United Parcel Service of America [UPS] / damaged property!!!

On or about the 27th of November, 2017 my Mother-in-law alone with my wife went to store #6169 in Aurora, I'll, mailed a set of angels to my home. When they (the Angels) arrived they were DESTROYED!!! These angles had been handed down thou five generations of women. When those angels arrived in that destroyed condition, my wife and mother-in-law was heart broken. The packing was sub-standard, it looked as if a child had packed the items. A complaint was made with the manager alone with pictures. She stated she had filed a claim, BUT I DOUBT IT! It should not take over a month to settle a claim, even if UPS does use a private insurance company. Nobody should be that incompetent, plus the items were insured under value. PEOPLE NEED TO DO THEIR JOBS!! Nothing should take this long when UPS is clearly at fault which was acknowledge by the Manager! When can we expect compensation!!!????!!
