Tinder / no access to my account for paid member

I am a paid member of Tinder I can't access my Tinder account.
It says something went wrong. Several days now.
The worst part is that Tinder has not replied to any of my messages (about 20) where I was dutifully attaching screenshots.
I feel helpless as they are ignoring me completely. It's like they customer service does not exist. No apology, no solution. It makes you feel cheated and helpless providing you pay for the service.
