Savage X Fenty Savage X refuses to let me send a complaint about being maltreated by their employees

I asked for information where to send a complaint and no one responded.

I have recorded my conversations with the employees and gave consent to record me as well. So there is recorded evidence of the conversations and there are emails.

I got offered €20 for the maltreatment and when I said that I needed to be taken seriously, the employee stopped responding.

I find it unacceptable and unprofessional and I want to have this conversation either by phone or email.

What will savage X do with this message? And yes, I got screen shots of it, just in case I need to protect myself again.

Savage X Fenty Savage X review: Great clothing, murky billing policies

I recently subscribed to Savagex, and while I was excited about the prospect of getting high-quality intimate wear, I was a little concerned about how they handle billing. When I signed up, I was told that I would be charged $49 each month, but that this fee could be used as a credit towards my purchases. I didn't see any information indicating that this credit could only be used on specific items, so I assumed that I had complete flexibility when shopping on the site.

However, when I went to make a purchase, I found that there were a number of restrictions on what I could buy with my credit. This felt unfair, as I had already been charged the $49 fee and expected to have more flexibility in my shopping. To make matters worse, I ended up spending an extra $12 to cover the difference between the items I wanted to purchase and the ones I was allowed to use my credit on. On top of all this, I also had to pay additional fees for international shipping and processing, which left me feeling frustrated and taken advantage of.

Despite these concerns, I decided to place an order and see how the clothing itself turned out. I was pleased to find that the quality of the items I received was high, and I felt great wearing them. However, I still feel like the billing policies need to be more transparent and fairer to customers. Given these concerns, I'm not sure if I'll continue to be a subscriber in the future. Nonetheless, I would still recommend Savagex if you're looking for high-quality clothing, as long as you're aware of the potential billing issues going in.

Savage X Fenty Disappointing Experience with Savagex.com: Delayed Shipment and Poor Customer Service

I placed an order for some items on savagex.com, specifically on November 26th or 27th. Unfortunately, I did not receive any updates or communication from the company regarding my order. I decided to reach out to the customer service team, who kindly informed me that they only send emails when orders are shipped.

After waiting for a week, I still had not received any information on my order. This prompted me to once again reach out to customer service. This time, I was told that my order had been shipped via lasership, and that the earliest I could expect to receive my package would be on December 23rd, 2021.

Of course, I was frustrated with this delay in receiving my order, and I expressed my displeasure to customer service. I even mentioned my dissatisfaction with lasership, who had a reputation for being the worst courier service. The customer service representative empathized with my frustration and admitted that they were also experiencing issues with lasership.

The reason for my anger was due to the fact that the items I purchased were supposed to be a gift for a friend, and we had planned to exchange gifts over the weekend. Unfortunately, this delay meant that the gift exchange would be postponed. It was not a pleasant experience.

Overall, I would caution anyone who wishes to receive their orders promptly not to order from this company. Waiting a month for your package is ridiculous, and it is not worth it.

Savage X Fenty Savage X Fenty's Dishonest Membership Charges and Lack of Transparency: A Consumer's Review

As a consumer who had a membership with Savage X Fenty since 2018, I found out that they had been charging me $49 annually for the past three years. Despite my attempts to unsubscribe from the membership and even speaking to a customer service representative in 2018, I was still being charged without my knowledge. It was only when I discovered this on November 1st, 2021, that I realized I had been taken for a ride.

After several calls and inquiries, I managed to get a refund for only this year, which left me feeling frustrated and betrayed by the company. I was hoping to receive credits or refunds for the preceding two years, but to my disappointment, I was informed that the membership only provided discounts and not credits or refunds.

This level of dishonesty and lack of transparency has left me with negative feelings towards Savage X Fenty. It is difficult to trust a company that cannot be straightforward with its customers. Furthermore, I have not purchased anything from them since 2018 because I found their materials to be inferior and of low quality. I have found other stores that offer better quality at more reasonable prices.

In conclusion, the experience with Savage X Fenty has left me with a sour taste, and I will not be doing business with them again. I feel that the company needs to be more clear and transparent about its memberships and financial policies, and it needs to improve the quality of its products if it wants to attract and retain customers.

Savage X Fenty Savage X Fenty Review: Impressive Quality, Poor Customer Service Experience

When it comes to the product, Savage X Fenty does not disappoint. Although some items run small, the quality is impressive overall. Unfortunately, the poor customer service experience really detracted from the overall satisfaction of shopping at this store. The issue stems from their policy of denying a purchase if the shipping address does not match the billing address. This seems like an unnecessary requirement, as ultimately they are still receiving payment for the order. It's frustrating that other companies have no problem with this, yet Savage X Fenty cannot seem to handle it. Attempting to contact customer service only adds to the frustration, as it feels like you are being passed around between departments and never actually getting a resolution. Even worse, when told that an answer will come in 48-72 hours, it ends up taking weeks without any further communication. It's a real shame, because one person's experience can really affect a company's reputation. It's discouraging to not feel heard, and the dishonesty throughout the process only adds to the disappointment. Hopefully Savage X Fenty can improve upon their customer service policies and procedures in the future.

Savage X Fenty Disappointing Experience with Savage X Fenty: Prepaid Card Issues, Wrong Product and Unauthorized Debit Charges

I recently had an experience ordering from Savage X Fenty's online store and unfortunately, it did not go as smoothly as I had hoped. I made my purchase using a prepaid debit card, but was disappointed to find that it took a whole month for the merchandise to arrive. Even worse, when it did finally arrive, the items I received were not what I had ordered and had to be returned.

I considered exchanging the items, but was concerned that the process would take so long that it was easier to just give the products away. Since I had used a prepaid card, I didn't expect to renew my VIP membership. However, to my surprise, I noticed in early November that Savage X Fenty had debited my Visa card without my permission.

Dismayed, I contacted customer service to inquire about how they obtained my card information. Unfortunately, the representative promptly hung up on me while I was on hold. After making another call, I spoke with someone else who did not see my card on their file and could not explain the charge. I was only offered a credit to use on their website instead of a refund.

Thinking I had little choice, I decided to use my credit to purchase another item, but have yet to receive it. According to tracking information, the product has been sitting in a mailing facility in Irving, Texas since November 20th.

All in all, my experience with Savage X Fenty was extremely unpleasant, and I would strongly advise against wasting your money on their merchandise.

Savage X Fenty Terrible Experience with Savage X Fenty and LaserShip - Do Not Recommend!

When I ordered a robe from Savage X Fenty on December 17th, I chose expedited shipping to ensure it would arrive before Christmas. However, that's when my troubles began. The shipping company they used, LaserShip, emailed me with an issue but didn't respond to any of my attempts at contacting them. As time passed, the tracking information declared that my package had already been delivered, which surprised me as it was nowhere to be found. I reached out to Savage X Fenty's customer service and they responded by offering to reorder my robe, but unfortunately, they were not able to accommodate my request to use a different shipping company as it was beyond their control.

The second package arrived, but LaserShip marked it as delivered when it was still missing at my doorstep. As for the private house not receiving the packages, I had to confirm that numerous times which was frustrating. At this point, I decided to seek a refund, but the process was incredibly arduous. I've spoken to seven representatives and a supervisor, yet I still haven't received my refund. It's shocking to have such an unpleasant first experience with a company; it's disheartening to know that they're not fulfilling their responsibilities to ensure customer satisfaction. Needless to say, I can't recommend Savage X Fenty and their chosen shipping company to anyone else. It shouldn't be this difficult to get a refund on an item I never received.

Savage X Fenty Savage X Fenty Review: Mixed Bag of Beautiful Lingerie and Frustrating Inventory, Shipping Issues

When I first heard about Savage X Fenty, I was intrigued by the promise of beautiful lingerie pieces at affordable prices for plus size ladies like myself. I decided to sign up for their membership program, hoping to find some great additions to my wardrobe. Unfortunately, my experience has been a bit of a mixed bag.

On one hand, I have received some really lovely items from Savage X Fenty. The sizing has been pretty accurate, which is always a relief when shopping for lingerie online. However, the shipping time is a real downer. I have placed several orders and each time it has taken forever for my items to arrive.

The real frustration, though, comes from their inventory system. I have received emails about new items in my size, only to find out that they are sold out by the time I get to the website. I have to wonder if they ever had these items in stock to begin with. It's incredibly frustrating as a member who is trying to take advantage of what Savage X Fenty has to offer.

I have felt so frustrated at times that I have considered cancelling my membership altogether. While I appreciate that it's easy to skip a month if I don't want to make a purchase, I don't like having to remember to do so each time.

All that said, I still think that Savage X Fenty might be worth checking out if you're in the market for some new lingerie. Just don't expect to receive your items in less than a month, and be prepared to deal with inventory issues. I'll probably stick around for a little while longer, but I'm definitely not as enthusiastic about this brand as I was when I first signed up.

Savage X Fenty Savage X Fenty: Disappointing Customer Service and Delivery Experience

I was really excited to try out Savage X Fenty's website, but unfortunately, my experience was less than ideal. After placing an order, I waited eagerly for a confirmation email, but nothing came. After a week of waiting, I decided to reach out to their customer service team to inquire about the status of my order. To my surprise, I was told that an email should have been sent out on the 24th – which didn't make sense, considering I had placed my order well before that date. When I asked if the representative could send the email now, I was met with the disappointing news that the system was experiencing a backlog. I couldn't believe it – a backlog for emails? That seemed absurd to me.

To make matters worse, I later found out that my parcel still hadn't shipped after a full week. When I asked why, I was told about a backlog and that it would take approximately 3-4 days to prepare my package and up to 10 days to ship it out. After waiting anxiously for weeks, I finally received my package. Unfortunately, it was thrown onto my neighbor's driveway and the package was completely mangled. I couldn't believe it – after spending a good amount of money, I had expected that my order would be handled with care and delivered to me in one piece.

All in all, I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Savage X Fenty. The brand name may be impressive, but the poor customer service and lack of care taken with my package left me feeling unsatisfied. While I may have been tempted to give them another shot, this experience was enough to convince me otherwise – I'll be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

Savage X Fenty Frustrating and Disappointing Experience with Savage X Fenty's Return Process

I recently had an experience with Savage X Fenty (savagex.com) that left me frustrated and disappointed. While the website itself offers a great selection of lingerie and intimate wear, the process of returning an item that didn't fit properly was a nightmare.

Firstly, the website's return label process did not work, leaving me no choice but to call customer service for assistance. While the representative was polite and tried to be helpful, the return label still did not arrive in my email inbox. Apparently, my email account was somehow blocked in their "system" and required escalation to resolve. I found this strange, as I have a generic Gmail account and had never encountered this issue before. However, I was assured that the problem would be resolved and waited patiently for a response. Unfortunately, none arrived.

After several days without hearing anything, I decided to take advantage of the convenient FB messenger feature and reached out to customer service again. Once more, I was taken through the process of generating a return label, but again, it did not work. The issue was escalated once again, but still, there was no follow-up or resolution to my problem.

In conclusion, while Savage X Fenty offers a great selection of intimate wear, I would caution buyers to only make purchases if they are confident they will not need to return any items. Their customer service logistics are clearly in need of improvement, and I am left feeling unsure whether there is a managing team overseeing the company's operations. While the individual service reps are great, whoever is in charge of escalation clearly isn't doing their job.

Savage X Fenty Disappointing Experience with Savage X Fenty's Lingerie Line and Returns Process

When I ordered from Savage X Fenty, I was excited to try out their new lingerie line. However, I found that the regular bras I ordered were ill-fitting and unflattering. This could have been due to my personal anatomy, but regardless, it was disappointing. The one bralette I ordered that was stretchy did fit me well though, which was a relief.

I decided to do an exchange for three of the bras I originally ordered, hoping that the different sizes would fix the problem. Unfortunately, I found that the exchanged bras were also unflattering and uncomfortable, despite the positive reviews on the website.

To make matters worse, I returned the bras on Feb 16th and as of March 7th, the package still hasn't arrived to the warehouse. I've been tracking the package and it seems to have been bouncing around different parts of California and Nevada, without an estimated delivery time.

As someone who primarily shops online, I typically have patience with shipping and returns. However, the delay and lack of information is concerning. It's disappointing that it's taking so long to even get the return to the warehouse. I'm still waiting for it to be processed and for my refund. Overall, my experience with Savage X Fenty has been frustrating, and I hope that they work on improving their shipping and returns process in the future.
