "share your information with our partners" box when I make an account with any website. So it's gotta be ThirdLove that's selling my information to these other companies. Like, I get it, they're tryna promote their stuff, but it's a real turnoff for me. And it's just weird that the catalogs started coming in like 3 months after I made my first purchase with them. Coincidence? I think not.

But with all that being said, I gotta give credit where credit is due. The bras themselves are pretty damn comfy and they actually fit me better than any other brand I've tried before. And they got a lot of cute designs and colors to choose from, which I'm a big fan of. And their website is really user-friendly. Like, even my grandma could navigate it, which is saying something. Plus, they got a nifty little quiz you can take to figure out what size and style would work best for you. And they got a pretty decent return/exchange policy if you're not satisfied with your purchase.

So, all in all, ThirdLove ain't perfect, but it's definitely worth a shot if you're looking for some comfy and cute bras. Just be prepared to deal with all the unwanted mail.

ThirdLove Misleading Promotions and Frustrating Navigation: A Review of ThirdLove Bra Fitting Experience

I was excited to try ThirdLove after hearing so much buzz about them on social media. However, my experience was a letdown. I was lured in by a promotion that promised me great discounts, only to find out that I had to spend a lot more than I had originally thought to qualify for it. This was definitely not mentioned in the ad!

To make matters worse, the navigation on the website was not very intuitive. It was an uphill battle to try and change my size, even though I had been professionally measured. The suggested sizes that were given to me were not accurate either, and it was a pain to edit or get rid of them. And believe me, I know my way around tech- it was not a user error.

I also noticed that the bra fit guide needed to include the ability to remeasure. Maybe if this feature was more prominent, it would be easier to find. It was also frustrating that there was no option to select menopause when selecting a size. This is a major factor in women's bra size changes, and it was disappointing that ThirdLove didn't take this into account.

As a software professional, I can say that the website was definitely not user-friendly. When I finally gave up and tried to seek help online, it wasn't much better. I was hoping for some guidance on how to get the perfect fit, but the experience left much to be desired.

Overall, I was disappointed with ThirdLove. The promotion was misleading and the website navigation was frustrating. Hopefully, they will take these criticisms into account and work on improving the user experience.

ThirdLove My Disappointing Experience with ThirdLove Bras: Not Worth the Hype or High Price Tag

The ThirdLove bra definitely didn't live up to its hype. Despite being priced higher than other top quality bras you could find in top quality department stores, the construction of the bra fell short of my expectations. The stitching was uneven, which was disappointing given that I had high hopes for this product.

However, I must admit that the fitting quiz had me pretty intrigued, and I figured it couldn't hurt to try. Unfortunately, when the bra arrived, it didn't fit me at all. This was quite a letdown, and to add insult to injury, I was disappointed to discover that my shipping wasn't refunded when I returned the product.

Since I was still in need of a new bra, I decided to head to one of my local department stores. I went to Dillard's and to my surprise, the sales clerk actually measured me and brought out dozens of different styles of bras that I could try on at my own pace. This was a refreshing change from my experience with ThirdLove. Best of all, the brands I tried were top quality and every bra I found that fit me well was actually less expensive than the ThirdLove product I had purchased.

I have to say, I had a similar experience at Neiman Marcus. The sales associate there also took the time to measure me and bring me a variety of bras to try on. In short, this isn't meant to promote any specific department store, but rather to say that there are better options out there than ThirdLove.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend the ThirdLove bra. It's simply not worth the price tag, especially when you can find better-made bras at similar or even cheaper prices in your local department stores.

ThirdLove False Advertising and Poor Customer Service: My Experience with ThirdLove

So, I bought a gift card for my lady from ThirdLove (thirdlove.com). That place says you can return stuff for free within 60 days. Like, they say it on the site? And even in their FAQs it says "all returns are free." Then I gave the card to my woman, and she was checking stuff out and couldn't find any bras in her size. She talked to customer service, but they weren't any help in finding something that would fit. So, I asked for my money back, since the card was still totally unused. But these customer service people were so rude! They told me I couldn't get a refund for a gift card, and that I should have read the "fine print" or something. I even showed them screenshots where it said returns were free, but they still wouldn't give me my money back. I'm super disappointed in how ThirdLove treated me and my lady.

ThirdLove Terrible Experience with Expensive Bras and Return Process: Avoid This Company

This company is really not worth your time and money. I had such a terrible experience with their bras and the customer service was just as bad. Despite spending over $360.00 on various products that I thought would be of good quality and fit well, I was sadly disappointed. The bras were really uncomfortable and didn't fit me properly. The quality was also substandard, which is not what I expected from such an expensive brand.

To make matters worse, when I attempted to return the items, the online return screen was locked stating that they weren't eligible for returns. It was only after using their online chat feature that I was eventually sent an authorization and return label. This was a really frustrating experience and it just kept getting worse.

When they received my return, they took an incredibly long time to process it. It took 25 days and a formal complaint to the BBB to get my funds released back to PayPal. This is unacceptable and really shows how poorly managed this company is.

Unless you live near one of their stores and can actually try on their products before buying, I wouldn't bother dealing with this company. The return process is the worst I've ever seen with any business and really makes me question their commitment to customer satisfaction. Although their marketing is great and may pull you in, don't be fooled. I will never purchase from them again and I strongly recommend that you avoid them as well.

If you are waiting for a refund, I suggest staying on top of them until you get it. Don't be stone walled or ignored, use every tool available to you. It's really unfortunate that a company with such potential has let their customers down in such a significant way.

ThirdLove ThirdLove: A Shady Business That Only Wants Positive Feedback

So I bought this bra from ThirdLove back in 2015 and boy, was it a disaster. The fit was all wrong and I thought, hey, maybe I should leave a review so others don't make the same mistake. Well, let me tell you, they did not take kindly to my negative feedback. They straight up deleted my review and only kept the positive ones. I was shocked and reached out to ask why they did that, but all I got was radio silence.

To make matters worse, I am bombarded with spam mail from ThirdLove on a daily basis with subject lines like "You will love this!". It's so annoying and I've tried everything to stop it. I've unsubscribed, closed my account, contacted customer service and even their tech department, but nothing seems to work. The spam just keeps coming.

One time, they even banned me from their Facebook page. Like come on, what kind of company bans a customer for leaving a review? It just goes to show that they only care about positive feedback and will silence anyone who dares to say otherwise.

And here's the kicker - I tried logging back into my account and was met with an error message saying that no such account exists. So I tried to register a new account and was told that the account already existed...with my 2015 address in Oregon. What kind of shady business is this? I see on my account that apparently I ordered two bras recently, but that just seems like a total scam to me.

To sum it up, ThirdLove is a total mess of a company. I wouldn't trust them as far as I could throw them. Don't waste your time or money on this shady business.

ThirdLove ThirdLove Bras: Great Fit, Not-So-Great Customer Service

I gotta say, I'm a big fan of ThirdLove's bras - they fit like a glove and make me feel confident and comfortable all day long. But it's a real bummer that their customer service just isn't up to snuff. Let me break it down for you.

So I saw this sweet deal on their website - 2 bras for a discounted price - and I couldn't resist. I ordered my bras and eagerly waited for them to arrive. When they did, I tried them on and loved one of them, but the other just didn't work for me. No biggie, I thought, I'll just exchange it for something else.

I followed the return instructions and shipped the unwanted bra back to ThirdLove, specifying in my return that I wanted a different style. Days passed and I heard nothing. So I reached out to customer service to inquire about my exchange. And wouldn't you know it, they didn't have the style I wanted in stock.

I was pretty disappointed, but fine, I get it, things go out of stock. But what really grinds my gears is that ThirdLove wouldn't let me hold my order until the item I wanted was restocked. Nope, that went against their policy. So my options were limited: I could get a refund on the bra I returned, but then I'd have to pay full price for the one I kept, and that's just not fair. Or, I could exchange the bra for a style I didn't even really like.

In the end, I went with option one - refund please. The customer service rep promised me I'd receive an additional 10% for my trouble, but the only thing I got was a 10% credit to my account. Useless to me, since I can't see myself ordering from ThirdLove again.

All in all, a bit of a frustrating experience. But I do want to stress that the bras themselves are lovely - just maybe try to avoid exchanging them if possible.

ThirdLove Thirdlove Store Review: Frustrations with Sizing, Ordering, and Delivery

I popped into the Thirdlove store at New York City recently. I spent a long time in the store trying on various bras trying to find the right size. Unfortunately, I was informed that they didn't have all the bras that I was interested in available in my size. Only one bra was available for purchase that day, which was a bummer, but I decided to go ahead and purchase the one in my size. For other styles and colors, I had to make orders. I was a bit frustrated because I had to stand and keep an eye on the staff member placing the order for me online as they kept entering the wrong size. I had to correct them three times before they could get the correct size.

I was also told that there would be a discount for me on the three bras I wanted to order, but unfortunately, because the ordering process had to be done in separate transactions, the discount wasn't applied. When I eventually got home and opened the sealed package of the bra I purchased in-store, I noticed that it was the wrong size, even though my receipt had the correct size I wanted.

At this point, I tried reaching out via the email provided on the receipt twice to help me sort out the problem with the delivery. However, the chat link didn't work, so I couldn't find anyone to help me out. This was a bit frustrating as the bra I was delivered was nowhere near the required size, and the situation was looking hopeless.

Honestly, it was a bit of a letdown. I expected better service, especially after the amount of time I spent trying to get a good fit for me. The experience made me feel like Thirdlove wasn't really a reliable option for me. I think I'll have to explore other options.
