I am being charged 16.95 a month also. I don't know what it is for and have no knowledge of ordering any such service. I would lilke to discomtinue this - who do I contact?

I am having the same problem with Vslue Plus Monthly.

I have not ordered anything from Value plus Monthly. Plesse remove the $ 19.95 from my account.

Receiving unauthorized monthly charges to my debet card from Value Plus for $19.95 and WC *FUNSOURCE MNTH I did not authorize these charges and want them to stop immediately.I am going to my back in the morning to talk to someone about these charges i did not know about and see what they can do about it and get these frees discontinue - who do I contact?

I too have been charged for a catalog and membership, neither of which would I be remotely interested in. I have reported this to my Credit Card. I have NO idea who these people are and have had NO
relation with them whatsoever. I expect them to remove the charge of $16.95 as my Credit Card company has opened an investigation.

I have the same problem. I don't know who they are and how they can charge people with money. What can I do to get a refund of my money?

I have just noticed the $19.95 charge on my Discover charge acct, this is not a company that I know or chose to do business with and after calling them, they do not tell me how they have come to charge my acct, only saying I had agreed on this charge, which is not true. Going back thru' my records, they have charged me for the past 4 months.

Is there anyway that I can get a credit from Pro Value Plus for this scam charge ?

I had the same problem. I called the value plus and complained. They are sending me a refund letter. I have to fill it out and send it in. I've been charged since march, so we're talking over $100. Call the number [protected] and raise "hello!" Good luck

Hi I checked my bank statement today and there was a charge for $24.95 for value plus neither myself nor my husband authorized this. When I called the number she explained that it was a purchase for a "personal" matter. She cancelled the memebership and is sending me a refund letter. We will see if this happens! Dont even know how they would get our debit card number? Good Luck to everyone else! Has anyone actually had money refunded?

I was charged 24.95 for value plus that I have not Authorized and now because of this transaction I have a negative account balance. How can I cancel this transaction and stop value plus from charging my account every month.

I hate all of your stupidity. Seriously. The only way they could be charging you is if you authorized a recurring charge at one time. Just because you don't realize you did, doesn't mean you didn't. You paid for something with your credit card, and without reading the fine print, signed up for value plus' monthly charges. Good job.
