The Music Members Area / 360share Pro / No back up support!

Bought a "Lifetime Full & Unlimited Access for a total of 24.88 $ USD" from The Music Members Area and got 360 Share Pro... this worked fine for a few months and then just STOPPED working. Went to their website and managed to login BUT their technical support page does NOT WORK, so there's NOTHING I CAN DO! I cannot get support from Limewire because I didn't purchase the software through them (even though the package looks IDENTICAL!!!). Seems http://www.themusicsmembersarea.com/loginv2.asp is a BIG FAT SCAM!!!

    I also purchased 360 Share Pro but, I have vista... I can't even get the download to open so I can install the program... any ideas? Please help, I've looked for upgrades for vista.

    I can't find upgrades for Vista and I paid for the lifetime downloads. I am very unhappy with this. You either need to make an upgrade or start giving refunds.

    Same thing - it has just stopped working but cost me a total of £43 and the "lifetime" lasted 5 months-what can be done?

    I too purchased the 'lifetime' subscription & in fairness it worked well for a while. I then changed my e-mail address and moved across the world, and can no longer access it. Can't seem to access any customer support to reactivate my account. Any ideas?

    I also paid a lifetime subscription £22 + I unlclicked the spyware package and it still charged me. Now 360 pro had stopped working. I tried their support link and yep you are right Annie it does not work. I have an old computer and the other one has 360 pro which was working i will try to contact support through that system.

    Firstly may i say i have no affiliation with Musicmembers. I DO NOT KNOW IF THIS WILL WORK IT WAS SENT TO ME BY MUSICMEMBERS SUPPORT.

    I ACCEPT NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY DAMAGE OR PROBLEMS CAUSED BY THE USE OF THIS GUIDE. THIS IS TO RESOLVE PROBLEMS WITH VISTA.
    This guide will help you remove the older version of 360share pro and upgrade to the newest version:

    Step 1: Please go to Control Panel

    Step 2: In Control Panel, Click on Uninstall a Program.

    Step 3: In the Uninstall a Program Window,

    Click on 360Share Pro, then Click on Uninstall/Change

    Step 4: Click on Uninstall and wait until it is done.

    Step 5: Then click on Close

    Step 6: Return to the Control Panel.

    Step 7: Click on Classic View

    Step 8: Double click on Folder Options

    Step 9: Click on View

    Step 10: Click on ‘Show hidden files and folders’

    Click on Apply, then OK.

    Step 11: Go back to Computer

    Step 12: Double click the ‘Local Disk (C:)’ or‘Hard Disk (C:)’ or‘HP(C:)’ or‘Compact(C:)’ or‘OS(C:)’

    Step 13: Double click on Users

    Step 14: Double click on ‘Administrator’ or ‘YourName’

    Step 15: Double click on AppData

    Step 16: Double click on Roaming

    Step 17: Please Right-Click on ‘Limewire’ and then choose Delete.

    Step 18: Make sure to Confirm by clicking on ‘Yes’ like in the picture below.

    And then you’re done!

    to whom it may concern,
    this website is absolutly rediculous!!! what a bloody scam. i tried to cancell my contract with you guys twice now!! once when i first got it in my free trial as the website is outragous and then again today and the same old same old email ''it will be delbt with in the way it was recieved'' well it isn't i'm afraid to tell you! this is my third attempt!
    you have taken £46.98 and £2.53 out of my bank account on the 1st of august 2007 with out my pomission and against my freewill! not to mention you have made me over drawn which is another amount of £30.00 inwhich i have had to pay!
    in am livid about this!! i have lost my job through unfair dissmissal and now on job seekers allouance also taking advice from the c.a.b! and for you to take this amount of money from me when i have asked you to terminate my contract is outragous,you have clearly gone behind my back and stuck 2's up at me! i may have paid this amount if the website wasn't soo poor and actually worked!!
    i am appalled by this behavior, not only from you but your company, employee's and your website! it does not do what it says it does and your quick enough to take the money!!
    i will be expecting you to pay me the full amount i have paid you which is the total amount of £49.17 plus the bank fees of £30.00 for being over drawn (inconvenience through your behalf) this will be the total amount of £79.17. i will be expecting this to be paid in to my bank account within the next 7 working days. if you have not done this by the 24th august 2007 i will be taking this matter further, as i have all copies of emails with times and dates in which i have tried to terrminate this contract in the first 7 days and after!

    I too have the programe and have paid lifetime membership. To be fair I have had support in the past and the programe has worked well however I now cannot get proper connection only get starting connection which does not allow searches. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and also deleted all previous versions of java as this can be a problem but still have no proper connection. I am running on XP SP2. If anyone has any ideas please let me know.

    I recently moved from England to Ireland and at the time of moving my service provider was ntl world.
    When I moved however ntl removed their box and I lost all my emailsplus many other programmes including my 360share where I had stored my music downloads etc etc.

    my email address at the time was patsheahan@ntlworld.com. How can I resurect this programme together with my library of songs etc. I had paid for a lifetime subscription to 360 share
