Best service ever! Our driver Maurice was very attentive, personable and most importantly,he was on time! We had a large party and Blasian Executive Transportation took care of every detail. The service was excellent! Our driver was extremely courteous and was always early for each and every pick up. Text messages and communication about the rides were very helpful. Michael was a fantastic driver. Our van was exceptionally clean and comfortable. We did the holiday lights tour- 5 little kids and 7 adults. Everyone had a wonderful time, and we can't wait to make it a Christmas tradition. I would recommend this to anyone looking to see lights they may not know about - or simply to enjoy time with others and not have to worry about driving. It was a wonderful night.

Booked a van for my daughters prom and 10 of her friends. Service was top notch! The driver was excellent and the kids really enjoyed riding with him. The customer service was excellent from the moment I contacted them! We booked a 6 person north Arizona wine tour. John was a gracious and safe driver, never got annoyed when we were running late or having fun in the back of the transportation and took plenty of pictures for us! While I wish the winery's poured a little more for the overall price and provided a few more sweet wine options. the ambience was great and we were more than pleased with everything. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone I know!

The whole experience was wonderful from start to finish! I received a text message about an hour before my ride was scheduled saying my chauffeur would be arriving 15 minutes early. I called the number that was provided and he confirmed he could come early! John was an absolute joy to talk to during my two hour drive and he was a very safe driver. The car was clean and spacious. The reservation process was very professional and efficient. Unfortunately I had to change my flight arrival due to flight delays and they were extremely understanding and cooperative. The day of arrival the driver, John, kept us informed as to exactly where he was and that he would be waiting at the baggage claim. His communication was outstanding, above and beyond and certainly appreciated. The car was immaculate and he delivered us safely without a misstep. My husband and I booked a pickup with Blasian for our wedding night and are so pleased with the service we received. It was the best value, and high-quality service. We didn't have to worry about a thing for transportation to our hotel on our wedding night. From the moment we booked, we got a confirmation email that explained what we could expect on the day of. That day we got an email informing us of who our driver would be, their name, a photo and confirming our pickup address and time. The service we received was above and beyond our expectations, and we are so glad we booked with Blasian! They were professional, responsive, communicative, and patient while we were giving our guests last minute goodbyes on the night of our wedding. The drive was smooth and we arrived safely at our destination. We highly recommend Blasian!

Christmas Eve Blasian Executive Secured Transport light tour paled in comparison to last year's 2020 tour. This year's experience did not meet our expectation and was overpriced based on what we experienced. First, we drove on the freeway for 3/4's of the tour, which was not what we had anticipated. Second, there was extremely poor communication with the driver, whose demeanor appeared standoffish. Throughout the whole experience, there was a lack of communication with the driver in regards to our itinerary. Last year, our driver was personable, knowledgeable, and attentive to the customer experience. Unfortunately, our experience this year was the complete opposite. For example, in several neighborhoods, we found ourselves driving in circles, and the Christmas light displays in these areas were limited. In a one sentence summary, our experience was disappointing. It was far from an awesome and magical evening. Rather, it was quite the opposite!
