Supercuts terrible customer service!

They told me it would be a fifteen minute wait so I sat down with my 3 small children, 20 minutes pass and a call ahead person walks in a gets their haircut right away. I understand that they have call ahead, but then the phone rang and they took the name and placed it in the front of the line. My 20 minutes of waiting to this point was useless. We have now been waiting 35 minutes and again they take someone before us b/c they called 5 minutes before. They don't even bother to tell you that all call aheads come first nor do they apologize for the extended wait. I left with my kids and WILL NEVER EVER RETURN! I actually think I needed this b/c they give awful hair cuts. They lack experience and personality all in one. I hope anyone who reads this will learn to call ahead or better yet go somewhere that offers style.

I went in to supercuts today to get my hair cut. I asked for a four, and told the lady to leave some hair on the top. The lady ignored my last comment and gave me a buzz cut. When I complained she told me that it was my fault for not explaining to her clearly. She told me to write it down next time.

This mornning I went to Supercuts in TopshamMaine. They were posted as opening for business at 8:30 am. I and another person waited until 8:45 and nobody showed up. Very shabby! I went down the road to a place called Cutting Crew and they WERE open for business. I'll just patronize the Cutting Crew from here on in!

My biggest complaint is that I tried to contact Supercuts on the web and there was nothing on the contact page to submit what I had written. I tried twice to contact them re. a foil job and basically the hair dresser did a good job, but it was not what I asked for. And maybe some people think it was not expensive ie the previous person re Supercuts, but for me $120. plus and a tip is nothing to sneeze at. The gal who did my hair told me via telephone she would make the front a little lighter for no additional charge, but when I went into the salon she said she couldn't do it without charging me for an additional service. I wanted the customer service for Supercuts to be aware of Rachell at Supercuts( wa80163) 17629 108th Ave. SE Renton, WA 98055, phone [protected]. I had my hair done 6/25/08. It was a birthday gift from my husband. My 71st to be exact. I could not find a place on the web site to send or submit my complaint. I wonder how many people would communicate with them if they had submit on their contact page. Marilyn Behar ps If anyone knows how to get this sent to the customer svc. for supercuts, please do.

HAHAHAHA! You people actually complain about haircuts? That is so sad that you have nothing better to than complain about your cheap services. What do you expect when you're paying half as much at a walk in salon than high end salon?!? OMG this is so funny I can't believe people sit around complaining about their services from a supercuts.

Supercuts rude and threatening!

My husband, 5 year old daughter and myself arrived at 2pm to a waiting room with one person and one person in each chair. Before we were even in the door, we were told "Sorry, we can't take any more. We're closed." The door was open, the "Open" light on in the window. I asked the manager, Nila, if they were closed at 3pm, why were they turning away customers now? She became very rude and belligerent and told me that the people currently in the salon had called first, so she was willing to take them before 3. Her assistant, Duane, piped up that he had "somewhere to be at 3:00." I asked them why their after-work plans were affecting my day? As a consumer, if a business is open until 3pm, they should be open until 3pm. Even if you are in a grocery store that is closing in 10 minutes, you get the courtesy of concluding your business before being asked to leave at closing time. Nila started yelling in front of other customers and putting her finger in my face at which point I said "Don't you talk over me, I'm the customer!" She called the police, saying that I was threatening her. Imagine my horror in front of my 5 year old daughter as we tried to leave and were confronted with my possible arrest over trying to get haircuts for my family. The police officer saw the fiasco for what it was and told me that I was free to go, but I am absolutely mortified that I have been humiliated like this. I am a 5'2", 180# mother there with her family! Is she kidding? I will never, ever, ever step foot into a Supercuts again. Their lower prices are by no means offset by the horrible business practices and disregard for their customers.

I am a Stylist at a SuperCuts and it is policy to take guests up until closing time. EXAMPLE: We open at 9 and close at 8pm. If we have a guests come in the door at 7:59 we will absolutely take you still! WE have no idea what your day consisted of and maybe this was most needed thing. For a stylist to huff and puff and complain and make the guest feel uncomfortable for simply wanting our help is sad and pathetic. This isnt a Mcdonalds where you put on a uniform and play a role, Our attitude and talent is our uniform which is something you cant take off. You either are a Stylist or your not its honestly as simple as that.

I'm a hair stylist for Supercuts, and quite frankly it really irritates me when I have to stay longer after the shift is over. We are there to serve you but be considerate, we do have a life people!

I sure know first hand what Kr went through.I had the same thing happen to me by the incompetant and insulting hairdresser who did not like the fact that i told him he did not know what he was doing.I got something different and horrible and it was two different styles on each side and scalped.He just kept cutting away and pretended to not hear me or even bother to look at the photo in the style book I showed him that was in the store.He was more interested in speaking to someone on his personal cell phone.My hair will grow in a year and a half to what it once was...I followed through to the [protected] # and they will call the area supervisor. These unhappy hairdressers who treat others in this fashion are the "them against the clients" kind who feed on each other...The one thing to do is pass the word and never go back.When they hire people they need more attitude training and should be watched after a complaint is made and /or fired.

Wow. You must have never worked in any kind of service industry where you would have had to deal with people like you.

What is the problem? You cut it too close to the closing time. They are allowed to turn away anybody--and judging by the fact that you got the cops called on you, you probably weren't a little princess. Good job showing your kid how mommy should act in public.

The policy at supercuts is to take people p to closing time, if they closed at three they should take you up till three,( courtesy from a client would be no walking in within minuetes of closing of course) The better thin for you to do rather than starting confrontation in salon would be to call the corporation and let them know what store is not following policy, supercuts can only fix the problem if they know about it. Sorry about your bad expirience.

About 12:30PM, I walked into the Reedley Supercuts where I've been going to since it opened (about 5 years now). I signed in and sat down. There were two customers ahead of me. Once it was my turn the gal who was cutting hair informed me that there was no one to cut my hair. I had already waited 30 minutes and I asked her if she could cut my hair. She said, "No". So I said nevermind and I left the store.

A short time later I called the store and asked the manager why I could not get my hair cut after the long wait. The manager said that she was refusing service to me because I had been rude to her before. I told her that I had recalled a poor experience with her (2-3 years prior) and that I was only addressing my problem hair cut.

I don't think this is right that I would be kept there for so long only to have management tell me that they would not serve me. As a long time customer I'm confused as why I can't get my hair cut there any more.

Supercuts abuse to my daughter

I went to a SuperCuts out here in Vegas and A employee took my 6 year old daughter back to shampoo her hair. As she walked her back, my daughter asked if she could have a towel for her neck. The employee proceeded to argue with my 6 year old. She told her she could not have one, "Something about suction." I said please. She then looked at my daughter and said, "I'll give you one so I don't have to argue with you!" Then she kept yelling at her because she was sliding. After I said something rude to her' she proceeded to turn the water all the way to hot and daughter started to cry out she was einb burnt. I grabbed her and told the employee that I was going to report her. When I did the area supervisor told me that she was taking her employees side. That the employee did nothing wrong and I was wrong for threatening to get her fired. NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN TO SUPERCUTS! THEY HATE KIDS!

omg whoever this Amy chick was that said that, if you dont like cutting kids hair you are in the wrong business you ignorant ###. You work at a cheap hair salon, which is mainly where people take their kids. If you dont wanna deal with children, then go to an upscale salon, but I'm guessing you cant get hired at an upscale salon because you cant even properly enough for someone to understand you. Your absolute stupidity and ignorance should not astound me but it does...[censored]

And you're right! we CAN'T STAND cutting kids' hair, they act like animals, and you parents just think it's sooo cute when they play on our very expensive chairs and with our equipment.

Supercuts racist staff!

I would like to report about racist staff at this location. When I (Indian) walked in, I was told I am next. I waited over an hour only to see all other walk-in's getting their hair cut. If I ask, they will say I am next. After a while I told them to take away my name and walked out. One person came running out making racial comments and saying "Do you have a F***ING problem" in front of the whole crowd. She also warned me not to come to her store again. This is not the first time this happened at this location. For Indians they mark the tickets orange/red and keep them waiting for hours until they leave. If asked why, they will say they made appointments. All lies. Even walk-ins gets hair cut. Not us.

The lady who started cutting my hair stopped in the middle of my hair cut because I told her I didn’t like her service, and now she is refusing to cut my hair. ? What in the world?

I arrived to my appt 15 minutes early and a walk in was taken before me now its pass my appt time and I'm still here waiting. Supercuts needs to get it together and anyone with appt should be accommodated before any walk in. Such a waste of time. Now I gotta wait 45 minutes.

On 10/27/23 around 1 p.m. I got a hair cut at the super cuts in Airway Heights WA when the stylist was shaving the back of my neck I made a comment that her clippers were dull it was hurting she just continued you could also educate in customer service how to listen to customers.

Colored roots much darker than the color initially used, and colored much more than just the roots. And quoted one price and early charged double of what she originally said.

I had hair that reached my chest. I came in and made it very clear that I wanted a GROWN OUT BOB - !

This woman proceeded to literally chop ALL OF MY HAIR OFF!

I'VE been crying, don't want to leave the house and I'm so embarrassed. There's no way to fix it either so I want a full refund. This was yesterday. TAMEE Kaper [protected]

Went to lakeside Brompton walk for a hair cut that cost me over £36 pound boy aged in his 20s totally messed it up had to go to another hairdressers at Lakeside and they sorted his mess out

My mother and i went to the supercuts on grande heights drive, cary and the haircuts were as if she did nothing. could you please give me two vouchers to go to a different store.

Hair was cut unevenly on sides and top basically hair was butchered eyebrows not defined looks like 2 caterpillars above my eyes
