Pulsetto
Battery won’t charge. They asked a million questions to blow me off. Took days for emails to show up. Just sending a call tag would be simple. Can’t reach by phone. Their goal is to sell sell sell. Customer service deflect deflect deflect.
I like the function of the product but cheaply made.
They need to replace my unit and send call tag.
I’m a practitioner and they are way too shabby to recommend to professionals.

on Father's Day June 18th, I have not received any information regarding shipping and delivery of the unit. I also have sent numerous messages to customer service, and have not had any replies.
